Any really good competent constitutional lawyer can make case that 2010 Census process is based on fraud; and should be halted, all information collected this far should be destroyed, and process restarted only after a non-fraudulent collection process has been established.
Why is amnesty a diversion from 2010 Census fraud; motive: amnesty possibly adds voters for one election cycle. Census fraud changes voting district boundary lines, and adds representatives to some states and removes representatives from some states. These changes are intended not to just “fix” one election cycle; rather “rig” election results for generations.
This 2010 Census fraud, also allows socialist Democrats to funnel taxpayer subsidies to Democrat Party’s new public subsidy addicted defacto amnesty granted illegal immigrants.
Who are the biggest losers in Obama’s 2010 Census fraud scheme? List might surprise you:
1. Black voters as newly created voting districts for mostly illegal immigrants will reduce numbers of elected officials from primarily black voting districts. Wonder how compassionate Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, New Black Panthers, and Obama’s other rascist “black brothers and sisters” will be towards the half of Obama’s blood that is white; when they find out Obama sold them out for illegal immigrants? Some probably will not even care as many jobs immigrants take for slave wages are jobs that if illegals were not working “on the cheap” would go to unemployed black youth who re-cycled salaries through their neighborhoods instead of illegals cheap wages going back to Mexico. Much of estimated one hundred billion dollars illegals send back home could stay in America and improve many black neighborhoods.
2. Legal immigrants and American Hispanic citizens not living in newly created
illegals' voting districts which will absorb more than "their share" of limited tax
dollars for education, health care, and other public services. This re-routing of public funds will deprive legal immigrants and some American Hispanic citizens of needed public services their taxes have supported for decades.
3. Health, safety, and due process rights of Judeo-Christian conservatives as Obama
acts like many illegals with their “reconquest of America for Mexico” attitudes based pure racial hate of anything representing Western European heritage.
4. Destroys integrity of America’s Constitutional Republic which cannot survive with any doubts of honest elections representing true wishes of voters not secret desires of special interest groups.
Questions leading to probable cause for judicial process challenges of integrity of 2010 Census process:
1. Why was word “Hispanic” has been omitted as choice in question # Six (believe DIE 2010 Census Form) when word has been included in past census forms? Could be as suggested by those close too census process: To not discourage illegal immigrants from not completing forms because somee government employee is asking them for their “race”; which many uneducated illegals might think race means country of origin. Remember Obama’s goal is to get as many illegals as possible counted so as to redesign voting districts to keep him and his, you reader pick your own name for Obama, in perpetual office.
2. Why are 2010 Census workers using special collection process in areas known to be “little Mexico” or “colonias” where high concentrations of illegals are known to live. Guess due process census surveys are more equal for illegals than citizens or legal residents.
3. What other information can be found, to use legal word “discovery”, with “Freedom of Information” requests and subpoenas concerning criminal abuse of 2010 Census to corrupt America’s electoral processes? Why, to benefit Obama, his Administration, Obama allies, illegal immigrants, public sector unions, public subsidy addicts, and every other member of America last crowd seeking to destroy Heaven’s favorite Constitutional Republic.

Dear Senator Cornyn: Concerning your recent announcement of estimated half billion dollars for miscellaneous expenses to secure America’s porous Southern Border: may be good “first step”; though perimeter security is generally obvious first objective in any security plan.
Most security people will probably tell you: any perimeter can be initially secured with sufficient in place assets, which need to be reinforced with supporting objectives and or policies which discourage future assaults.
You might start considering supporting additional fixed resources on border as too many security assets is always better than not enough – Remember what happened trying to “get by on the cheap” in Iraq after America’s military accomplished their goals?
Policies to discourage future assaults along porous borders include initially implementing all of following with additional measures added as needed:
Three realities:
1. Americans and all their good intentions and monies can not make Mexico a better place to live; only ones that can make Mexico a better place to live are Mexico’s people staying home in Mexico not running off to hide in another country.
2. In fact Americans have done enough interfering in Mexico politics from a historical view point by putting Mexico about two violent revolutions behind Mexico’s cultural norm of revolution every 30 to 40 years.
3. “Popularity” choices for America’s foreign policy objectives: brutal aristocrats that most Mexican hate and will over throw in next revolution; drug cartels black market capitalists; communist peasant army allied with Islamic fascists which are rapidly spreading across Mexico. One possibly better choice involves Mexico’s emerging middle class which may but probably not emerge from political shadows.
Policy Solutions: solving America’s illegal immigrant problems using voluntary deportation policies:
1) First, after thirty day grace period those illegally in U.S. will be subject to total administrative asset forfeiture of all finances and assets with portion of proceeds going to local, state, or federal agency making seizure;
2) Second, no individual illegally in U.S. will be able to wire or transfer any funds or monies to another country. Banks or stores that illegally transfer monies out of U.S. for illegals will be subject to seven times amount transferred monies administrative fine;
3) Third any citizens caught transporting illegals will forfeit their vehicle without exception;
4) Fourth, employing more than two illegals at same time will result in “jail time”.
5) Illegals will be eligible for no tax payer funded services or benefits, civil servant that authorizes such benefits can be temporarily or permanently suspended from public sector employment.
Also, news media start reporting illegal immigration status of those committing crimes or other acts violating America’s civil tranquility. Not identifying illegal criminals as illegal criminals masquerades their levels of violence on American Citizens.
