Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Texas Drifter just had recent nightmare about Obama’s confidants circulating a coup d’etat strategy memorandum. The unpleasant nightmare started with Texas Drifter seeing himself in some unknown government office photographing second page of Obama’s coup d’etat strategy memo.

I. Obama’s Current Assets:
# Currently control House of Representatives and will probably lose control in November elections. Options:
1. Accept loss use “lame duck” session with Senate to enslave and destroy America’s Republic with Marxist- fascist legislation signed by Obama.
2. Steal election: first, using racist thugs protected by Attorney General and Justice Department to deter voter participation. Second, voter fraud by Democrat Party social activist groups who will be backed up by Democrat Party appointed judges (reference recent success of Clinton nominated federal judge in Arizona self defense from illegal immigrants case).
3. Post pone November elections by creating international incident or allowing “man made disaster” by Islamic fascists terrorists; then suspend habeas corpus citing Lincoln’s actions in Civil War; then declare martial law not Marshall’s Law; activate Obama’s CMRF (Consequence Management Response Force) to jail some Obama critics in FEMA Detention Camps, and murder other “dissidents” while trying to “escape”.
# Currently control U.S. Senate will probably not lose control in November elections. Spend all resources necessary running commercials protecting Democrat Party and Moderate Republican Party senatorial candidates from conservative Republican and conserative Democrat candidates by branding "all conservatives" as racists. Main stream news media like CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, CNN and other Obama propagandist networks will run stories verifying liberal political ads. Senate must be protected to use “lame duck” session with House to enslave and destroy America’s republic with Marxist- fascist legislation signed by Obama.
# Use Democrat nominated federal judges to back any of Obama and Congress’s legislation no matter how unconstitutional by “cherry picking” activist liberal presiding judges (remember Arizona case). One problem with Democrat Party judicial assets, U.S. Supreme Court. Current make up of Court is five (5) conservatives and four (4) liberal activist judges. Obama’s legacy could by strengthen if one or more of conservatives had an “accident”, be disabled by unexplainable emergency medical problem, or was involved in “unfortunate" incident. This would allow Obama to install new deciding fifth vote during 2010 “lame duck” session. This good fortune for Obama’s legacy is lowest profile, least complicated, highest return for invested assets of all asset categories.

II. Obama’s Allies:
Leninist Democrats; Obama’s Administration; many government bureaucrats; public subsidy addicts; main stream news media; Hollywood liberal elites; some anti American aristocrats; illegal immigrants; Hispanic street gangs; Black racist organizations and hate groups; United Nations; many third world countries like Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba; and Islamic terror nations; Islamic Fascist terrorists; some Moderate Republicans; and others in America last crowd.
III. Strategy Target Dates:
Depending on tactic selected for deployment – September 2010 through January 2011.
IV. Recent Successes:
1. Blaming all Obama and Democrat Party distracters and critics as racists.
2. Using Democrat appointed judges to rule for our utopia not constitutional integrity.
3. Converting major American private sector industries to our Marxist utopian assets.
4. Slow response to oil spill with EPA regulations and bureaucrats which created propaganda justifiying destroying America’s private sector energy industry. Plus bonus of eliminating millions of upper middle class jobs in all those red states.
5. Eliminating Freedom Of Information (FOI) statues from SEC.
6. Alienating America’s economic and military allies; plus bonus of putting Israel’s national security at perhaps it greatest risks.
7. Greater successes will follow in January 2011 with destruction of America’s health care industry and estimated on-sixth of American economy. Death of America should follow shortly with increasing taxes that make mortgage industry problems seem like “good old days”.
8. Other successes will be identified later.
V. Recommendations:
Coup D’etat is ahead of schedule, who knows; we might be able to put America’s Judeo-Christian Constitutional Republic out of our misery by end of January 2011. Only a few scenarios could occur which turn our approaching victory into failure.
If success is denied, will not be first or probably last time we have to re-group and start over. What is one more another attempt to establish history’s best utopia for our political elite; while letting commoners do what they do best – root like stupid promiscuous proletariat swine they always have been and always will be. What could go wrong, why be negative when things are going so well?

