Marshall’s Law Dateline – In addition to ability and experience the self defender needs to have the instincts and reflexes for necessary actions to win. If thought of taking the life of threatening person in self defense situation might cause self defender to hesitate; then self defender should consider other options.

Republican establishment aristocrats are known by different names: RINOs, counterfeit conservatives, Republican Tories and others. Reader can add to list. One name we might all agree on, their first name “Republican carpetbaggers” is probably still the best.

Texas Drifter: Patriots Still Choosing Sides
Marshall Law Dateline – American patriots like school children on past playgrounds are still choosing players for their side’s efforts to save Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic. Hopefully last to still be chosen by patriots, will not be pretender conservatives motivated by vanity.
First question to be answered by patriots choosing sides should be, what does this possible choice bring to our side? If all the potential choice offers is vanity hopefully patriots will choose those with more potential.
Why should vain personalities be chosen last, one good example lesson involves General Custer. The General’s vanity caused him to ignore his scouts’ reports, call his scouts cowards, and order his scouts from the field of battle; all this before leading his troops into Custer’s massacre.
Another example lesson involves establishment Republican aristocrats also known as Republican Tories who depended on McCain’s and Romney’s vanities to win Presidential elections. Actions which have made RINOs accessories to Obama’s destruction of America’s traditions, values, principles, Constitutional due processes, and ethical capitalist economic system.
For those who need reminding, vanity defines inflated self image having no real value. Makes me wonder if Obama and Republican Tories are genetically related, since both are classic examples of people who have allowed their vanities too cause them to be too blanked up to know they are blanked up?
Another comparison of Obama and his aristocrat allies and RINOs is that both are motivated by vanity for greed. Story Concept: Santa Claus’s legend suggests Santa does not leave presents for children who have been naughty, rather children who have been good. Obama knows that Santa’s Elves can not produce enough toys for both good and bad children, but can barely produce enough toys for just good boys and girls.
Obama’s goal is to keep Santa from delivering toys to good boys and girls so as to not only destroy Santa’s reputation; but also deprive good children of their motives to be good. Obama’s secret objectives are to turn good boys and girls into bad girls and boys.
News Breaking Headlines – Santa Kidnapped by Obama – Rumors Suggest That Santa Is Being Water Boarded, and Obama Seeks Death Penalty for Santa.
Child reporter asks Obama: Why are you so cruel to Santa, and why do you want to kill Santa?
Obama’s response: I ordered Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano to kidnap, physically abuse, torture, and execute Santa Claus. Why, because when I was a spoiled, obnoxious, annoying, mean, evil little boy; Santa never brought me presents.
Justice “Judas” Roberts of the Supreme Court will give me permission to sentence Santa to death; because “Judas” Roberts hates Santa for the same reasons, I, your messiah President Massa Obama hate Santa.

News Breaking Headlines – Conservative Minute Men free Santa from FEMA death camp. Good boys and girls are smiling across America and world as Santa is expected to make it to North Pole in time to deliver present to good boys and girls.
Insider reports claim the conservative Minute Men raid freed Santa from one of Obama’s FEMA death camps early this morning in a raid that many are claiming was magical and almost mystical.
Other reports have surfaced that Vice-President Biden, Senator Reid, Congress Representative Pelosi, unnamed Hollywood celebrities, and RINOs like Boehner, McCarthy and Cantor along with other Republican Tories were seen attacking Santa’s elves with baseball bats while singing “Long rule Obama”.
Reports also claim that Obama upon hearing the report of Santa’s escape started screaming: I will be the most dishonest, lying, deceitful, mean, cruel, evil messiah President the United States has ever had.
A news reporter asked a small boy what he thought about Obama hating Santa Claus responded: Who cares why that shrimp of a man Obama is such a loser? Santa will always live in our hearts no matter what shrimp Obama does.
America’s children will deal with Obama after the first of year when we finish celebrating Christmas Child’s birthday. Until then as Santa always says Merry Christmas to all.
This Texas Drifter writing exercise is for the children, to use over used phrase. Maybe if all the good boys and girls in America and in the world along with their parents, grand parents along with those who still believe in rewarding good behavior and not evil behavior will send e-mails, send texts, write letters, and make phone calls to Obama. I had bandits steal his wealth, and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.
Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon, not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places? Guards, let it be known that my fool son’s inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon’s losses resulting from my fool son’s actions. Let it also be known that my son shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.

