Texas Drifter: NCAA Politically Correct Lynch Mob?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – This writing exercise was originally entitled “Setting Records Straight” with intentions of reviewing America’s culture abandoning due process attitudes for politically correct lynch mob attitudes.
Reader’s patience is requested as Texas Drifter will write his way from setting a small record straight to setting more important records straight.
Texas Drifter’s media policies are as follows:
1. Only does interviews “Every Third Monday” - KGAB AM 650 Cheyenne, Wyoming;
2. Does not make public appearances;
3. Grants very, very, few private audiences.
Purpose of releasing these Texas Drifter media policies is to avoid future misunderstandings. Texas Drifter does not mind be called a “good” writer when reader feels the comment is appropriate. I will take offense at gratuitous comments about being a “great” writer. Why, not a single punctuation mark from any of my writing exercise is worthy of being included in greatest book ever written; reader’s assignment, name that book.
As for criticism, having once worked as security in a private club, Texas Drifter has been called names by petite intoxicated women that would embarrass some sailors. Setting one of records straight, Texas Drifter believes judgment day is personal, and inclined to do best I can not to shame Heaven; embarrass family name; dishonor oath to America.
Above media policies are also based on principle that Texas Drifter spent decades learning to write like he speaks; so reading his writing exercises is like talking with him. Two sample issues:
First Issue: Texas Drifter’s religious beliefs are rooted in Independents and Presbyters. Reader can reference: All Right Magazine – “Texas Drifter: Separation of State and Church” and “Texas Drifter America’s First Tradition”. Brief translation: Heaven prefers free will souls to slave souls. Why else would Heaven provide such guides as Ten Commandments; Declaration of Independence; U.S. Constitution with Bill of Rights; and oath to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign?
One good conservative test for Texas Drifter involves “right to life”, Texas Drifter believes following:
1. Powers not assigned to federal government are left to states and citizens; seems then that abortion rights should be states’ rights issue with few details left to free will citizens;
2. Reason there are so many abortions in contemporary America, seems like too many lazy ministers and preachers who do not believe in separation of state and church. If church leaders were doing better jobs preaching Heaven’s messages there would be less need for the politicians promoting abortions like Democrats and Moderate Republicans; or religious leaders wanting to use federal government to harass citizens to hide fact of pastors’ inadequate teachings. Also someone needs to remind conservative celebrities and politicians that there is more to being conservative than screaming that you are pro-life; feel reasonably sure reader can figure out who Texas Drifter is referring too.
Second issue, mob rule social justice is still mob rule. Texas Drifter’s three cents on Penn State scandal, blaming or trashing reputations of Penn State athletes, staff, students, alumni, or any one else for news media ratings, or feel good vanity before civil and criminal due processes have been completed is noting more that bigoted mob rule behavior.
Trashing not involved or innocent for actions of probably less than one half dozen involved makes the lynch mob accusers appear more like scandals’ guilty parties than innocent who were not involved. Some times as hard as it might be, it is better to let constitutional civil and criminal due processes and Heaven’s judgment day decide guilt or innocence.
Based on NCAA’s actions towards Penn State, it seems that politically correct lynch mob attitudes combined with lynch mob actions chose to punish those not even involved. Majority of the accused were not involved, and are good innocent Americans being punished for crimes and sins of a few. Based on NCAA’s actions, should not all those who foolishly voted for Obama in 2008 be legitimately subjected to mob rule social justice for crimes and treasons committed by Obama and his allies against America?
Texas Drifter can already hear NCAA lynch mob supporters whining what about “the report”? Truth be known, the report is only a report, and certainly not due process evidence. Perhaps the report does not represent the “whole truth and nothing but the truth”, only Heaven knows that answer. Value of the report will not be determined until conclusions of Constitutional due process criminal and civil trials.
Reader’s assignment, answer following true or false statements:
1. Texas Drifter has right to write what Texas Drifter likes and reader has right not to read what Texas Drifter writes. Reader has right to associate with who reader likes, and Texas Drifter has right to not associate with whom Texas Drifter does not like? True or False
2. What was the unique American adage: life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness? Translation, life without liberty is life without free will; life without free will is spiritual slavery. Reader knows spiritual slavery, like what Obama, Obama’s allies and RINOs are trying to do to America’s churches. Sources of tyranny can be unconstitutional government actions or self decadent conduct. True or False
3. NCAA’s politically correct lynch mob punishments have victimized more innocent people than those victimized in initial scandal? True or False
4. Democrats, Moderate Republicans, mainstream news media are trying to exploit Colorado tragedy with their own selfish vain ideological lynch mob justice issues? True or False
Texas Drifter here is a news tip for allegedly “fair and balanced” Fox News; determine fair and balanced number of innocent not involved victims of NCAA’s seemingly politically correct lynch mob punishments.
