Texas Drifter Republican Senators Indicted
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Texas Drifter of “Texas on Trial" fame and “Prosecutor For Constitution” has agreed to defend soon to be indicted Republican Senators.
The following non-fiction future history short story is public record of trial after America’s counter-counter American Revolution patriots free America from Obama’s temporary slavery of conservative patriots, Judeo-Christians, Tea Party movement members, Reagan Democrats, Independents, Libertarians and every other American devoted to American traditions, principles, and values.
The legal issue, should Republican Senators who compromised with Obama by omission be convicted of collaborator treason or just being Obama’s strumpets like French women who bedded with Hitler’s Nazis during Germany’s occupation of France during World War II?
Reader can reference “Breaking News: Texas On Trial” Entry # 104 and “Prosecutor for Constitution” Entry # 017 to have better understanding of Texas Drifter’s court room strategies.
PRE-TRIAL MEETING:
Visiting Judge (looks at Texas Drifter): You again. Review your strategy for defending indicted U.S. Republican Senators.
Texas Drifter: Let me begin my presentation by trying to describe my infinite amount of respect for your judicial –
Visiting Judge (interrupts): Skip the platitudes get to issue.
Texas Drifter: Simple strategy, All my clients are guilty of violating their oaths to Heaven to uphold, protect, and defend America’s constitution; my low life clients are guilty of omission by not filibustering Supreme Court nomination of Obama's Leninist groupie Kagan.
Texas Drifter continues: My clients will not be able to claim voting against Kagan as mitigating defense. Had these U.S. Republican Senators filibustered her nomination; their meaning less kiss up votes for their conservative base would have never needed to be taken.
I know my clients on a good day deserve to be publicly hanged and have their worthless souls sent to the place already reserved for Obama and his beyond redemption wickedly evil allies.
Texas Drifter (taking a breath): I am getting to the punishment part for these Republican Senators’ sins and crimes against Heaven’s favorite republic. Since they acted like the French strumpets who served Hitler’s unwelcome occupiers; after all was conduct of these Republican Senators to be Obama’s best friend, much different that what the French women did for Hitler’s troops?
Texas Drifter thinks not, French people made their compromising French strumpets wear really ugly hair cuts so they could be publicly mocked and derided. Seems fair that conservative base’s strumpet compromising Republican Senators should be forced to wear really ugly haircuts similar to those worn by French strumpets. Then if these Republican Senators have redeemed themselves by times of their deaths Heaven can do what it wishes with them.
That Sir is my current defense strategy at this time.
Visiting Judge: Good enough, trail date will be set after Kagan’s appointment.
Texas Drifter To Prosecutor: I still do not like you; and am representing your wife in your unknown to you before now, upcoming divorce and child custody case pro bono. Feel free to take out your contempt for me on my clients. See you in court.
Prosecutor to Texas Drifter: Here is the updated U.S. Republican Senators indictments list.
Texas Drifter to Prosecutor: Tell your soon to be always friendly x-wife to meet me for happy hour at our regular place. See you in court.
