Texas Drifter America’s Cold Turkey Budget
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Brutal stomach turning news from friends in Dallas, Texas: All United States federal tax revenue and other revenues barely cover operating annual expenses for Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid; entire rest of America’s federal budget is financed with loans from foreign nations.
Texas Drifter is not inclined to quietly allow, citizen adults with personalities of two year old children with their world owes me personalities to destroy Heaven’s favorite republic.
Necessary cold turkey budget for Heaven’s favorite republic:
1. America’s garage sale of public lands revenues is used solely to negotiate foreign debts for fifty to seventy-five cents on dollar with desperate foreign lenders.
2. About taxes, Heaven only asks for ten percent. Governments in ethical capitalist systems are not entitled to one percent more than ten percent. Flat tax rates should be limited to: ten percent for individuals, ten percent for small businesses, ten percent for corporations, ten percent return on investment profits; and absolutely no inheritance or death taxes. States, counties, cities, and towns can get used to operating on ten percent sales taxes and user fees. No property taxes to cause Marx and other communists to roll over in their graves. Schools tax revenues can be replaced with voucher funds from states, counties, and cities. Why, local funds to achieve truly local control; everyone needs one compromise issue might compromise of school funding but other compromises, off table.
3. Welfare to the temporarily financially embarrassed is to be limited to equivalent of one minimum wage salary per parent per family. Two parents twice as many benefits per family unit. These benefits will not be affected by out side revenue from part time jobs and individual initiative entrepreneur profits. These totals will be determined by totaling client's all received public subsidy programs: food stamps, SSI, Earned (Unearned) Income Credits, AFDC, rent or mortgage subsides. Obviously, welfare credit to purchase homes or cars is not even an option. Old farmer’s adage: feed cat enough to catch mice not become fat and lazy.
4. Secondary education’s newest lesson, get a part time job; so your graduation present from society is not federal loan debt that makes you an Obama slave to government. Loans for secondary educations will only be provided by private scholarship grants, and private sector financial institutions.
5. Corporate welfare, Texas Drifter should not even have to write that government subsidies are not even passing thought as businesses that get too big to fail that depend on government bailouts need to suffer nature’s consequences for becoming fat bloated stupid hogs.
6. Medicare and Medicaid have replaced role of families, churches, non-profit organizations, non-profit hospitals, charitable medical professionals, and charitable medical professional services for tax deductions with: incompetent public sector health care rationing death panels. Churches need to get back to their original mandate helping poor not raising funds for religious aristocrats’ life styles. Churches can always have their tax exempt status re-visited for ignoring poor with majority of their donated revenues; think of it like Heaven’s favorite Son asking money lenders to leave his Father’s Temple. There is no reason why churches can not provide minimum health care insurance on sliding scale for some members. What better way to eliminate all government health care waste and fraud? Medicare and Medicaid no more budget increases and both phased out over, let say seven years.
7. Moving on to Social Security, first no more inflation based increases. Second, sliding scale for those born after 1960 with incentives for them to develop private sector retirement accounts. More details to follow as this cold turkey medicine is probably making some public sector addicts ill. Texas Drifter never suggested that changing fifty year addiction would be pleasant or easy.
8. As for public employees, time has arrived to determine if public bureaucrats have chosen their careers to make America better place to live or just working for better than every one else benefits. Again sliding scale rolling their benefits into private sector, plus accepting fact that benefits promised by lying politicians to get votes is better suited for fantasyland not reality. Time to de-fund: any and all government agencies having no unnecessary role in constitutional republic.
Guessing Texas Drifter has delivered enough cold or maybe even frozen turkey to public subsidy addicts and those enablers paying their bills for one writing exercise. Texas Drifter has no use for public subsidy addicted adult cry babies who live off property stolen from hard working private sector and public sector citizens.
I can already hear crying what about costs for taking care of thirty million to forty million illegal immigrants? Not an issue, majority will voluntarily deport, others will be physically deported, and neither will be allowed to return. As for legal immigrants they are usually most self sufficient contemporary Americans around and remind “established” welfare seeking Americans why America became Heaven’s favorite republic.