3. Judicial (Supreme Court) constitutional due processes.
When all three branches of federal government abandon their respective constitutional due processes, America’s Constitution is dead and America’s Constitutional Republic is in reality nothing more than a memory of history.
Example if three following events occur America’s constitutional Republic is dead.
1. Leninist Democrats violate constitutional due process to enact contemporary health care statues;
2. Obama signs off on unconstitutional legislative due processes to enact health care statutes;
3. Supreme Court upholds unconstitutional due processes of Leninist Democrats and Obama.
If America’s Constitution is de facto murdered by Leninist Democrats, Obama, and Supreme Court; be warned, violence will sweep across America that makes anarchy in Mexico along America’s Southern Border seem like children playing good guys and bad guys. Top of list would in addition to those trying to murder by destroying America’s values, traditions; culture, predominantly ethical capitalist society, constitutional republic, and national security assets would definitely include sunshine patriots.
Origin of this writing exercise was an associate asking me to assemble a few words to “cheer up” those “stressed out” by Obama and Leninist Democrats efforts to destroy Heaven’s favorite republic.
First thought was to compare bad days by past generations of Americans to contemporary bad days. Started with some obvious bad days:
1. President Lincoln’s emotions when learning of atrocities Americans committed on each other at Gettysburg;
2. Sam Houston’s emotions on learning fates of those serving at Alamo and Goliad;
3. Presidents Madison’s emotions when having to leave America’s capital to being looted, ransacked, and burned by British in 1814;
4. General Washington’s emotions after being forced to retreat from battle during early part of America’s War for Independence from English royalty.
Purpose of writing exercise was to write cheering up words; sometimes words do not come easy. I just kept thinking how America’s baby boomers had brought their problems on their selves by electing Leninist Democrats to highest federal offices. Also thought baby boomers seem like professional cry babies when compared to earlier American generations.
Sometime during my non-productive process, I must have dozed off. Several unknown how many hours later, I halfway opened my eyes and noticed that entry door to my Free Spirit fifth wheel was open. More asleep than awake; moved to close at least screen door to keep unwanted South Texas brush thicket, also known as monte, critters outside.
Still more asleep than awake, maybe even dreaming; as I simultaneously saw I also heard an old man in the shadows say the words you are looking for have already been written.
My only proper response seemed, “How do you know?”
The fading response as his apparition dissolved into the mist, “I wrote them in 1776. Find “The Day of Freedom” in pamphlet FROM THE CRISIS. Sometime during the old man’s visit I had managed to become wide away.

