Texas Drifter Treasonous Green Policies?

It Could Be News Bulletin – Legislation sponsored by U.S. Texas Congressman Lamar Smith has resulted in first Obama Justice Department enforcement actions based on Smith’s recently sponsored legislation.

Two stolen cattle found on South Texas ranch near San Antonio, Texas along with over 2000 head of legally purchased cattle were all seized, rancher his family and employees jailed with out bond, and ranch seized under asset forfeiture provisions of Congressman Lamar Smith’s federal legislation called Stop Cattle Rustling Act (SCRA).

Smith reportedly said: Bureaucratic fascism is a wonderful thing. Computer nerds may have temporarily stopped my SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act); guess America’s stupid wimpy rancher boys were not as smart or brave as computer geeks.

Another Texas Drifter “It Could be News Bulletin”; moving on to theme of this writing exercise.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Green policies which deprive property owners of their land may disrupt and threaten domestic tranquility. However Green policies with indirectly provide aid and comfort to America’s foreign enemies by tampering with America’s National Defense needed carbon based supplies is negligent treason at best and pre-meditated treason if policies are result of America last Marxist-fascist ideology, or greed based unethical capitalism.

Some possible solutions to Green treason policies threats:

1. The REINS Act: Google-geoffdavis.house.gov/REINS/about.htm
“All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” – U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 1.

-Excessive delegation of Congress’ constitutional responsibility for making the law of the land to the Executive Branch has created a lack of accountability in Congress for many of the most burdensome federal regulations.
-Although this trend is not new, allowing major decisions to be made by unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats is not consistent with the constitutional responsibilities of our representative government.
-To restore Congressional accountability for the regulatory process, Congressman Geoff Davis [KY-04] introduced the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act. The REINS Act would require Congress to take an up-or-down, stand-alone vote, and for the President to sign-off on all new major rules before they can be enforced on the American people, job-creating small businesses, or State and local governments.
-Major rules are those that have an annual economic impact of $100 million or more. Last year, 100 major rules were finalized by the Executive Branch.
-A recent study commissioned by the Small Business Administration found that annual regulatory compliance costs in the United States hit $1.75 trillion in 2008. A staggering figure that exceeds the total collected from income taxes that year ($1.449 trillion).

Idea for reader, research then consider supporting The REINS Act, Why, Obama’s and RINOS are using and will continue to use EPA’s and Interior Departments’ green policies to weaken America’s Armed Forces.

2. Abolish EPA and most Interior Department regulatory divisions with zero line budgeting; followed by reverse line budgeting.

3. Implement private sector not tax payer funding for Green venture capital projects. Future citizens will find out that one of America’s largest public sector scams were not Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; America’s largest public sector scams were tax payer dollars used as venture capital for projects involving solar power and wind power.

4. Develop America’s carbon energy related products using private market place not public sector short stroke ideas are viable.

5. Publicly denounce Green fools and their sometimes treasonous policies. One good example, Obama’s national defense policies are guided and impacted by EPA, Interior Department, and other America last Green policies.

Reducing the national budget for America’s Armed Forces, totally ignores the fact that specialized assault forces can influence, but can not necessarily hold “”taken” territory which requires boots on the ground. Doubt accuracy of this observation, abolish all law enforcement agencies and cops, and let few SWAT teams manage America’s domestic tranquility problems.

Second foolish concept requires limiting America’s military resources to a one front war army. Most wars have at least two fronts front and rear. A concept that Napoleon’s greatness apparently ignored. Following excerpt is from Texas Drifter’s own class “Spy As A Verb”: Napoleon’s version of hit and run requires decimating the first target. And striking the second target with dazzling speed and methodical ferocity. Napoleon’s divide and conquer strategies, as brilliant as they were, depended on insuring that the first target attacked did not recover and reappear on home team’s flank. Not “finishing off” the first target attacked; creates unnecessary threats that have to be dealt with later. Marshall’s social power formula can help determine the first target.

Continuing, Perhaps a more cost effective counter-intelligence strategy includes using pro active activities to create mistrust and hatred between enemy allies. Letting the enemy sides fight it out, makes it easier for the home team to manage or destroy a weaker “winning” enemy ally. Even use of this strategy requires military forces capable of fighting simultaneous two front wars at minimum.

Texas Drifter is tired of this writing exercise and closes with reader’s assignment: two true or false questions.
1. Historical evolution of societal energy technologies include: wood; coal; carbon by-products; nuclear; green technology –solar and wind; lead during anarchy.
2. America’s domestic and foreign threats include: Green activists and their public sector bureaucratic allies; illegal immigrants; Islamic Fascists terrorists; China; Russia, Venezuela, and other countries like Mexico which are not America’s allies.

In closing with a concept borrowed by a long gone author: treasonous actions by any other name are still treason regardless of motive: love, revenge, greed, ideology, stupidity, and even good intentions.
