Texas Drifter KGAB Every Third Monday May 2010

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall: Interview Outline Ideas for KGAB AM 650 Cheyenne, Wyoming – “Every Third Monday” May 17, 2010 9AM Central; Listen at KGAB.com

1. Kidnapping Increase One South Texas City – stats – new strategy: deeds for Mexican property as ransom payments – Mexican and American targets on American soil –criminal process – most never reported. Guesstimate not reported 60% - 80%

2. History of Cinco de Mayo – Response to mainstream media interpretation of Cinco de Mayo:

Desi Martinez says: (May 5, 2010)
You got it all wrong: “The history of 5 de Mayo”:
American corporations in the 80’s were looking to tap the growing Mexican-American lucrative and growing market niche with multi-million dollars “buying power”.
In Harlingen and thru-out the U.S. Southwest, we had the Harlingen Mexican-American Chamber of Commerce. We saw this interest from companies as Pepsi and food companies and proposed an event. We sought a date and some background where the Mexican American community would be attracted; identify something with the courage and sacrifices of the Mexican American community in the making of a great America and a date that would be conducive to good weather and timing.
Obviously, we are not Mexicans. We are Americans. We were being creative and focusing on some qualities in our history and making American corporations aware of our strengths in our American economy and over community.
Pepsi had the events on their cans and in the stores. Tortilla, flour companies, car companies, sports events, and many other began marketing throughout as well. Marketing went crazy. I guess it worked?
But let’s make it clear.
We do not celebrate the Mexican historic event. We celebrate America and its democracy, diversity and unity.
We celebrate the courage of the Mexican-American community that makes America a great nation.
This is no different than the Irish immigrants and ancestors and others that use a day to show and have joy for our country.
America the Beautiful!
So let’s get it right. It was and continues to be a marketing strategy. We just capitalized on it.

Texas Drifter's Note:
Guess Rio Hondo Independent School District, Cameron County Texas did not know history of Cinco de Mayo as recently as two years ago, school would close to honor “Mexico’s heroes” and force students to disrespectfully attend class on Memorial Day as America’s heroes were insignificant compared to Mexico’s heroes.

2. Some examples of why assimilation is not always good:

Reference “Texas Drifter Some Assimilation Bad for America” Entry # 138 Marshall’s Law Townhall – Some following comparisons provide examples of Mexican values and traditions that should never be allowed to be introduced or assimilated into America’s society or culture.

1. Mexico’s society has a “feud” based society. America’s society is based on Constitutional due processes. Consider a minor traffic accident first thing an American considers is who to take to civil court. Response in Mexico is whose family member to get even with.
2. Mexico is organized by economic classes: corrupt aristocrats, mestizos, and Indian peasants. Trace Mexican history back to days of Mayas, and Aztecs, through post 1800's history till modern times where an estimated seven to ten families own or control possibly eighty percent of Mexico’s assets. Now the question is partially answered why Mexico’s primary way of changing political institutions every thirty to forty years has been violent revolution to install a new corrupt aristocracy.
Compare to American history where “all” are created equal; President Jackson’s adage “equal opportunity without privilege”, through America’s Civil War to and through civil rights movement. Not suggesting that America does not have aristocratic families who would love to control America like Mexico’s corrupt aristocrats control Mexico. Why else do you think families like Bush, Pelosi, and other readers can add to list support amnesty for illegal immigrants? This point is reinforced by how Bush I snubbed President Reagan, and how Bush II had private parties for Mexico’s President Fox, and always treated America’s middle class as white trash.
3. Mexico political system is based on openly public corruption called “mordida”. The process is based on bribing public officials for any and everything from lowest level bureaucrats to top level politicians. In America those attempting to bribe politicians are required to register as lobbyists. Effect of Mexico mordida system being assimilated into America can be easily documented in Rio Grande Valley, Texas where kickbacks to public officials on public contracts could probably prove FBI enough work, way into next century.
4. Mexico’s society tends to treat women like property or blowup dolls. Recent
traditions did not include Mexican property owners leaving any property to wives or daughters when father or husband died. America provides equal rights to women.
5. Much of Mexico’s population based on Mexico’s public education system which
teaches “U.S. is great Satan of North” and Mexicans should seek to re-conquer much of America’s Southwest including California. Americans for most part continue to try and be good neighbor to South.

Reader might like to reference “Assimilation: The Big Lie” December 3, 2008 entry # 006 Marshall’s Law Town Hall to have a better understanding of why some illegal immigrants first impressions of America are negative and will probably never have any desire to assimilate into American society.

4. Discuss – “quincinera” murder – celebration for 15 year old girls

5. “Thank you for making my life hell” cards – Reference “Texas Drifter What About Public Sector Terrorism” entry # 133.

…to those deserving to receive “going through hell” cards: besides obvious: Obama, Democrats, celebrities, and others supporting porous borders, Moderate Republicans masquerading as counterfeit conservatives (listeners can add own names) …
Sorry about slight diversion from list of those deserving to receive “going through hell” cards: anyone who supports porous borders and defacto amnesty which continues to increase casualties from criminal immigrants acts of terrorism. Again explain differences in being dead, injuries, and suffering caused by Islamic Fascists on 9-11-01 and differences on being dead, injured, and suffering injuries caused thousands from acts of criminal immigrants illegally on American soil.

Do not forget to include members of mainstream media as their failing to identify criminal immigrants’ status in news stories covers up horrific impact of criminal immigrants on American communities.

**********
Now to “going through hell” card concept for readers; card artwork is reader’s choice.

Sample Card:

Dear (recipient’s name),

Consider this a thank you message from (victim/s name/s) and loving family and devoted friends for making our lives living hell on earth.

(Victim/s name/s) was (describe crime) by criminal immigrant/s due to your porous border policies and defacto amnesty policies which entices and facilitates criminal immigrants carrying acts of terrorism against law abiding American citizens on American soil.

As Texas Drifter AKA Marshall says: Can only hope that you end up where your selfish greed and lust for power policies put (victim/s name/s) loving family and devoted friends.

Sign you name.

*******

Concept of sample “going thorough hell” card in use. Only real name in this specific card is Obama.

Dear President Obama,

Consider this a thank you message from Sarah Smith’s loving family and devoted friends for making our lives living hell on earth.

Sarah was brutally raped and murdered by a gang of criminal illegal immigrants due to your porous border policies and defacto amnesty policies which entices and facilitates criminal immigrants carrying acts of terrorism against law abiding American citizens on American soil.

As Texas Drifter AKA Marshall says: Can only hope that you end up where your selfish greed and lust for power policies put Sarah Smith’s loving family and devoted friends.

Thomas Smith
