Marshall’s Law Dateline – Democracy without constitutional checks and balances is politically correct term for lynch mob politics. Republicans failing to honor their oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America’s constitution by not seriously considering impeachment processes against Obama; are accessories to Obama’s crimes against Heaven’s favorite republic; America’s Constitution, and health and liberties of American Judeo-Christian conservative patriots.
Sufficient public information exists to consider impeaching Obama and many of his administration and cabinet members for:
1. Premeditated refusal to obey federal court rulings involving off shore drilling permits and enacting unconstitutional health care legislation;
2. Obama threatening America's national defense by Obama’s and his Administration supporting Muslim Brotherhood’s attempted overthrowing of American allies like Egypt;
3. Multi billion dollar bribery scheme by selling “non wait in line” family visas for half million dollar ($500,000.) to Mexican aristocrats.
Reasonable expectations suggest that many other due process justifications could and would be found to impeach Obama; only if Republicans have the courage to seriously honor their oaths by pursuing investigative proceedings against Obama and his Administration. Republicans not doing everything they can to protect America’s domestic tranquility and common defense should be treated like accessories to Obama’s impeachable offenses.
Republicans can begin their self affirmation process by conducting Congressional public investigative hearings into Texas Drifter’s preceding complaints against Obama and his Administration.
Definition of threat: indication of something impending. America’s founding patriots fought and died for opportunity to establish constitution to protect Declaration of Independence’s inalienable rights. Since then patriots have fought and died and are continuing to fight and die to protect and defend America’s Constitution.
It is not likely contemporary and future American patriots will meekly cower into the shadows; while Obama, his administration, and Moderate Republicans replace America’s Constitution with unconstitutional tyrannies legtimized by mob rule democracy.
Civil discourse does not always protect one’s family members from murderous barbarians including: Muslim Brotherhood and similar Islamic fascist terrorist groups; Chinese imperialists acting like Japanese of 1940’s; or other forces threatening America’s domestic tranquility and or national security.
Final option, personal self defense not being a sin, raises following question: What is not engaging in self defense to protect free will pursuit of religious beliefs; one’s family members; integrity of America’s Constitution? Possible answer or answers, sin or merely cowardice.

Texas Drifter Guide To Choosing Leaders
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Leaders need followers to be leaders. Followers may choose leaders with varying personalities; but tend to only have three leader belief systems to follow:
1. Good;
2. Frauds (fraud intentional perversion of truth in order to induce something of value like loyalty from another), leader’s fraudulent traits can include: greed, vanity, foolishness, and lust for power;
3. Evil.
Starting with basics, definition of a leader is one who guides by going in advance.
Good leader public and private virtues:
1. Believe in and live by or practice Judeo-Christian principles (reference All Right Magazine Politics By Ten Commandments);
2. Believe in and live by or practice America’s principles, traditions, and cultural values;
3. Decisions based on real word experiences not those of desk pilot or spoiled brat;
4. Knows difference between negotiate and compromise;
5. Devoted to work ethic and ethical capitalism;
6. Individuals of honor whose promises mean something, not like frauds with fair weather promises or evil leaders like Obama who tells you what they think you want to hear;
Bad traits avoided by Good Leaders:
1. No vanity, not selfish, not just talkers;
2. Not hypocrites like Texas Governor Perry who say one thing and do another, or Bush clan politicians who place international profits above domestic tranquility and national defense;
3. Not whiners, complainers, or those who blame everyone else and never accept personal responsibility for anything;
4. Not quitters;
5. Not public subsidy addicts depending on property stolen from other citizens; and
6. Not possessed by evil like Progressive Democrats, Liberals, and other Marxist-fascists.
Actual examples of Good, Frauds, and Evil Leaders: Good Leaders include those chosen by Heaven: Moses, King David, Solomon, and Jesus; other spiritual leaders Joan of Arc and Luther. Some American Founding Father leaders were: Washington, Jefferson, and Nathan Hale. Leaders with totally different personalities from early Texas history include Houston, Crockett, Bowie, and Travis. Mid eighteen hundreds American leaders were Lincoln, Lee, and Grant. Good nineteen hundred American leaders T. Roosevelt, Pershing, Patton, Eisenhower, and Reagan.
Actual examples of leaders remembered as frauds: Colonel James Fannin of Goliad infamy, General George Custer, Chamberlain of WW II infamy, Moderate Republican politicians and conservative talk show hosts who after reading too many of their own press releases believe they are qualified to be leaders.
