Final suggestion, when the choice arrives and it always does, do what is best for America or walk away. Texas Drifter Romney Unfit To Command?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Romney’s arrogant obsession that he is entitled to lead and command American citizens, is contrary to America’s traditions of volunteers following and serving their leaders and commanders out of respect not royalty entitlements.
All spoken and written words combined never adequately express the personal emotions and feelings of a leader or commander who has to write a single letter to loved ones of one who paid the ultimate price serving under their command.
A short few words play might better express point Texas Drifter is trying to express within this writing exercise entitled “Letters to Loved Ones”
Introduction: Officers ask their superior to join them for celebration toast of their recent campaign victory.
Commander: You men have earned the right to celebrate your courage and bravery which has provided your country with a momentum changing battle. I need to finish writing these personal letters for your comrades who are not here to celebrate your success. Dismissed.
Youngest of Officers: Sir the toast would not seem like a celebration without your presence.
Commander: Appreciate your kind words; I also would not be writing these letters except for my leadership.
Youngest of Officers: Permission to speak freely?
Commander: Granted
Youngest of Officers: Perhaps it would help to remind the loved ones of benefits they and America will enjoy due to their loved ones sacrifices?
Commander: It might, thank you. Go enjoy more than one toast with your fellow officers. Someday you will be a good commander, enjoy your youth while writing these letters is not your responsibility.

Texas Drifter Teaching Christmas History
Marshall’s Law Dateline – America’s anti-Judeo-Christian Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats will try; but should not be allowed to prevent teaching history of America’s traditions, values, and cultural principles on public property.
Supporting example includes following: bitter world owes me hate filled America last activists, judges, and bureaucrats denying Christmas mangers on public property.
Another example, public school children prohibited from performing Christmas songs, plays, and other activities as historical lessons on public property. Factual distinction for all those bitter, “world owes us”, many racists, hate filled, America last activists, judges, and bureaucrats: teaching history of America’s traditions, values, and principles is totally different activity than trying to respect an establishment of religion. As far as all those mean spirited bad evil bitter people trying to prevent teaching history of America’s traditions, values, and cultural principles; Texas Drifter might offer following declaration: Scrooge you, you unpatriotic embarrassments to all those grateful for Heaven’s blessings by being Americans. Some might think Texas Drifter’s declaration is might strong; wonder if Heaven’s Son used politically correct language as he cast out the moneylenders from the temple?

Yet my rapacious soul would trade all these earthly blessings for the honor of gazing upon your son the Messiah.
(Suddenly the still wind chimes introduce a saintly intruder)
Anna: You will not die until you have seen God’s anointed King.
Act I
(Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with figure kneeling before him)
Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son (person rises). Caesar Augustus has ordered a census to be taken across the empire to make the collection of taxes more efficient. I am commanding you to carry out Caesar’s orders in Judea. If you can accomplish this task I shall reward your efforts by making you tax collector for Judea.
New Census Taker: I wish to thank you.
Quirinius (interrupts): I have no time for fool’s babble. Who is the most influential merchant in Judea?
Census Taker: Simon of Jerusalem. He has the finest olive gardens, the largest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market.
Quirinius: I have heard of Simon. Tell me more.
Census Taker: Simon is a devout man who refuses to engage in money lending or take an interest in politics.
Quirinius: Destroy this Simon of Jerusalem.
Census Taker: Why? He is an honest merchant without enemies.
Quirinius: It is not Simon that could be a threat but the thieves who may use his wealth against us. Be gone, I have grown tired of you.
Act II
(Six months later – Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with Census Taker kneeling before him)
Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son: Report to me about your progress on the census and Simon of Jerusalem.
Census Taker: The census taking process is on schedule. As for Simon of Jerusalem: I released locusts into his olive gardens. I destroyed his sheep herds with plagues. I burned his inn. I had bandits steal his wealth, and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.
Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool, you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon, not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places? Guards, let it be known that my fool son’s inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon’s losses resulting from my fool son’s actions. Let it also be known that my son shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.
Act III
(Simon and Simon’s Helper standing by three-sided shelter)
Simon (pointing): Isn’t it beautiful?
Simon’s Helper: Sir, how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent, a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life, see beauty in THIS? Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.
Simon: My dearest lifelong friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.
Simon’s Helper: Where’s the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed?
Visitor (enters stage): I am looking for Simon of Jerusalem.
Simon: I am Simon of Jerusalem.
