In its latest attempt to control Americans capital HUD has proposed stunning, private property busting rules in Docket No. FR-5271-P-01. This proposal provides a window into the minds of your federal employees who have clearly decided that your property rights must be lassoed for "your own protection." Like most new regulations, these rules create new legislation without legislation being proposed by your representatives. In this case HUD has been granted authority by the Secure and Fair Enforcement Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, signed into law by President Bush, to do whatever it pleases to enforce the general spirit of the Act. A few highlights of the proposed regulations:
1) Outlaws ALL unlicensed owner financing unless the owner occupies the property.
2) Requires mortgage originator licensing if you seek to finance your property to someone - even if you own the property outright.
3) You cannot receive a license if you've committed any felonies - ever - meaning you'll never be permitted to self-finance your property under any conditions if you're a felon of any kind.
4) Mandates fingerprinting to finance your own property
5) Threatens a $25,000 penalty for owners who fail to obey HUD’s rules
6) Forces owners to complete 3 hours of Federal Law training
7) Mandates owners complete 2 hours of federally approved 'ethics' training
8) Requires that owners complete 2 hours of lending standards training
9) Puts upon all self-financing owners and their prospective buyers dramatically higher costs and decreased opportunities to engage private property transactions.
10) Stops you from exercising your own constitutionally protected private property rights until the government approves your conduct - and charges you for it.
11) HUD grants itself authority to summon you any time it chooses for a host of reasons
12) I could go on, but you get the point.
Irrespective of what the document claims, the primary purpose of this legislation is to force more lending and taxable transactions to pass through federal hands. But, of course, this and the endless rules and regulations steamrolling our society are for our own protection... right?
You may make your opinion known to HUD regarding this proposed legislation (disguised as a "rule") by following the instructions on page 2 of the document. I encourage you to contact your local real estate professional who might be able to explain how these rules will affect all property holders - and those who seek to become property holders - in one fashion or another.

Texas Drifter Some Assimilation Bad For America
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Another no budget research study suggests: 1) not all foreign values and traditions are good; 2) not all values and traditions are equal; and 3) some foreign values and traditions should ever be assimilated into American culture or society.
Following comparisons provide examples of Mexican values and traditions that should never be allowed to be introduced or assimilated into America’s society or culture.
1. Mexico’s society has a “feud” based society. America’s society is based on Constitutional due processes. Consider a minor traffic accident first thing an American considers is who to take to civil court. Response in Mexico is whose family member to get even with.
2. Mexico is organized by economic classes: corrupt aristocrats, mestizos, and Indian peasants. Trace Mexican history back to days of Mayas, and Aztecs, through post 1800's history till modern times where an estimated seven to ten families own or control possibly eighty percent of Mexico’s assets. Now the question is partially answered why Mexico’s primary way of changing political institutions every thirty to forty years has been violent revolution to install a new corrupt aristocracy.

9. Most illegal immigrants do not migrate to America to become Americans; most come to America out of greed to take jobs away from American workers so as to
send back by some estimates one hundred billion dollars year to Mexico not
counting dollar values of smuggling profits, illegal drug profits, and public
subsidies dollars all returned to Mexico. Other side of issue, most immigrants who
are willing to “jump through red tape hoops” to become legal residents and eventually citizens come to America to become good Americans as opposed to
transitory illegal immigrants. In fact, Texas Drifter would like to make ‘more
room” for those wanting to become legal residents and citizens, by deporting

Question, are people whose negligence may have started house fire responsible for damages caused to neighborhood; since there was Fire Department negligence by showing up hours late to suppress fire? Civil jury might rule: percentage of compensatory damages: initial house fire five percent damages to neighborhood; while fire Department negligence represents ninety-five percent responsibility for damages to neighborhood.

Texas Drifter Ethnicism Like Racism Un-American

These Hispanic ethnicists are instead loyal to Mexico’s class based culture (corrupt aristocrats, Mestizos, and native Indian peasants); and “mordida” or bribe system which always has, still does, and probably always will drive Mexico’s political processes.
Some South Texas Hispanic ethnicists compliment their prejudice towards other groups with racism like contempt for Blacks, Asians and even other Hispanic groups like American Cuban citizens.

