Texas Drifter Consider “Battered Citizen Syndrome”
Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. Future American historians have moral obligation to record what “pieces of silver” every Democrat Congressman and Senator received for supporting Obama’s health care legislation. America’s citizens have right to know which of these politicians took Judas bribes, and which were just evil.
Even cruel, mean, selfish, sadistic, lying, thieving, totally worthless psychopaths, sociopaths, and poliopaths like Leninist Democrats are entitled to American Constitutional judicial due processes: indictments, trials, appeals and due process punishments. As for their souls, that is Heaven’s domain not citizens. Above words do not change principles that self defense is not a sin.
Unfortunately many good American citizens have pilgrim like attitudes towards political evils. Why, most are not used to being victimized by fascists like Leninist Democrats and bureaucrats with worker ant personalities. These while in shock good citizens may over react with episodes of violence caused by lost tempers.
I feel a question emerging; why would battered citizen syndrome not be a valid criminal defense argument?

One wonders if abuses of socialist governments generate a “battered citizen syndrome?” If battered wife syndrome is a valid defense for use of violent solutions; is the battered citizen syndrome also a valid defense for citizens who react in a similar manner against abusive government?
Intellectual consistency requires that those who accept the battered spouse syndrome as a legal defense to justify violence against an abusive spouse must also accept the battered citizen syndrome as valid legal defense for citizen/s who lash out with violence against abusive government/s which seems synonymous with abusive husbands or spouses.
To accept less is to deny legitimacy of actions by America’s Founding Fathers in 1700’s; actions by Texas rebels in 1830’s, or actions of those who sought to establish nation of Israel following World War II.
What constitutes sufficient legitimate abuse that contributes to battered citizen syndrome can be debated, but existence of battered citizen syndrome can not be debated.

Criteria to justify battered citizen syndrome probably requires Solomon like wisdom, especially since Leninist Democrats seem incapable of remorse and are not likely to exit political stage as did Judas Iscariot. Words for you my reader to think about along with following, American conservative patriots have several things to consider while Leninist Democrats are celebrating Democrat Party’s health care victory.
1. Conservative patriots can go home “lick their wounds” and whine like whipped dogs.
2. Conservative patriots can accept reality that Democratic Party suffered more losses in their health care victory than losses suffered by conservative patriots.
3. Conservative patriots can divert their lost the battle blues into energy for next skirmish or battle causing Democrat Party more huge losses. After all conservative patriots are fighting, sacrificing, and suffering to honor oaths to uphold protect and defend Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic. All Democrats are suffering for is false messiah Leninist Obama’s vanity.
4. One lesson hopefully learned by conservative patriots, do not act like pilgrims. Do not share your strategy to win with bad guys; just go ahead and follow plan. Example letting Democrats know future court challenges to “Slaughter Amendment” or what ever it was called allowed Democrats to change strategy to pass their Judas health care legislations. Forget finger pointing and name calling, those who win wars are those who learn from and adapt to early campaign losses.
In closing, no whining about how dark future days seem; want to know about bad days, talk to any veteran who survived World War II, Korea War, Vietnam War, or any other war where they left their families on American soil to fight those on foreign soil who lived and died to murder Americans.
The time to think back on losses is on those days when bad people get to experience constitutional judicial due process justice.
