Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Top Secret Security Report suggest best peaceful strategy to win America’s approaching civil war is for both sides to abide by U.S. Constitutional due processes which insures 2010 ballot box integrity. Process is as follows: first, all conservatives (Republicans, Democrats, and Independents collectively called “American Conservatives”) unite and take back over whelming control of House and Senate in 2010 elections.
Second, 2011 Senate impeaches Obama and Biden. Third, House selects new President. Fourth, new President appoints new attorney General to introduce: Obama, Biden, much of Obama’s Administration, and other guilty public officials no longer in public office to their due process indictments, due process trials, due process defenses, due process convictions, due process appeals, and due process punishments no matter how severe.
America’s new House, Senate, and President with their new Administration start returning Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic to Constitutional due processes. This Texas Drifter security report has four objectives: 1. define enemy; 2. remind America’s patriots what they are fighting for; 3. tell America’s second chance federal government how to regain American citizens’ trust in government; and 4. list few objectives to consider for rebuilding America’s reputation to its rightful place in history.
Definition of enemy: one or more than one - who seeks to injure, harm, or kill another person, or another person’s traditions, values, or constitution.
Targets by America’s domestic and foreign enemies include America’s: traditions; values; ethics defined by Judeo-Christian principles; Declaration of Independence; Constitution and Bill of Rights; ethical capitalism; American work ethic; America’s national sovereignty and national security; plus everything else that makes America Heaven’s favorite Republic.
Conservatives (Republicans, Democrats, and Independents collectively called “American Conservatives”) have less than six months to peacefully save Heaven’s favorite republic from the truly evil among us: Obama, Obama’s Administration, Obama supporters, public employees (like those who rioted in Greece), public subsidy addicts, and Bush II type internationalist aristocrat counterfeit conservative Moderate Republicans. How can "America’s Conservatives" save Heaven’s favorite Republic, answer is simple - win America’s Ballot Box Civil War peacefully at ballot box in 2010 elections.
Texas Drifter side note: if “American Conservatives” can not set aside enough personal differences for six months to save Heaven’s favorite republic from truly evil among us again for less than six months; perhaps old adage is true: people’s children get, though may not deserve government their parents tolerated.
America’s future security during and after Ballot Box Civil War depends on two strategies, domestic and foreign. Domestic strategy is based on 1. Citizens peacefully petitioning government for grievances; 2. Taking back America’s government from truly evil among us by overwhelming ballot box totals in 2010 election; and 3. provide Constitutional due process indictments, trials, defenses, convictions, appeals, and punishments for those guilty of crimes against American people and America’s Constitution. Due process examples need to be made of guilty to discourage different truly evil from engaging in public sector terrorism against America’s citizens in future.

Foreign security strategy includes ruthless social power based on Marshall’s social power formula: social power (sp) equals (=) quantity (q1) plus quality (q2) over timing (t). 1. Principle: balanced budgets except in time of war
2. Principle: profits create jobs and taxes destroy jobs
3. Principle: start phasing out public subsidies starting with higher education as “freebies” to poor kids puts costs of college out of reach for middle class students – remember economic rule increasing demand without increasing supply increases price; think about how government subsidies raise prices of everything
4. Principles Energy Policies: consider gasify clean American coal for utilities and vehicles; pursue using America's natural resources of oil and gas which have been "saved" for “bad days” America’s current times certainly qualify as “bad day”, goal eliminate dependence on any foreign energy assets – goal can be achieved and must be achieved
5. Hold ”American Garage Sale” to reduce foreign debts (reference previous Marshall’s Law Townhall posting), citizens should not be angry at conservatives for having to clean up liberals’ messes

Many of America’s problems started with allowing non-property owners to vote to raise taxes on property owners; which led to non-tax paying public subsidy addicts voting to raise taxes for never ending more and more “welfare “benefits from tax payers. Serious issue when majority of voters who pay no taxes get to raise other peoples taxes – not democracy rather mob rule – issue for future posting
8. Legal immigrants are welcome, illegal immigrants are criminals and must go home any standard less will destroy national sovereignty and eventually threaten national security not to mention pandemic threats to national public health.

Everything has a shelf life, Question, what is shelf life of America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights when they are ignored by truly evil walking among us?
Conservative Judeo-Christian conservative patriots are non-racist, patient, peaceful, Heaven respecting, Constitution honoring citizens. Obama and his prone to violence foul mouthed hatred spreading racist world owes me living allies and supporters need to understand following: try to use fraud, intimidation, or violence to steal 2010 elections and you will learn meaning of “rue the day”. Not a threat, rather principle that when law enforcement agencies can not protect citizens, "Self defense is not a sin".
Brutal reality for outcome of America’s Ballot Box Civil War, only two endings: save America’s Constitutional Republic or lose elections and make future American generations slaves to government. There are no second chances for “deciding” battles in history. Win or lose, one or the other. Consider casualty numbers of Battle of San Jacinto won by General Sam Houston.
