Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Texas Drifter is challenging every American: conservative patriot, Judeo-Christian, Tea Party movement member, Reagan Democrat, Independent, Libertarian, Constitutionalist, and everyone else who believes in America’s principles, traditions, and values to prove following statement is wrong: The Declaration of Independence was only theory until fighting stopped after good guys won.
First question for conservative pilgrims, if America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights become theory under Obama, his Administration, Leninist Democrats, most public unions, many public bureaucrats, public subsidy addicts, and moderate Republicans; what are the options to return Heaven’s favorite republic from constitutional theory to constitutional reality?
Observation, those least likely to advocate violent solutions are those who have been most exposed too civil and international violence.
Now is your chance to “put” Texas Drifter “in his place”. How, by listing best options to return U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights to reality that millions of Americans have fought, died, and suffered to keep a reality not just theory for future generations.
Second question, what is first option and follow up options for conservatives if Obama issues executive orders activating Consequence Management Response Force (CMRF):
1. Before 2010 elections; or
2. After conservatives over whelming victories in 2010 elections; or
3. Anytime after 2010 elections?

Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – America’s greatest self destructive welfare threat is not food stamps or even free health care. America’s most dangerous and self destructive welfare; is a concept most American conservatives have never even considered – “credit welfare”.
Despite over educated proclamations by Obama’s totally ignorant economic advisers, “supply and demand” is still nature’s foundation for market place rules of commerce.
Demand portion of equation is fueled by:
1. Cash reserves also known as savings;
2. Income revenue separated into profits from return on investments, or return on labor also known as salaries or wages;
3. Credit or borrowed assets are based on one principle, ability to repay loaned debt; used to be culturally obvious in America that inability to re-pay loans makes credit useless to market place processes.
4. Another obvious fact, private sector profits create jobs and public sector taxes decrease profits which destroys private sector jobs.
Supply side of equation can be inflated by economic cycle of “welfare credit”:
1. “Welfare credit” increases demand without increasing supply: consequences include short term higher consumer prices for retail services and products. One very good example scholarships and government loans for secondary education institutions which rapidly increases cost of college educations: allows “poor” to get welfare college educations, while forces middle class students to no longer be able to afford secondary educations.
2. Long term consequences of Democrat Party welfare credit policies include destroying major American industries like home construction industry. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac by extending credit for homes to those not having ability to repay home loans have and will continue to increase supply of repossessed homes that competes in market place with contractors trying to build new homes. One estimate suggests that there is enough Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac repossessed homes on market to quell serious competition for new homes by contractors for ten years. A crisis that Leninist Democrats have created for their false prophet OBama to replace America’s Constitutional republic with Marxist fascist police state utopia. Reader does not want to know how Texas Drifter would solve over supply of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac repossessed homes to re-stimulate America’s private sector housing and home construction markets (one clue - box of matches).

Moving on to basics needed to recover from Democrat Party’s “welfare credit” policies designed to destroy America.
There are four types of budgets for individuals, businesses and all governments: surplus, balanced, in debt, and bankrupt.
Ways to change budgets:
1. Avoid fraud and cut waste;
2. Cut expenses;
3. Generate more revenue by: selling more; working more; borrowing which often caused problem; gifts or donations; marrying into money; begging; stealing; or raising taxes or printing money if you are government.
4. Stay wiithin budget.
If beneficiaries and advocates of “credit welfare” are not yet willing to trash Texas Drifter’s truth spoken words about “credit welfare” being a greater threat to America’s future than Islamic fascist terrorists; wait to they reference Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry # 129 “Texas Drifter Promotes America’s Garage Sale”.
