Any really good competent constitutional lawyer can make case that 2010 Census process is based on fraud; and should be halted, all information collected this far should be destroyed, and process restarted only after a non-fraudulent collection process has been established.
Why is amnesty a diversion from 2010 Census fraud; motive: amnesty possibly adds voters for one election cycle. Census fraud changes voting district boundary lines, and adds representatives to some states and removes representatives from some states. These changes are intended not to just “fix” one election cycle; rather “rig” election results for generations.

1. Black voters as newly created voting districts for mostly illegal immigrants will reduce numbers of elected officials from primarily black voting districts. Wonder how compassionate Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, New Black Panthers, and Obama’s other rascist “black brothers and sisters” will be towards the half of Obama’s blood that is white; when they find out Obama sold them out for illegal immigrants? Some probably will not even care as many jobs immigrants take for slave wages are jobs that if illegals were not working “on the cheap” would go to unemployed black youth who re-cycled salaries through their neighborhoods instead of illegals cheap wages going back to Mexico. Much of estimated one hundred billion dollars illegals send back home could stay in America and improve many black neighborhoods.
2. Legal immigrants and American Hispanic citizens not living in newly created
illegals' voting districts which will absorb more than "their share" of limited tax
dollars for education, health care, and other public services. This re-routing of public funds will deprive legal immigrants and some American Hispanic citizens of needed public services their taxes have supported for decades.
3. Health, safety, and due process rights of Judeo-Christian conservatives as Obama
acts like many illegals with their “reconquest of America for Mexico” attitudes based pure racial hate of anything representing Western European heritage.
4. Destroys integrity of America’s Constitutional Republic which cannot survive with any doubts of honest elections representing true wishes of voters not secret desires of special interest groups.
Questions leading to probable cause for judicial process challenges of integrity of 2010 Census process:
1. Why was word “Hispanic” has been omitted as choice in question # Six (believe DIE 2010 Census Form) when word has been included in past census forms?