Texas Drifter Loyalty Not Addiction
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Loyalty is choice of free will knowledge, while addiction results from absence of or abandoned knowledge. Addictive self destructive personalities seem to share following traits: never ever dependable, always selfish, sometimes sadistic, lying, thieving, amoral to immoral in general.
Three addiction examples final paths:
1. Recreation drugs can become addictive; like those "married" to pot. Yes Jenny there are marijuana addicts who act like sociopaths.
2. Psycho-therapy prescriptions with anti-depressants which might cause sleep depravation which may result in homicide-suicide acts created by prescription drug psychopaths.
3. Excessive tax payer subsides which create one of two kinds of public subsidy addicts – welfare recipients and or over paid civil servants. This group can be identified as Democrats and moderate Republicans also known as polipaths.
There you have three kinds of addiction paths: sociopaths, psychopaths, and polipaths.
Political correct arguments that all addicts are innocent slaves to circumstances beyond their control need to be re-debated. Political correctness values trade personal responsibility for blaming others.
Reader needs to keep up or get left behind, moving on to another one of society's misconceptions perceived as truth. Many worry daily about return of Satan’s anti-Christ. Perhaps Satan’s anti-Christ is not a person rather an already present ideology.
As Satan himself or herself (not wishing to be accused of sexism), cannot physically force any citizen to violate Ten Commandments or abandon any of Heaven’s teachings except though free will volunteer choices; what Satan can do is use evil messengers to entice citizens through ignorance or lost allegiance to Judeo-Christian teachings.
Reader’s assignment if you choose to accept it; think about answers to following questions:
1. Do addiction paths lead back to bad or evil ideology intersections?
2. Is that ideology which teaches if it feels good, do it; who cares what you do to others so long as you feel good - Satan’s or Heavenly Father’s path?
Clues to above two questions, in “old West” days “gun slingers” were known to drop their left shoulder feigning a draw to entice pilgrim to “draw first” so “gun slinger” could claim self defense since pilgrim drew first.
Another pretence, watching card shark’s right hand while he manipulates card game with left hand.
Does one really believe Satan would not distract attention from real anti-Christ by having people look for anti-Christ as person; while real anti-Christ was Satan’s ideology? Consider as evil as they were and are, what Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Venezuela’s Chavez, Islamic Fascists terrorists, and some might suggest Obama, Leninist Democrats, and maybe few Moderate Republicans all have in common.
Answer not their varying propensities for cruelty, sadism, racial and or class based genocide; answer is their addiction to greed, hedonism, and lust for power justified by purely evil ideologies. Behavior that suggest these people might be Satan’s spiritual evil children though that is judgment left to others than Texas Drifter.
Opposite path follows Judeo-Christian standards complimented with American traditions, values, principles all exemplified by America’s history to honor virtue not evil. Perhaps someday Texas Drifter will be able to arrange words in a writing exercise that reminds people that America’s Founding Fathers were loyal to forces of good not addicted to forces of evil.
Addicted to evil is trait most Americans believe guide most of America’s contemporary House, Senate, Judges, President and bureaucrats. Doubt this observation, why do only about ten percent of Americans have any respect for America’s House and Senate?
As it is slightly past midnight, Texas Drifter feels all writ out, and will finish this writing exercise later this day.
Back shortly before sunrise same day; more or less an hour ago, heard or thought I heard a tapping on door of my fifth wheel “Free Spirit”. Aroused and not wide awake, I stumbled to see who was interrupting Texas Drifter’s not so peaceful sleep.
Standing mere yards from trailer’s steps was an apparition from another century. Asked the visitor if he was lost and I could help.
Stranger’s response, name is Peter Horry (pronounced “O-ree”); thought you might enjoy these words from an interview I did with General Francis Marion in 1795.
Texas Drifter’s answer, “Sure, though speak slowly so I will remember them.”
General Horry spoke distinctly and slowly, General Francis Marion also called “The Swamp Fox” said following:
Israel of old, you know was destroyed for lack of knowledge; and all nations, all individuals, have come to naught from same cause. Ambitious demagogues will rise, and the people through ignorance and love of change will follow them.

General Horry’s response: Least I can do to help contemporary patriots; never forget you still have to win your own battles as we won ours.

