Why, so all citizens have vested interest in how public sector funds are spent in peace time balanced budgets; even public subsidy addicts receiving over ten thousand dollars in public benefits should pay flat tax. Only citizens exempt would be indigent citizens who have “least of least.” Corporate taxes should be limited to ten percent off the top revenues with no deductions and no exemptions for Obama’s friends like General Electric.

Perhaps speculators should be required to deposit sizeable investments?