As for those victimized by ethnicists in this writing exercise, their names were withheld to protect them from America’s new Klan. These domestic terrorist are less likely to appear in your yard at night with burning crosses, but are more likely to strike during regular working hours from behind their bureaucrat desks. Will close with actual real world example, worker came and complained to me that one member of his chain saw crew liked to operate chain saws while under influence of cocaine. Worker said he was afraid to report situation to boss for fear of losing his job which he need to support his family.
Texas Drifter contacted employer who said, “I already know employee is always high on coke when operating chain saws and driving ranch vehicles”. Then employer added, “Some times things need to be overlooked as employee being a Hispanic, was probably discriminated against as young child by white racists.
Texas Drifter informed employer that Texas Drifter and his “Free Spirit” fifth wheel would be off employer’s ranch in about an hour.
Employer looked stunned and asked why I was leaving with out standard two week’s notice?
Texas Drifter calmly politely informed employer (in words that might have offended a sailor) that employer was in so many words a fool, or words to that affect.
One good thing did result from preceding event, Texas Drifter adopted mutual probationary period for both Texas Drifter and future employers offering “ranch scout” jobs.

Public hate speech towards old white men from: world owes me minority ethnicists, minority racists, angry at world sexists, radical homosexuals, public subsidy addicts, totally worthless lying thieving drug addicts including soul dead pot heads, spoiled rich brats masquerading as Moderate Republicans or socialist fascist Democrat Party traitors. Any named in preceding list always gets more respect from main stream news media than any old white men ever has.
Another example of irony that Texas Drifter so enjoys, some one should point out to Hispanic ethnicists that only difference between American and Mexican sides of border is not climate or terrain; rather old American white men values, traditions, work ethics, aversions to accepting welfare and public corruption, and faith in ethical capitalism.
Texas Drifter never used, or will use victim in writing exercises about old white men; as old white men know world is not fair and do not believe in “world owes them” philosophy like: “world owes me” minority ethnicists, minority racists, angry at world sexists, radical homosexuals, public subsidy addicts, totally worthless lying thieving drug addicts including soul dead pot heads, spoiled rich brats masquerading as Moderate Republicans or socialist fascist Democrat Party traitors.
Old white men appreciate President Jackson’s (not President LBJ) adage “equal opportunity without privilege”. A lesson that inspires old white men’s never quit motivations against Cameron County, Texas ethnicism, and Obama’s evil intentions against all Americans regardless of their ethnicity or race.

As for those victimized by ethnicists in this writing exercise, their names were withheld to protect them from America’s new Klan. Private and public sector terrorist groups all believing in multi culture fascism and hiding under multi-colored hoods and robes committing crimes and acts of terrorism in name of world owes me political correctness. These domestic terrorist are less likely to appear in your yard at night with burning crosses, but are more likely to strike during regular working hours from behind their bureaucrat desks. Who knows a friend, your neighbor, a family member, or even you may be next on their list.
Above observations are not those of bitter old white man rather empirical observations of actual events. Texas Drifter is just growing tired of giving adults with personalities of spoiled two year old children passes on bad and in some cases criminal conduct.
Will close with actual real world example, worker came and complained to me that one member of his chain saw crew liked to operate chain saws while under influence of cocaine. Worker said he was afraid to report situation to boss for fear of losing his job which he need to support his family.
Texas Drifter contacted employer who said, “I already know employee is always high on coke when operating chain saws and driving ranch vehicles”. Then employer added, “Some times things need to be overlooked as employee being a Hispanic, was probably discriminated against as young child by white racists.
Texas Drifter informed employer that Texas Drifter and his “Free Spirit” fifth wheel would be off employer’s ranch in about an hour.
Employer looked stunned and asked why I was leaving with out standard two week’s notice?
Texas Drifter calmly politely informed employer (in words that might have offended a sailor) that employer was in so many words a fool, or words to that affect.
One good thing did result from preceding event, Texas Drifter adopted mutual probationary period for both Texas Drifter and future employers offering “ranch scout” jobs.
One hundred eighty degree different thought, not being a religious scholar something to think about: Heaven’s Son died for those who repent their sins not those who do not repent for their sins; right or wrong? Texas Drifter has a question for religious scholars, which of Ten Commandments is violated by engaging in racist or ethnicist conduct?
