Texas Drifter Stabilize Then Let Die
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Reality for any socialist health care system is health care provided indigent citizens. America’s emerging health care system for indigent American citizens is dominated by following policy: stabilize them, then get them out of the building, then let them die somewhere else. Truly disgraceful treatment of the “least of the least” tolerated by politicians, community leaders, and medical professionals in a republic founded by Judeo-Christians.
Medical professionals, community leaders, politicians and celebrity talk show host who deny above fact are lying either for greed or from foolish ignorance. Refresher notes from Texas drifter Indigent Health Care 2011:
–Purpose of this report is to inform Judeo-Christians of indigent health care issues for Americans subtlety referred to as “least of least”. Democrat Party’s institutionalized “welfare addicted” voting block in reality averages thirty thousand to forty thousand dollars disposable incomes which eliminates this group from any serious list of “poor people”.
Another brutal truth in America, most destitute Anglo Americans are excluded from most public subsidies as many public sector agencies are managed by racist bureaucracies. Black run public bureaucracies generally discriminate against Hispanics; while Hispanic run public bureaucracies generally discriminate against Anglos.
Remember indigents do not usually qualify or receive Medicare, Medicaid, or any public assistance insurance. Occasionally indigents are granted small grants which are merely intended to stabilize their health until they die not help them recover. One such indigent policy involves only allowing them three medications not matter how many are prescribed by doctor.
Another myth about health care for America’s indigent citizens, involves “emergency room” services. As indigent grants do not cover emergency rooms services; doctors are inclined to provide just enough health care services to stabilize health condition to get them out as soon as possible so major surgeries which are not compensated will not be wasted on least of least.
Before whining and lying starts by celerity talk show hosts and hospital defenders, Texas Drifter was told while working this case you will not get surgery you need because of your indigent health care coverage. Making hospital’s action more evil, nurse had to take my blood pressure three times until she found old enough equipment to show my blood pressure was low enough to dismiss me from hospital.
There are many other examples of stabilize and let indigents die somewhere else health care examples that could be reported from this assignment. As this writing exercise has more less a words limit. Texas Drifter will let reader ask some of the tens of thousands of good honest health care professions with hundreds of thousands of stories to tell; all someone needs to do is ask them.
First thing Texas Drifter learned as a nineteen year old over forty years ago in the intelligence industry was that my job was to collect information, not pass judgment that would be left up to others. I could easily identify politicians, individuals, community leaders, church leaders and medical professionals supporting by their action stabilize and let them die somewhere else indigent health care policies.
Names of few good persons who objects to stabilize and let them die somewhere else indigent health care policies are too few to embarrass in a community where most involved support stabilize and let them die somewhere else indigent health care policies. First I have no surviving family; second who would have ever thought covertly gathering intelligence on America’s indigent health care system would be perhaps the most dangerous assignment challenge I ever accepted?

As mentioned earlier, Texas Drifter will leave final judgment to Heaven, perhaps people pre-meditated motives supporting stabilize and let them die somewhere else indigent health care policies will find that Heaven might over rule Heaven’s Sons’ Salvation? All Texas Drifter is doing is asking one simple question.

Texas Drifter Child’s Outline Foreign Policy
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Oath to protect America’s Constitution identifies two primary threats To America: one, domestic threats to domestic tranquility, and foreign threats to America’s national defenses.
Primary goals to achieve domestic tranquility and national defenses involve citizens living by Judeo-Christian principles, not lusting for hedonistic principals. This goal does not threaten “America’s First Tradition” (reference: All Right Magazine Texas Drifter America’s First Tradition)
Goals’ objectives include: first honor oath to Heaven made before American people to uphold, protect, and defend America’s due process Constitution including Bill of Rights and ethical capitalist principles.
Second objective, includes engaging in activities to preserve America’s constitutional due process domestic tranquility, while insuring and preserving America’s common foreign defenses and national security.
Some tactics follow:
1. setting example for others and other nations by properly managing objectives and continuing to achieve goal;
2. loyalty too and defending America’s foreign allies;
3. covertly supporting allies against groups, organizations, and nations threatening America’s national security;
4. putting economic, psychological, and physical fear into to those privately or publicly threatening America’s domestic tranquility and or common national defenses.
Tactics can be refined by reviewing Marshall’s social power formula added as reference material at end of this writing exercise.** Other refinements can be learned from Marshall’s training manual: SPY AS A VERB: Art and Ethics of Surveillance.
One example of threat to both America’s domestic tranquility and national security is contemporary illegal immigration problem. Solution can be found in five words: secure perimeter and police premises. Additional clues can be abundantly found in other Texas Drifter writing exercises.
Readers assignment identify other examples of how to resolve contemporary threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security based on successful actions of America’s Founding Fathers and patriotic leaders who followed America’s Founding Fathers.

Natural consciousness can be described as awareness of one’s surroundings based on one of three processes: unitary, binary, and ternary. Ternary systems are composed of positive, negative and neutral units (+1,-1, & 0).
Artificial Consciousness Processes (ACP) may eventually supplement or even replace mental discipline, idealism, mysticism, or emotionalism in determining appropriate plan or goal selection; choosing strategy, executing strategy or responses in social power encounters.
ACP can be used for self defense objectives:
1. Avoid threat;
2. Retreat from threat;
3. Deflect threat;
4. Immobilize threat
5. Neutralize threat; and
6. Secure or evacuate territory.
Bi-mechanical applications of weapons are consistent regardless of target.

4) Target identification – for security: digital non-target card or digital target card

Kind of how I feel about some pilgrim conservatives, America’ future will be determined by conservative leaders putting what is best for America’s Republic before their personal vanity. It would have done me no good long term, to earn a fortune selling Marshall’s Weapons Systems at expense of watching America “change” into some kind of Democrat Party Marxist environmentally fascist police state. Additional insult would be worshiping Obama, or someone like him, along with some tree or rock as Gods.
