Democrat Party Health Care For Zombies?
Marshall’s Law Townhall dateline – Communist Democrats including yellow blue dog Democrats have every right to make health care a civil right; provided they first amend America’s Constitution. Making health care a civil right before amending U.S. Constitution makes Communist Democrats and yellow blue dog Democrats subject to indictment for treason, due process trials, appropriate appeals followed by severest legal penalties.
Do not take Texas Drifter’s words as facts; instead believe words of America’s greatest patriot taken from his Presidential Farwell Address, George Washington. “The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and alter their constitutions of government. But the constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacred obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established government.”
Texas Drifter being of Judeo-Christian heritage going back to when my ancestors first arrived in America back in 1630’s, I still re-affirm family tradition belief that Heaven is more about “preparation” than “punishment”. What I still do not understand is what Heaven has planed for this sinner of inconsistent faith.
Consider, I spent thirty plus years in intelligence, investigation, and security industries on scene not flying a desk without ever being seriously injured or worse. Compare that to my recent medical history 2007 through 2009. Starting in 2007, two independent wrong diagnoses with wrong prescribed medicines that put me in hospital and almost killed me. Another wrong diagnosis in hospital with prescribed medicine that caused me to have a stroke that temporarily left half my body paralyzed. After partially recovering on my own, a spider bite diagnosed as allergic reaction to mesquite tree thorn.
Stumbled on a clinic that took time to help an old decaying man without health insurance by providing treatment with “samples” of a prescribed medicine; both have temporarily gotten me back to being half way well. Had I been living under a Leninist-Obama system I would no doubt have weeds growing over my pauper’s grave.
The example can be expanded to care received by “best” insurance health care for both my mother and father. My mother was killed by an inappropriate injection. My father was tortured with “prescription drug cocktails”, double billed by pharmacy, and doctors refused to sign his death certificate for over two months as extortion, as they did not want to wait for reimbursement from government programs. As pathetic as it seems my parents got better care than they would have under, any Marxist Democrat Party health care system.
Possible solutions to existing private sector health care system:
1) Supply and demand determines price. Public sector subsidies increase prices for private health care services and products. Individual health care public subsidies are not delegated in Constitution and therefore left to individual States or individual private citizens.
2) Increase market competition by getting away from State sanctioned insurance monopolies which prohibit citizens from purchasing health insurance across State lines.
3) Retain health system accountability with reasonable damage awards eliminating excessive punitive judgments.
4) Tax deductible savings accounts for private companies, families, and or individuals.
5) Other ethical capitalist changes based on individual responsibility to promote best health care services and products at best price.
Another problem which shortens careers of qualified and more than experienced people in their fifties is employers refusing employment for fear of outrageously increasing company health insurance premiums. Maybe pay experienced employees more and let them provide their own health insurance.
Repeating obvious, America’s existing private sector existing health care system with all its in competencies and greed based actions is still better than any socialist or nationalist alternative.
Closing, things can always get worse, past memories of one team leaders orders: By staying here, maybe overwhelming forces will not find us; we cut and run, we will be butchered in open; at least if we stay here and they find us, we can take some of b------s with us. Needless to say bad guys did not find us. Above example relates to Democrat Party health care in following way, too many to deal with outside of law. Our weapons will be our words; words to get indictments, followed by Constitutional dues process trials, tolerate appeals, and administer severest Constitutional punishments.
At least in America’s current fixable private health care system citizens have the chance of doing business with health care professionals who are not incompetent and motivated entirely by greed. That is one option citizen patients are guaranteed to never have in Marxist-Leninist-Obama, Reed and Pelosi liberal Democrats, yellow blue dog democrats, or anti conservative moderate Republicans health care systems.
Americans only have one health care reform option, fix existing system. Choosing any socialized or nationalized health care system will based on historical models of other real world systems, only be suitable for political zombies.
Private health care standards can not be judged by kind of health care services provided for millionaires, radio talk show celebrities, tyrants, public bureaucrats, public subsidy addicts, or health industry personnel. Health care system standards should be judged by quality of health care services and products received by private sector middle class citizens.
Long term averages suggest best opportunities, though not a perfect system would be private sector ethical capitalist with reasonable accountability; again the absolutely not acceptable system, public sector providing services for citizen zombies.