Simon and Simon’s Helper standing by three-sided shelter)
Simon (pointing): Isn’t it beautiful?
Simon’s Helper: Sir, how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent, a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life, see beauty in THIS? Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.
Simon: My dearest lifelong friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.
Simon’s Helper: Where’s the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed?

Question yet to be asked about murders of America’s best of best in Libya: did Middle East terrorists use weapons to murder Americans provided by Obama’s Administration in Obama’s “secret” war to remove Kaddafi from office? Clue might be how Middle East terrorists are using weapons indirectly provided by Obama in Libya against Israel.
Moving on to “Obama’s Porous Border Bloody Lesson”: if Iran gets publicly involved in Israel’s self defense actions against Middle East Terrorists; should America then support its ally Israel, guess what odds suggest will happen then?
Iranian “sleeper cells” which entered America through Obama’s porous Southern border will unleash multiple terrorist attacks on Americans on American soil. Purely Texas Drifter guesstimate, many multiple attacks involving small groups using automatic weapons with grenades, RPG’s, and IED’s in congested civilian areas possibly during Holiday periods.

Bev Harris: Actual Accenture Voter List Software Discovered and Downloadable to the Public
Bev Harris has discovered the actual highly problematic voter list software used widely throughout the USA for Accenture voter registration and voter histories. The software has been reported to switch voter parties and delete voter histories. Programmers and other interested parties can download the software and try to figure out why Accenture product gets it so WRONG so often.

Another way to influence voter tabulation is have “insider hacker” or “insider programmer” tamper with voter totals at central tabulation points where numerous states results are collected then sent to final tabulation center. Reports suggest that as many as 29 states might go through single tabulation areas like Kansas and Illinois. What makes this good place to steal election is that tampering only has to be done in few battle ground states in small amounts over many single state precincts to influence Electoral College.

Accenture, now based in Dublin Ireland (formerly headquartered in tax-haven Bermuda), claims copyright over the massive electronic voter registration/voter history databases used in several states, including Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Colorado, Wisconsin and Arkansas. Accenture purchased its voter registration unit from Election.com, a Saudi-owned company based in the Cayman Islands.
Because a computer will only do what its programmers and administrators tell it to do, whoever issues the commands gains ultimate control over how it receives, counts, and reports votes, voter registrations, and voter histories.

Bev Harris has discovered the actual highly problematic voter list software used widely throughout the USA for Accenture voter registration and voter histories. The software has been reported to switch voter parties and delete voter histories. Programmers and other interested parties can download the software and try to figure out why Accenture product gets it so WRONG so often.

Another way to influence voter tabulation is have “insider hacker” or “insider programmer” tamper with voter totals at central tabulation points where numerous states results are collected then sent to final tabulation center. Reports suggest that as many as 29 states might go through single tabulation areas like Kansas and Illinois. What makes this good place to steal election is that tampering only has to be done in few battle ground states in small amounts over many single state precincts to influence Electoral College.

Bounty Hunter (half looking at bartender): Do not touch my bottle.
(Bartender backs away from bar next to mirror)
Bounty Hunter (steps away from bar his hand in position and feet spaced apart): Boy I am not here to do business with you; we’re both carrying your choice; “boy” I hope you kissed you Mama good bye.
Boy: Why’s that?
Bounty Hunter: “boy” you try me and you will never kiss your Mama good bye again.
Boy: I am fastest gun in South Texas. I’m no “mama’s” boy. (Grabbed for his gun)
(Patrons saw flames simultaneously heard deafening thunder instantly followed by deathly silence)
Bounty Hunter before returning his long barreled forty-four to its buscadero resting place; said in calm voice every one heard: No one; leaves till you tell Sheriff what you heard and saw.
Sheriff slowly eases in with double barreled shotgun pointed at every one and no one; with no one moving, Sheriff blurts out: what happened?
Bartender: Boy started trouble; bounty hunter gave him several chances to back away and leave; Boy drew first.
Sheriff: Boy was fastest gun in these parts.
Patron: Boy never even started to clear leather.
Sheriff: Guess Boy never saw buscadero rig; who you looking for bounty hunter?

