Texas Drifter Obama’s BP Oil Spill Extortion
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Common sense social research suggests that letting Obama’s Democrats lynch your neighbors and friends is only delaying Obama’s Democrats getting around to lynching you and yours.
President Obama and his Administration apparently believe showing pure contempt and hatred towards America’s Constitutional law due process justice system. Obama may be President, but his recent conduct of publicly lynching British Petroleum shows how Obama lacks sufficient integrity to ever be anything but a third world quality President.
First issue has cause of oil platform accident “truthfully” been determined as human negligence, nature's role, other, or combination of several factors?
Obama should have waited until professional investigation was completed, and judicial due processes were finished before publicly pronouncing any individual or company guilty. Then again, perhaps “for show” temper tantrums reflect demagogic personality traits of social activists who believe mob rule solves most social problems.
Second issue, there are concepts in civil court cases identified as “contributory negligence” and mitigating damages; which kind of works as follows: Your neighbor’s house catches on fire due to problem with boiler. Investigation after fire is extinguished will determine if fire caused by nature via minor earthquake, negligent installation of boiler, poor quality of boiler parts; poor owner maintenance, what ever the cause, professional investigators will collect legal evidence which determines cause.
Let us also say that it took Fire Department eight or nine hours to arrive on scene to suppress fire (it is only coincidence in this example that it took Obama Administration eight or nine days to start mitigating damages caused by oil platform explosion). Back to our house fire example, due to Fire Department taking so long to arrive, fire got out of control when wind picked up and caused fire to spread destroying entire neighborhood.
Questions are people whose negligence may have started house fire responsible for all damages caused to neighborhood? Since Fire Department may be responsible for contributory negligence by showing up hours late to suppress fire, and be liable for portion of financial damages.
A due process civil jury might rule: percentage of compensatory damages: initial house fire five percent damages to neighborhood; while fire Department negligence represents ninety-five percent responsibility for damages to neighborhood.
Patriotic integrity requires citizens suffering economic damages from recent oil platform explosion; do not let Obama’s incompetent Administration walk away from their share of damages; especially since Obama’s Administration might be more accountable for economic and environmental damages from incompetent negligent response management to oil spill than BP (British Petroleum), Transocean, and Halliburton. Even though they may or may not share in negligence for possibly if proven later contributing to leak.
Additionally guess Obama’s Administration and Leninist Democrats are not familiar with U.S. Constitutional concept “No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.” Texas Drifter not being an attorney would guess that includes raising financial penalties for specific targets like BP, Transocean, and Halliburton.
Obama, his Administration, Leninist or Liberal Democrats, and their followers have shown a propensity for engaging in lynch mob Klan type politics. Few examples, Obama, attacking police while defending his professor friend, let us not forget Obama’s vicious race and class based hatred of Judeo–Christians, conservatives, all ethical capitalists, America’s Armed Forces and servicemen and women, Tea Party Patriots, non-Marxist radio talk show hosts. Preceding list does not even cover Obama submissively bowing to America’s enemies; or Obama’s being disrespectful and degrading treatment of American allies.
Reader can add their own names to lists that have been, still are, and will eventually be targeted by Obama’s lynch mob Klan politics some might even suggest that Obama has “secretly” declared war on Catholic Church. Wonder if your church will be next?
Citizens may not be able to make elected government officials, pay any damages, due to sovereign immunity; on other side private citizens can reduce private sector’s costs of undeserved civil liability financial damages intended to damage a corporation, and protect tens of thousands of American jobs by seeking damages from public employees who should not be protected by sovereign immunity as they are employees not sovereigns.
Moving on to another issue, Texas Drifter has decided to support a campaign to end ALL “profiling”. That’s right abolish, ALL profiling; if profiling is so bad let us get rid of all profiling.
Consider the following real world scenario. Police officer asked excited man, you called 911?
Disheveled man’s nervous response, yes: two of medium height, young, male, slender built, Spanish speaking, Hispanics, who appeared intoxicated; kicked open my front door; then pistol whipped men before raping my wife and daughter; they then ransacked my home before leaving.
Police Officer politely responded: I can not include medium height as that is profiling by physical appearance; I can not include young as that is profiling by age; I can not include male as that is profiling by gender; I can not include slender as that is profiling by weight; I can not include Spanish speaking as that is profiling by immigration status, I can not include Hispanic as that is profiling by ethnic background; I can not include appeared intoxicated as that is profiling by mental health issues; I can not include gender of victims as that is profiling by sexual orientation. There are a few other profiling issues I will not mention. I want to get this report turned is as quick as possible.

To express another more unpopular view: Right is right and wrong is wrong. So Texas Drifter will be first and maybe only American to denounce Obama’s extortion of BP Oil. More just as just in justice would be for Obama’s Administration to cover eighty percent of damages with BP Oil paying twenty percent of damages.
Obama should return eighty percent of funds extorted from BP Oil back to B.P. Oil. Seems reasonable since Obama’s Administration failed to respond to help stop leak as it believed more damages to environment more money for Obama Administration by public sector extortion. That is Texas Drifter’s belief and I am exercising my inalienable rights, so there all you Obama extortion enablers.
