Dear Sir:
I stand by the amount submitted of $1,980 on tax form for 2009 tax report; as my revenue comes solely form part time spare change jobs and I rarely make more than ten dollars a day and average thirty to forty dollars a week during a good week; my part time spare change employers do not provide W-2’s; pay by checks, or provide receipts.
I do not have electricity or running water to my small trailer so I am not spending my extravagant wages on my life style.
As my current budget is about four dollars a day; you might be surprised to learn that I do not spend all my disposable income on cell phone or internet services. Translation, I can only be reached by mail.
As I have no family, and tend to occasionally rely on favors of few friends; would rather that you not bother them.
Could have applied for SSI Disability but refused to pay 25% of benefits to some “guide” to help me fill out forms. Plus being required to take psychiatric drugs while limiting my activities to watching television all day, are wasting away "during my golden years" plans better kept for youself not me.
Was getting “food stamps” but as East Coast Blacks running welfare offices discriminate against Hispanics; South Texas Hispanics discriminate against Anglos legally entitled to food stamps. Was getting food stamps; then had to have Texas Senator intervene to have them re-instated; later stamps were cut off again – some racists never tire of being racists.
As for health care, my benefits are limited to “out of date” prescription samples; with attitude being you get what you pay for; which is why I have health problems I have – guess only thing almost as bad socialized health care is unethical capitalist healthcare.
Above is included to let you know you will never make me beg or whine about how you or your agency treats those who used to pay your bills. In another year, if I survive I intend to apply for age 62 Social Security benefits; that pre-supposes Social Security is not bankrupt by then. Do what ever you feel s best,

Second Better Known History Story With Different Names
Chapter 2 opens with Heaven fashioning a man from the dust and blowing life into his nostrils. Heaven plants field of vegetable and puts a man, Herman, there, "to work it and watch over it," permitting him to eat of all the plants in the field except the tomato known as vegetable of right and wrong, "for on the day you eat one of them you shall surely become a embarrassed sinner."
Heaven had already created the animals, and when Herman tried to find a help-mate, none of the animals are satisfactory, and so Heaven causes the man to sleep, and creates a woman from two spare thumbs. The man names her Martha "for this one was taken from a man" "On account of this a man leaves his father and his mother and clings to his woman." Chapter 2 ends with the note that Herman and Martha were naked, and were not ashamed.
Chapter 3 introduces the Evil Turkey, "slier than every beast of the field." The Evil Turkey tempts the woman to eat of vegetables of right and wrong, telling her that it will not lead to her being embarrassed; Martha succumbs, and gives the tomato to the man, who eats also, "and the eyes of both Herman and Martha were opened." Aware now of their nakedness, they become embarrassed and make coverings of cactus leaves, and hide their embarrassments from the sight of Heaven.
Heaven asks them about what they have done. Herman blames Martha, and Martha blames Evil Turkey. Heaven curses the Turkey, believe you know rest of story with different names.
Americans who believe that America, their beloved constitutional republic is immune from lessons of history are guaranteed to relive stories better described as tragedies which had characters with Greek and Roman names.
