Texas Drifter: “Judas” Roberts Needs Principles Class?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – There are a thousand reasons to justify what is wrong. Only one to justify what is right, simply because it is right. Recall old adage, principles cease to be principles once principles are compromised.
The Ten Commandments are not negotiable on one’s personal judgment day. The argument I would not have committed adultery if I had not intoxicated, is probably not an amnesty or forgiveness worthy argument.
Texas Drifter being much older these days, still does not remember taking an oath to uphold protect and defend a negotiable constitution.

Justice “Judas” Roberts, motives to interpret the constitution by legislating from the bench was shameful oath breaking conduct. One example, involves changing “tax” for the word “penalty”. What is the difference between any judges changing “charged with theft” to “charged with homicide” during a trial after both sides have argued their cases and submitted their cases for judicial deliberation?
Justice Roberts by using his decisions as an opportunity to please everyone has ended up pleasing no one. The constitutional originalists Roberts betrayed will never trust Roberts again; and the Marxist-fascist constitution means noting justices will turn on Roberts as soon as he tries to appease originalists.
Roberts’ vanity driven motives to comprise and please everyone has removed his name from list of great non-compromisers like: Socrates, Jesus, Joan of Arc, Luther, America’s Founding Fathers, Texas Founding Fathers, Lincoln and countless other great Americans. Contemporary conservative principles are being diluted by political lust and greed driven principals not only by RINO establishment aristocrats; but also by their pop culture conservative allies wanting to “sugarcoat” consequences of citizens like Roberts. Example of four “sugarcoating” motives which do not change consequences of traffic fatality:
1. Accidental death due to spontaneous road rage;
2. Accidental death due to not realized “buzzed” driving;
3. Accidental death due to being distracted while texting; and
4. Accidental death as illegal immigrant not familiar with America’s driving laws.
Reader’s assignment list five meaningless sugar coated excuses some pop culture conservatives are trying to excuse Justice Roberts’ another nail in America’s constitution oath breaking decisions.