Visitor: Many decades ago before I was born, you loaned my father this bucket. His dying words were that I return your bucket with five donkeys loaded with straw.
Simon: I grieve for the loss of an honest man. I greatly accept the return of my bucket. Heaven only asks for tithes of ten percent; it would be a sin for me to accept straw from your donkeys. Now I must go to the temple to pray for your loss.
(Turning to helper) Use the bucket to bring us water.

As far as all those mean spirited bad evil bitter people trying to prevent teaching history of America’s traditions, values, and cultural principles; Texas Drifter might offer following declaration: Scrooge you, you unpatriotic embarrassments to all those grateful for Heaven’s blessings by being Americans. Some might think Texas Drifter’s declaration is might strong; wonder if Heaven’s Son used politically correct language as he cast out the moneylenders from the temple?
Two assignments for reader: first is following true or false? Teaching Christmas history on public property is not trying to respect establishment of religion; while denying teaching of Christmas as history on public property is trying to respect establishment of a religion with government as God.
Second part of reader’s assignment: consider ways to use following “History Of Christmas Manger” to remind those grateful for Heaven’s blessings due to America’s cultural history.

Yet my rapacious soul would trade all these earthly blessings for the honor of gazing upon your son the Messiah.
(Suddenly the still wind chimes introduce a saintly intruder)
Anna: You will not die until you have seen God’s anointed King.
Act I
(Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with figure kneeling before him)
Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son (person rises). Caesar Augustus has ordered a census to be taken across the empire to make the collection of taxes more efficient. I am commanding you to carry out Caesar’s orders in Judea. If you can accomplish this task I shall reward your efforts by making you tax collector for Judea.
New Census Taker: I wish to thank you.
Quirinius (interrupts): I have no time for fool’s babble. Who is the most influential merchant in Judea?
Census Taker: Simon of Jerusalem. He has the finest olive gardens, the largest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market.
Quirinius: I have heard of Simon. Tell me more.
Census Taker: Simon is a devout man who refuses to engage in money lending or take an interest in politics.
Quirinius: Destroy this Simon of Jerusalem.
Census Taker: Why? He is an honest merchant without enemies.
Quirinius: It is not Simon that could be a threat but the thieves who may use his wealth against us. Be gone, I have grown tired of you.
Act II
(Six months later – Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with Census Taker kneeling before him)
Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son: Report to me about your progress on the census and Simon of Jerusalem.
Census Taker: The census taking process is on schedule. As for Simon of Jerusalem: I released locusts into his olive gardens. I destroyed his sheep herds with plagues. I burned his inn. I had bandits steal his wealth, and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.
Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool, you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon, not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places? Guards, let it be known that my fool son’s inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon’s losses resulting from my fool son’s actions. Let it also be known that my son shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.
Act III
(Simon and Simon’s Helper standing by three-sided shelter)
Simon (pointing): Isn’t it beautiful?
Simon’s Helper: Sir, how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent, a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life, see beauty in THIS? Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.
Simon: My dearest lifelong friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.
Simon’s Helper: Where’s the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed?
Visitor (enters stage): I am looking for Simon of Jerusalem.
Simon: I am Simon of Jerusalem.
Visitor: Many decades ago before I was born, you loaned my father this bucket. His dying words were that I return your bucket with five donkeys loaded with straw.
Simon: I grieve for the loss of an honest man. I greatly accept the return of my bucket. Heaven only asks for tithes of ten percent; it would be a sin for me to accept straw from your donkeys. Now I must go to the temple to pray for your loss.
(Turning to helper) Use the bucket to bring us water.

Texas Drifter Romney Worst Of Choices?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Obvious qualities for successful conservative leadership include: ability, experience, integrity, insights, mental discipline, and loyalty to followers; as no individual can be a leader without followers.
More specific traits are defined in following excerpts by George Washington Doane include in excerpts from “The Men To Make A State”.
1. The men to lead, must be intelligent. It calls for wisdom, and discretion, and intelligence, of no ordinary standard. It takes in every exercise, the interest of all the nation.
2. The men to lead, must be honest. I mean men whom no king on earth can buy.
3. The men to lead must be brave men. I mean men that do, but do not talk. I mean the men that dare to stand alone.
4. The men to lead must be religious men. The men that own no future, the men that trample on the Bible, the men that never pray, are not men to lead.
5. The men to lead are made by faith. A man that has no faith is so much flesh. His heart is a muscle nothing more.
6. The men to lead are made by self denial. I mean he knows no shelter, and feels no shade. He asks no favor and gives none.