Sheriff: Forty-fours like yours in buscadero rigs attract want to be legends. Two days and twenty dollar fine to bury boy, and buy boys mother some food. There I’ve earned some points for me.
Bounty Hunter: You want your money now?
Sheriff: No, come by my office in morning; I’m not through talking to you. (Turns to patrons) Take Boy over to Doc’s. (Then Sheriff backs out as methodically as he came in)
Barmaid to Bounty Hunter: Share that bottle with me Stranger? Continuing, Never heard your name.

Barmaid: Doesn’t matter, I probably wouldn’t remember it tomorrow anyway. (Pushed back shot glass and tells Bartender: Regular glass.

Bounty hunter lays one gold coin on bar: Give her (looking at barmaid) the change; and do not cheat her understand?
Bartender: Yes Sir.

Bounty Hunter: Bartender, find us two plates covered with burned steaks, two bowls of black beans, couple avocados, bowl of limes, fresh made “pico de gallo”, warm not hot corn tortillas.
Bartender: At your service.
Barmaid to Bartender: Make my steak very rare, (while counting her change).
Patron walks up to Bounty Hunter: Asks like to “pay the cards”, fresh deck.
Bounty Hunter: Yes I do, (as puts his hand on his forty-four); but I am a very bad loser.

Bounty Hunter: No offense taken. (Looks at Barmaid) What’s your name?

Sheriff: Used too, he died about twenty five years ago.
Bounty Hunter: What else can you tell me?
Sheriff: He and this part of Texas’s most beautiful maiden fell in love. Sometimes young romance gets too friendly; as she ended up with child. She told him she would not marry him unless he provided her and future child a home. He left the area for about three months; when he came back, he had gold coins like the ones you have. Bought her nicest place in town, and they got married.
Strangest thing happened, just prior to Easter Sunday he hung himself. No one knew why until a stranger with a buscadero rig like yours showed up; asking questions about Marshall’s Star Cross. No one said anything to protect the pregnant bride turned widow whose husband had just hung him self. The stranger, a bounty hunter like you said, the man had probably hanged himself because of Judas syndrome. Who knows what that meant; then he left to never be heard from again.
Bounty Hunter: What happened to the widow?
Sheriff: She started working as a curandera to support her and her daughter.
Bounty Hunter: What is her daughter’s name?

Sheriff: Do not forget, your two days are up tomorrow. Also Boy’s Brother is a coward known to back shoot. Heard he is looking for you; know I half way like you, you just keep showering me with all kinds of good points. Be gone by sundown tomorrow; would hate for you to cost me some of my points.
Bounty Hunter: As you wish Sheriff.
Act III –
Bounty Hunter starts to knock on Curandera Buena’s front door – when it suddenly swings open. The frail mid forties looking still mysteriously beautiful woman says: Come In.
Curandera Buena: I have been waiting for you Johnny Angel (pronounced – on-hell); here is what you seek to return to the priest who came before.
Johnny Angel unwraps, and looks at Marshall’s Star Cross: The priest said I would know it, when I saw it; it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. How can you trust me with such a treasure?
Curandera Buena: Felina trusted Johnny Angel that is good enough for me. All I ask of you take my only child daughter out of this South Texas purgatory, and give her a better life.
Johnny Angel: Agreed; how will I know her:
Curandera Buena: Good, she will find you when you least expect it. Thank you.
Johnny Angel: For what?
Curandera Buena: Now my first and only love can rest in peace, and I when it is my time to go home. Promise me, you and my only love’s only child will never return to this South Texas purgatory.