Does one really believe Satan would not distract attention from real anti-Christ by having people look for anti-Christ as person; while real anti-Christ was Satan’s ideology? Consider as evil as they were and are, what Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Venezuela’s Chavez, Islamic Fascists terrorists, and some might suggest Obama, Leninist Democrats, and maybe few Moderate Republicans all have in common.
Answer not their varying propensities for cruelty, sadism, racial and or class based genocide; answer is their addiction to greed, hedonism, and lust for power justified by purely evil ideologies. Behavior that suggest these people might be Satan’s spiritual evil children though that is judgment left to others than Texas Drifter.
Opposite path follows Judeo-Christian standards complimented with American traditions, values, principles all exemplified by America’s history to honor virtue not evil. Perhaps someday Texas Drifter will be able to arrange words in a writing exercise that reminds people that America’s Founding Fathers were loyal to forces of good not addicted to forces of evil.
Addicted to evil is trait most Americans believe guide most of America’s contemporary House, Senate, Judges, President and bureaucrats. Doubt this observation, why do only about ten percent of Americans have any respect for America’s House and Senate?
As it is slightly past midnight, Texas Drifter feels all writ out, and will finish this writing exercise later this day.
Back shortly before sunrise same day; more or less an hour ago, heard or thought I heard a tapping on door of my fifth wheel “Free Spirit”. Aroused and not wide awake, I stumbled to see who was interrupting Texas Drifter’s not so peaceful sleep.
Standing mere yards from trailer’s steps was an apparition from another century. Asked the visitor if he was lost and I could help.
Stranger’s response, name is Peter Horry (pronounced “O-ree”); thought you might enjoy these words from an interview I did with General Francis Marion in 1795.
Texas Drifter’s answer, “Sure, though speak slowly so I will remember them.”
General Horry spoke distinctly and slowly, General Francis Marion also called “The Swamp Fox” said following:
Israel of old, you know was destroyed for lack of knowledge; and all nations, all individuals, have come to naught from same cause. Happiness signifies nothing, if it not be known and properly valued. Satan, we are told, was once an angel of light; but for want of considering his glorious state, he rebelled, and lost all. The more perfect the government, the greater the duty to make it well known. Selfish and oppressive governments, indeed as Christ observes, must “hate the light, and fear to come to it, because their deeds are evil.” But a fair and cheap government, like our Republic, “longs for the light, and rejoices to come to the light, that it might be manifested from GOD,” and well worth all the vigilance and valor that an enlightened nation can rally for its defense.
God knows, a good government can hardly ever be half anxious enough to give its citizens a thorough knowledge of its own excellencies. For some of the most valuable truths, for lack of careful promulgation, have been lost, so the best government on earth, if not duly known and prized, may be subverted. Ambitious demagogues will rise, and the people through ignorance and love of change will follow them.
As General Peter Horry halted, Texas Drifter asked: Mind if I use your interview words with General Francis Marion in my writing exercise?
General Horry’s response: Least I can do to help contemporary patriots; never forget you still have to win your own battles as we won ours.

Texas Drifter Was James’ Brother Jude Right?

1. Texas Drifter knew a father who gave his heroin addicted daughter money so she did not have to prostitute herself of steal to get money to buy her heroin. Her father asked me what I thought, told him he and his daughter were going down a road without a happy ending. He said I did not know what it was like to have a heroin addicted daughter. With that I agreed, but said I knew what it was like to be blinded by bad decisions. We have never spoken since.
2. Following government and private sector partnerships: mortgage industry, student loans, health care services, public education, social services, financial industries, automobile industries, and other public bureaucrat and private citizens’ partnerships always travel down roads without happy endings.
3. Government should do what it does best: foreign security, domestic border security, civil law enforcement, fire suppression, emergency medical transport services, and few regulatory services to travel down roads with better endings.
Possible partial answers for problems which do not have easy or pleasant solutions confronting America, enacting and staying committed to solutions requires mature adults not adults with personalities of two year old children. 2. Phase out Social Security into private sector retirement accounts over twenty years.
3. Replace tax payer supported public subsidy addiction with re-built charitable services from families, churches, and non-profit organizations.
4. Secure border by constructing secure perimeter fence; check all (no exceptions) traffic entering U.S, and start voluntary deportation of illegal immigrants, followed by physical deportation of remaining illegal immigrants.
5. Establish Armed Forces and intelligence service assets capable of insuring national defense.
6. Reduce national debt with percentage payment settlements with proceeds raised by "America’s Garage Sale” of some public lands. Awful shame America has to sell some of it national treasures; blame Democrats, Moderate Republicans, and socialist environmentalists for their wasteful bankrupting policies.
7. Re-teach American history, values, principles, and traditions in public schools to replace liberals' public education dummy anti-patriotic only smart enough to breed graduates.
8. Stop cowering to political correct fascists and acting like wimp ashamed of being an American citizen.