7. The men to lead are themselves made by obedience. Obedience is but self- government in action; and he can never govern men who does not govern first himself.
Only such men can lead.
Moving on to some qualities that best leaders serving in danger times or those facing a one battle winner take all scenario do not have. First reason not to choose a leader is popularity. Vanity driven popularity does not defeat wicked or evil.
Second qualification to be avoided for selecting a leader is “entitlement.” Past entitled Republican nominees like Dole, and McCain should be reason enough to not nominate RINOS’ nominee Romney. Moderates like Bill Kristol and most Fox Network chameleon conservative talk show hosts may be blinded by their own vanity, but most American voters are not as foolish.
Third qualification which should dismiss some potential Republican nominees is difference between being candidate of principles, and candidate for principals. RINOS tend to mostly be internationalists motivated by principal despite two eventually fatal consequences for America.
First internationalists are in return for mega profits willing to destroy America’s domestic manufacturing base which is one of cornerstones in any national security strategy. Second internationalists are willing to integrate America into an international house of cards economy. Contemporary times suggest Americans have two economic choices: save America’s economy at expense of world economy or sacrifice America’s economy to save world economy. Romney and Perry are both internationalists which should keep them from being any conservative’s choice for Republican nominee.
Some personal sins can be overlooked by conservatives as we all know Heaven’s Son is not running to be Republican Party’s nominee. Some political blunders like opposing Second Amendment, or creating blue prints for Obama’s healthcare should be sufficient reasons to take Romney off top of list. As for Perry’s known past of promising what you want to hear until after the election, then selling out to lobbyists should also be enough reasons to take scratch his name from top of lists.
Spoiled rich children are known for never losing their “terrible twos” tempers, not good quality for a President who can expect to have his mental disciple tested on hourly basis. One example of candidates not thinking or planning long term are practically all current nominees except one making debate circuit. Not included in even potential reality list is Obama’s surrogate candidate, and the other candidate who believes America lives in a utopia and can resolve all foreign threats by “submissively presenting” America to our enemies.
Translation primary process is about choosing nominee based on their potential abilities and skills. Candidates who are willing to destroy future Republican allies needed for victory in general election by destroying their opponents in primary elections would not a good leader make.
Texas Drifter’s entry in to primary election discussions, Gingrich would make a perfect Vice-President for America’s increasing troubling times. As for Presidential nominee, I say wait and let that selection be made at national convention. One thing none on current candidates have is experience writing personal letters to family members of citizens who lost their lives serving America under his command.
America’s future demands having a Commander-in-chief who has experienced and survived what some know as worst of worst. None of current Republican Party’s nominees have anything other than bad day at office experiences. I say America’s next great leader has yet to step out of shadows; perhaps he will do so at Republican Convention. Fact of life waiting for best is better than settling for less too soon. What think you my reader?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Excerpts from Jefferson’s Declaration include: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Property … Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
Specific translation can be found in First Amendment excerpt: Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press... Now that American citizens’ “Right” to Write has been established, few notes about “Write”.
Conservative leaders must let Americans know in no uncertain terms that patriotic conservatives are only solving problems created by Liberal Democrats, Moderate Republicans and racist “re-conquer America for Mexico” Hispanics.
To answer a future question, how can Texas Drifter write what he writes?
Answer: Texas Drifter has inalienable right to write what he writes. You don’t like what I write; you have the right to not read what I write.
Texas Drifter has spent over forty years trying to learn to write like he speaks, reason people will be able to converse with me through my writings as if they were involved in direct conversation with me.
Repetition is good training exercise, say you do not like what I write; I say go read something else. My inalienable right from Heaven and re-affirmed in First amendment as right to write for you Leninist Democrats and Moderate Republicans simply means I am identifying another “Don’t Tread On Me” warning.
Just think of all the mischief you can bless hell bound Leninist Democrats and Moderate Republicans with; example, Continue mailing, faxing, e-mailing, posting and publishing to expose consequences of their more often than not treasonous actions from further destroying America’s domestic and national security interests.
Secret to improving your right to write exercises, write like you are talking to one of the following people: wife, child, parents, friends, compatriots, or bad guys. Think about judgment day, how are you going to justify not using one of Heaven’s gifts with, sorry I was just too lazy to exercise my right to write right.
Some techniques for conservatives to improve their writings to better protect, defend, and regain control of America’s Constitutional Republic have been compiled as notes for you my reader.
