Texas Drifter Some Assimilation Bad For America
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Another no budget research study suggests: 1) not all foreign values and traditions are good; 2) not all values and traditions are equal; and 3) some foreign values and traditions should ever be assimilated into American culture or society.
Following comparisons provide examples of Mexican values and traditions that should never be allowed to be introduced or assimilated into America’s society or culture.
1. Mexico’s society has a “feud” based society. America’s society is based on Constitutional due processes. Consider a minor traffic accident first thing an American considers is who to take to civil court. Response in Mexico is whose family member to get even with.
2. Mexico is organized by economic classes: corrupt aristocrats, mestizos, and Indian peasants. Trace Mexican history back to days of Mayas, and Aztecs, through post 1800's history till modern times where an estimated seven to ten families own or control possibly eighty percent of Mexico’s assets. Now the question is partially answered why Mexico’s primary way of changing political institutions every thirty to forty years has been violent revolution to install a new corrupt aristocracy.
Compare to American history where “all” are created equal; President Jackson’s adage “equal opportunity without privilege”, through America’s Civil War to and through civil rights movement. Not suggesting that America does not have aristocratic families who would love to control America like Mexico’s corrupt aristocrats control Mexico. Why else do you think families like Bush, Pelosi, and other readers can add to list support amnesty for illegal immigrants? This point is reinforced by how Bush I snubbed President Reagan, and how Bush II had private parties for Mexico’s President Fox, and always treated America’s middle class as white trash.
3. Mexico political system is based on openly public corruption called “mordida”. The process is based on bribing public officials for any and everything from lowest level bureaucrats to top level politicians. In America those attempting to bribe politicians are required to register as lobbyists. Effect of Mexico mordida system being assimilated into America can be easily documented in Rio Grande Valley, Texas where kickbacks to public officials on public contracts could probably prove FBI enough work, way into next century.
4. Mexico’s society tends to treat women like property or blowup dolls. Recent
traditions did not include Mexican property owners leaving any property to wives or daughters when father or husband died. America provides equal rights to women.
5. Much of Mexico’s population based on Mexico’s public education system which
teaches “U.S. is great Satan of North” seek to re-conquer much of America’s Southwest including California. Americans for most part continue to try and be good neighbor to South.
6. Mexico’s immigration policies are based on hypocrisy and ethnicism (Reference "Texas Drifter Ethnicism like Racism Un-American." Entry # 137) against all non- Mexicans. Consider Mexico’ treatment of Central and South Americans trying to migrate across Mexico to U.S. America tends to grant legal immigration status based on America's needs not ethnic background or race.
7. Mexicans are more inclined to abandon their homeland in time of civil strife; where as Americans are more likely to stay and fight for what is right.
8. Majority of Mexico illegal immigrants migrate to America for their goal of hitting welfare lottery. While Americans tend to want a society which honors self sufficiency not being wards of state. Why else would Obama, Leninist Democrats, and Moderate Republicans support amnesty or defacto amnesty for Mexico’s illegal immigrants; other than making people suited to become public subsidy addicts citizens who will trade votes for welfare benefits.
9. Most illegal immigrants do not migrate to America to become Americans; most come to America out of greed to take jobs away from American workers so as to
send back by some estimates one hundred billion dollars year to Mexico not
counting dollar values of smuggling profits, illegal drug profits, and public
subsidies dollars all returned to Mexico. Other side of issue, most immigrants who
are willing to “jump through red tape hoops” to become legal residents and eventually citizens come to America to become good Americans as opposed to
transitory illegal immigrants. In fact, Texas Drifter would like to make ‘more
room” for those wanting to become legal residents and citizens, by deporting
some spoiled world owes me Hispanic brats born on American soil.
As far as assimilating most Mexican values and traditions, they should be left in Mexico to let Mexico be what it is, has, and probably always will be. However, Mexico’s cuisine is some of best on planet, many Americans could learn from that part of Mexico’s culture.
Recall irony example from “Ethnicism Like Racism Entry # 138, that Texas Drifter so enjoys, some one should point out to Hispanic ethnicists that only difference between American and Mexican sides of border is not climate or terrain; rather old American white men with values, traditions, work ethics, aversions to accepting welfare and public corruption, and faith in ethical capitalism.

Editor’s Closing Note about Obama’s apparent total contempt and disregard for Constitutional law and due process justice in America. Obama may be President, but his recent conduct of publicly lynching British Petroleum shows Obama lacks sufficent integrity to ever be anything but a third world quality President.
First, cause of oil rig accident not yet known: negligence, nature's conditions, or other. Obama should wait until professional investigation completed before placing guilt. Then again, perhaps temper tantrums are personality traits of social activists who believe mob rule solves most social problems.
Second, there is concept in civil court cases identified as “contributory negligence” which works as follows: Your neighbor’s house catches on fire due to problem with boiler. Investigation after fire is extinguished will determine if fire caused by nature via minor earthquake, negligent installation of boiler, poor quality of boiler parts; what ever, professional investigators will determine cause.
Let us say that it took Fire Department eight or nine hours to arrive to suppress fire (it is only coincidence in this example that it took Obama Administration eight or nine days to start mitigating damages caused by oil platform explosion). Back to our house fire example, due to Fire Department taking so long to arrive, fire got out of control when wind picked up and caused fire to spread destroying entire neighborhood.
Question, are people whose negligence may have started house fire responsible for damages caused to neighborhood; since there was Fire Department negligence by showing up hours late to suppress fire? Civil jury might rule: percentage of compensatory damages: initial house fire five percent damages to neighborhood; while fire Department negligence represents ninety-five percent responsibility for damages to neighborhood.
Patriotic integrity requires citizens suffering economic damages from recent oil platform explosion, do not let Obama’s incompetent Administration walk away from their share of damages; especially since Obama’s Administration might be more accountable for those economic and environmental damages than British Petroleum.
