Texas Drifter Obama’s ROE Causes PTSD
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Obama’s “rules of engagement” are linked to post-traumatic stress disorder increases of suicide among armed forces serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, plus increasing suicides among federal agents assigned to protect America’s Southern porous border.
The reason reader has to learn this from Marshall’s Law Townhall; is because America’s mainstream media and countless federal bureaucrats hate America’s armed forces and law enforcement agencies. These same members of mainstream media and Obama loyalist bureaucrats believe Obama is America’s new Christ and will report nothing that embarrasses their new messiah.
Moving on to solving above abuses by federal bureaucrats; public bureaucrats believe that sovereign immunity protects them from any and all crimes or abuses committed by them against American citizens. Wake up civil servant fools America was founded as constitutional republic not some dictatorship run by some king and royal family or special liberal intellectual political elites.
The Constitution states that America’s political leaders are accountable to due process indictments, trials, defenses, convictions, appeals, and punishments after being impeached or leaving public office.
If public officials can be subject to criminal due process proceedings; then public servants can also be held accountable by criminal due process trials as well as civil trials seeking civil damages for plaintiff citizens. Texas Drifter suggests making the process known throughout the land by conservatives enacting “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation”.
Financial damages to the plaintiff citizens awarded civil damages can and will be paid by risk pool assets of public employee unions. “Public Employee Civil Liability Errors and Omissions Insurance” coverage protecting America’s citizens from incompetent, corrupt, and fascist acting public employees, now that is an idea that all private citizens should be in the streets supporting.

Examples of how Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation can protect American citizens from incompetent, corrupt, and fascist acting bureaucrats include: prosecutorial misconduct by zealot prosecutors; EPA or Interior Department’s purely fascist unconstitutional regulatory enforcements; totally incompetent services like Obama’s government failure to mitigate environmental damages from recent BP oil spill in Gulf of Mexico.
If your house is accidentally set on fire for what ever reason and it takes home town fire department two months to show up to suppress fire; what percent of blame for your house burning down should be assigned to fire department?
Those exempted from Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation include: Armed Forces, Intelligence Agencies, Special Operation Teams, and law enforcement agencies and agents operating in combat zones like along America’s Southern porous border.

Letting enemy snipers execute any American then “get away”; so as to not endanger civilians in line of fire is tantamount too “providing aid and comfort to enemy”. Believe everyone knows what those words are defining.
Also consider PTSD caused to federal agents serving in combat zone along America’s Southern porous border. Federal agents are having too essentially submit forms “up the chain of command” to return fire after being fired on, is beyond blank, reader can fill in then own words. Adding insult to incompetent efforts by upper management appointees to get federal agents killed by bad guys; are career prosecutors more interested in protecting America’s enemies by prosecuting federal agents engaging is self defense. It seems reasonable to this constitutional patriot, that many career prosecutors should forfeit their citizenship and be deported with illegal immigrants.
Americans for the sake of protecting America’s best and bravest must get Obama’s, expressed in least offensive way, criminally negligent homicide in combat and pure torture when not in combat “rules of engagement” replaced with rules: created by those leading America’s best and bravest into combat in foreign nations or on patrols in combat zones along America’s Southern porous border.

The face that they blended into was of some CONGRESSMAN WOA-MAN.
The shock of the face all those liberal Democrats and moderate Republicans had blended into, instantly woke me up – after that frightening sight I eased back to try and rest until sunrise.