Every American patriot and or conservative citizen has a story to tell, principles to defend, points to promote, constructive criticisms to make, or questions to ask. Improving conservative writing styles makes each writing exercise more effective.
Readers already know my efforts at re-arranging words are imperfect writing exercises. Absence of vanity is recognition that perfect words are only published in one book, Holy Bible. This standard should not dissuade any conservative citizen from continuously exercising their inalienable rights of free speech and free press.
1) Good effective writing is more than randomly inserting words from a dictionary or synonym’s list. Learning to write effectively or persuasively starts with using composition in one’s speaking process.
2) Some writing message objectives: communicate motives, negotiate, entertain, teach, or propaganda
3) Writing can be used to inform or entertain. One structured style I use for consistent promotion writing:
- identify target audience
- length (number of words determines number of spoken seconds)
- personal, neutral, positive, or negative
- hook
- who / what / when / where / why
- tag
4) Writing is full time. Carry a notebook or recorder. Insert anecdotes, half of great novels have been forgotten by authors going to write down a good line later. Inspiration may not be around tomorrow.
5) Write like you speak... evaluate writing by reading out loud.
6) Write realistic details... no finding clues next to “snow mobile rental stand” at South Padre Island... do appropriate research / write about what you know...
7) Contemporary formula (people against struggles) examples: self; others; nature; environment; conscience; super natural evil; fate / destiny; Lenin-Obama’s groupie zombies; and so on. Compare to classic formula (tragedies): good individual (hero) struggles against superior force like fate and eventually loses. Structure: intro / three acts / conclusion / outro: (example - put character in tree / throw rocks at character / get character out of tree or don’t if tragedy). Narrators can be first or third persons… remember people read to learn, or be entertained and forget about their lives.
8) Using outline (percentage of each / fill in blanks / polish / let “cool” / polish):
- Intro (double intro)
- Set Up (in tree)
- Act I (throwing rocks)
- ACT II (more intense throwing rocks)
- ACT III (even more intense throwing rocks)
- Outro
9) Writing is a business (writing is an art form / selling is art of business)… the purpose of commercial writing is to sell books; screenplay concepts; or ideas... how many people gather along the side of the road to watch over weight old person change a flat tire... how many people gather along the side of the road to watch young woman in bikini change flat tire?
10) Never quit because of rejection or criticism (999-1) ... remember if critics were successful writers they would be writing and not criticizing your work... let history be your judge… one example of late or belated success – Melville’s classic about a whale.
11) Writing is a twenty-four hour a day job - you have to love to write... develop own unique style... outlines are useful... first draft is most exciting... rewrites and polishing are work... use thesaurus for clarity not flash... know when to quit and start reviewing next project for: style; composition, correct word usage (get to be friends with a dictionary and a thesaurus); flow; and other criteria: like letting events cause characters to evolve, and cross character relationships!!
12) Good writers use correct grammar, spelling, right word for right meaning use dictionary and thesaurus. Successful writers must also be good business communicators to protect their property rights. Study different types of contracts, and contract elements. Consider keeping control of product production process; for example, create concept, write, edit, proof read. Get an attorney keeping part of something is better than losing all of nothing.
13) Final Process: create idea sometimes called inspiration do research, write outline, first draft, second draft, polish draft, publish on you blog, move on to next writing exercise; best to not waste your time constantly re-reading your own work keep moving on to new writing exercises, and never forget eventually good writing sells itself. Publishing is printing, distributing; and marketing the writer Vs. author debate shall be left for another writing exercise.
14) Be free to write what ever you like; but remember the decision where to draw the line as to what you release is a moral decision which requires insightful courage. About writing to be popular, recall vanity is not being satisfied with God’s love, and greed is not being satisfied with Heaven’s blessings.
This old farmer’s son believes that America’s greatest literature has yet to be written. The Texas Drifter also believes that much of contemporary literature and art will be forgotten, as most symbolize Hollywood products which are little more than “pet rock” type soft porn marketing fads.
Some conservative icon writers are also surfing waves of success based on talk show personality cult marketing not built from ground up quality writing. There you have some notes to help maybe you become one of America’s greatest conservative authors.

Secret to improving your right to write exercises, write like you are talking to one of the following people: wife, child, parents, friends, compatriots, or bad guys. Think about judgment day, how are you going to justify not using one of Heaven’s gifts with, sorry I was just too lazy to exercise my right to write right.
Some techniques for conservatives to improve their writings to better protect, defend, and regain control of America’s Constitutional Republic have been compiled as notes for you my reader.
