Texas Drifter Child’s Outline Foreign Policy
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Oath to protect America’s Constitution identifies two primary threats To America: one, domestic threats to domestic tranquility, and foreign threats to America’s national defenses.
Primary goals to achieve domestic tranquility and national defenses involve citizens living by Judeo-Christian principles, not lusting for hedonistic principals. This goal does not threaten “America’s First Tradition” (reference: All Right Magazine Texas Drifter America’s First Tradition)
Goals’ objectives include: first honor oath to Heaven made before American people to uphold, protect, and defend America’s due process Constitution including Bill of Rights and ethical capitalist principles.
Second objective, includes engaging in activities to preserve America’s constitutional due process domestic tranquility, while insuring and preserving America’s common foreign defenses and national security.
Some tactics follow:
1. setting example for others and other nations by properly managing objectives and continuing to achieve goal;
2. loyalty too and defending America’s foreign allies;
3. covertly supporting allies against groups, organizations, and nations threatening America’s national security;
4. putting economic, psychological, and physical fear into to those privately or publicly threatening America’s domestic tranquility and or common national defenses.

One example of threat to both America’s domestic tranquility and national security is contemporary illegal immigration problem. Solution can be found in five words: secure perimeter and police premises. Additional clues can be abundantly found in other Texas Drifter writing exercises.
Readers assignment identify other examples of how to resolve contemporary threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security based on successful actions of America’s Founding Fathers and patriotic leaders who followed America’s Founding Fathers.

Thirty plus years ago, an intelligence officer had an idea based on Mayan math studies and watching a young bobcat taunting a small rattlesnake. Agent’s only problem was technology necessary for his weapons system did not exist. Times have changed and necessary technology is available.
As Einstein’s theory impacted physical sciences, Marshall’s theory of social power will influence social sciences. Based on Marshall’s observation, sufficient social power with appropriate timing controls; might may or may not make right but determines outcome.
Social Power (SP) Equals (=) Quality (Q1) Plus Quantity (Q2) Over Timing. You the reader can write out formula.
Formula you just wrote out is only half or one side of the formula for success. The entire formula includes one side for good guys and one side for bad guys.

Natural consciousness can be described as awareness of one’s surroundings based on one of three processes: unitary, binary, and ternary. Ternary systems are composed of positive, negative and neutral units (+1,-1, & 0).
Artificial Consciousness Processes (ACP) may eventually supplement or even replace mental discipline, idealism, mysticism, or emotionalism in determining appropriate plan or goal selection; choosing strategy, executing strategy or responses in social power encounters.
ACP can be used for self defense objectives:
1. Avoid threat;
2. Retreat from threat;
3. Deflect threat;
4. Immobilize threat
5. Neutralize threat; and
6. Secure or evacuate territory.
Bi-mechanical applications of weapons are consistent regardless of target.

Potential Problems: lighting, weather, others to be determined. Note: Marshall’s Weapons System is protected for citizens by Second Amendment as long as silencers or fully automatic weapons are not used. Civil liability will probably become an issue by pro-victim groups. Other applications might be militias and militaries.
Some of best words ever recorded were lines written for blended characters. Good example Richard Boone’s role as Sam Houston and his comments to Col. Travis in John’s Wayne’s movie Alamo. Kind of how I feel about some pilgrim conservatives, America’ future will be determined by conservative leaders putting what is best for America’s Republic before their personal vanity. It would have done me no good long term, to earn a fortune selling Marshall’s Weapons Systems at expense of watching America “change” into some kind of Democrat Party Marxist environmentally fascist police state. Additional insult would be worshiping Obama, or someone like him, along with some tree or rock as Gods.
