Only solution to EPA’s and other some other federal agencies purely evil satanic fascist communism is already right before reader’s eyes. Translation Article V of United States Constitution. All that is need is two-thirds of both Houses and three-fourths of states adopting following Amendment.
First, limit EPA regulatory authority and enforcement procedures to only federal lands, properties, and assets excluding all states’ and private citizens’ lands, properties, and assets.
Second, limit salaries of all EPA employees to minimum wage scales with no other employee benefits. Also, all funds for EPA operations shall without exception be limited to donations from registered citizen non-profit organizations.
Side note to not confuse issues, separate Amendments should be considered for every agency considered for Constitutional due process death penalty. Lumping agencies together will be tactic by bureaucrat zombie supporters to weaken wsupport for proposed Amenedment.