Every American patriot and or conservative citizen has a story to tell, principles to defend, points to promote, constructive criticisms to make, or questions to ask. Improving conservative writing styles makes each writing exercise more effective.
Readers already know my efforts at re-arranging words are imperfect writing exercises. Absence of vanity is recognition that perfect words are only published in one book, Holy Bible. This standard should not dissuade any conservative citizen from continuously exercising their inalienable rights of free speech and free press.
1) Good effective writing is more than randomly inserting words from a dictionary or synonym’s list. Learning to write effectively or persuasively starts with using composition in one’s speaking process.
2) Some writing message objectives: communicate motives, negotiate, entertain, teach, or propaganda
3) Writing can be used to inform or entertain. One structured style I use for consistent promotion writing:
- identify target audience
- length (number of words determines number of spoken seconds)
- personal, neutral, positive, or negative
- hook
- who / what / when / where / why
- tag
4) Writing is full time. Carry a notebook or recorder. Insert anecdotes, half of great novels have been forgotten by authors going to write down a good line later. Inspiration may not be around tomorrow.
5) Write like you speak... evaluate writing by reading out loud.
6) Write realistic details... no finding clues next to “snow mobile rental stand” at South Padre Island... do appropriate research / write about what you know...
7) Contemporary formula (people against struggles) examples: self; others; nature; environment; conscience; super natural evil; fate / destiny; Lenin-Obama’s groupie zombies; and so on. Compare to classic formula (tragedies): good individual (hero) struggles against superior force like fate and eventually loses. Structure: intro / three acts / conclusion / outro: (example - put character in tree / throw rocks at character / get character out of tree or don’t if tragedy). Narrators can be first or third persons… remember people read to learn, or be entertained and forget about their lives.
8) Using outline (percentage of each / fill in blanks / polish / let “cool” / polish):
- Intro (double intro)
- Set Up (in tree)
- Act I (throwing rocks)
- ACT II (more intense throwing rocks)
- ACT III (even more intense throwing rocks)
- Outro
9) Writing is a business (writing is an art form / selling is art of business)… the purpose of commercial writing is to sell books; screenplay concepts; or ideas... how many people gather along the side of the road to watch over weight old person change a flat tire... how many people gather along the side of the road to watch young woman in bikini change flat tire?
10) Never quit because of rejection or criticism (999-1) ... remember if critics were successful writers they would be writing and not criticizing your work... let history be your judge… one example of late or belated success – Melville’s classic about a whale.
11) Writing is a twenty-four hour a day job - you have to love to write... develop own unique style... outlines are useful... first draft is most exciting... rewrites and polishing are work... use thesaurus for clarity not flash... know when to quit and start reviewing next project for: style; composition, correct word usage (get to be friends with a dictionary and a thesaurus); flow; and other criteria: like letting events cause characters to evolve, and cross character relationships!!
12) Good writers use correct grammar, spelling, right word for right meaning use dictionary and thesaurus. Successful writers must also be good business communicators to protect their property rights. Study different types of contracts, and contract elements. Consider keeping control of product production process; for example, create concept, write, edit, proof read. Get an attorney keeping part of something is better than losing all of nothing.
13) Final Process: create idea sometimes called inspiration do research, write outline, first draft, second draft, polish draft, publish on you blog, move on to next writing exercise; best to not waste your time constantly re-reading your own work keep moving on to new writing exercises, and never forget eventually good writing sells itself. Publishing is printing, distributing; and marketing the writer Vs. author debate shall be left for another writing exercise.
14) Be free to write what ever you like; but remember the decision where to draw the line as to what you release is a moral decision which requires insightful courage. About writing to be popular, recall vanity is not being satisfied with God’s love, and greed is not being satisfied with Heaven’s blessings.

The key to America’s future is people of conservative viewpoints joining together, people like Judeo-Christians, Constitutionalists, Conservative Republicans, Conservative Democrats, Libertarians, Ethical Capitalists, Patriots and others who care about serving and protecting Heaven’s favorite republic.
As there will always be Goliaths, there will always be those representing David’s faith. The most obvious “David” in contemporary America is America’s oil producers. Only one employer out of nine paid five dollars an hour with good or decent meals. Other eight varied from underpaying or not paying for services provided. One employer paid only one hundred dollars for two weeks hard work, averaging ten dollars a day for eight hours day. (Let stealing slide did not want to be branded troublemaker and jeopardize assignment.)
Other scams were charging exorbitant prices for rent, food, beer so illegals ended up owing employer money at end of pay period. Some employers would insult illegals getting them to leave before pay period, or turning them over to Immigration to avoid paying them.
Meals ranged from spoiled leftovers to: stale crackers, out of date fish, moldy potato salad (did not eat bad fish or rotten potato salad), to one fifty cent package of peanuts, and in many cases no meals. My most memorable meal was choice between one hot can of generic coke, or one slice of watermelon. I never knew how much I liked watermelon.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. Future American historians have a moral obligation to record what “pieces of silver” every Obama Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrat along with their allies Moderate Republicans also called RINOS received for contributing to destruction of Heaven’s favorite republic. America’s citizens have right to know which of these politicians took Judas bribes, and which were just evil.
Even cruel, mean, selfish, sadistic, lying, thieving, totally worthless psychopaths, sociopaths, and poliopaths like Marxist Progressive Democrats are entitled to American Constitutional judicial due processes: indictments, trials, appeals and due process punishments. As for their souls, that is Heaven’s domain not citizens. Above words do not change principles that self defense is not a sin.
Unfortunately many good American citizens have pilgrim like attitudes towards political evils. Why, most American pilgrims are not used to being victimized by fascists acting bureaucrats with worker ant personalities. Occasionally good spirited patriotic citizens may over react with episodes of violence caused by lost tempers.
I feel a question emerging; why would battered citizen syndrome not be a valid criminal defense argument? Following excerpt was previously published in January 1999 by Texas Drifter page 150, item “068”.
One wonders if abuses of socialist governments generate a “battered citizen syndrome?” If battered wife syndrome is a valid due process legal defense for use of violent solutions; is the battered citizen syndrome also a valid defense for citizens who react in a similar manner against abusive governments?
Intellectual consistency requires that those who accept the battered spouse syndrome as a legal defense to justify violence against an abusive spouse must also accept the battered citizen syndrome as valid legal defense for citizen/s who uncontrollably out with violence against abusive government/s which seems synonymous with abusive husbands or spouses.
To accept less is to deny legitimacy of actions by America’s Founding Fathers in 1700’s; actions by Texas rebels in 1830’s, or actions of those who sought to establish nation of Israel following World War II. What constitutes sufficient legitimate abuse that contributes to battered citizen syndrome can be debated, but existence of battered citizen syndrome can not be debated.
Criteria to justify battered citizen syndrome probably requires Solomon like wisdom, especially since Obama like Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their RINO allies seem incapable of remorse and are not likely to exit political stage as did Judas Iscariot.

Second example: In April, British General Thomas Gage, military governor of Massachusetts decided to confiscate weapons stored in the village of Concord and capture patriot leaders Samuel Adams and John Hancock reportedly living in Lexington. On the night of April 18 Captain John received warning of the approach of the king's soldiers.
Act I:
Patriot Leader (enters): Relax Captain John. Decision has been made to assign you command of Lexington militia. Before you respond, others may seem more qualified. You were chosen, one for your devotion and loyalty to following orders. Second militia members respect you and will do exactly when and what you command.
Captain John: Should I ask my young scout to leave?
Patriot Leader: No he can report to me when time is right. Your orders, do not fire on British troops until after they fire on you and your militia. Have something to say?
Captain John: Sir sounds like you are ordering me to conduct myself like a coward and watch my friends and neighbors die.
Patriot Leader: Sir the very future of our yet unborn republic could very well depend on when you order your militia to fire. Tomorrow’s events will determine how fellow Americans and foreign governments view our struggle for freedom and liberty. Firing on British troops first will be remembered as provocation by criminals and traitors. Firing on British troops after British fire on you and your militia are citizens engaging in self defense; a concept understood by all Judeo-Christians. I am asking you to place serving America’s unborn republic before your own vanity. Understand?
Captain John: Yes Sir, I will command my volunteer militia not to return fire until I fire or give the order.

Captain John ordered every man to take care of himself. The company immediately dispersed; and while the company was dispersing and leaping over the wall, the second platoon of the British fired and killed some of our men. There was not a gun fired by any one of Captain John's company, I was so situated that I would have known it, had any thing of the kind taken place before a total dispersion of our company.
ACT III
Captain John To Grieving Woman: Let me say …
Grieving Woman (interrupts): Do not say another word to me. My husband, father of my children, my only son is missing and thought to be prisoner of British, and the man you called your best friend is dead because you were too cowardly to give order to fire on British before they got close enough to kill friends and neighbors under your command.
