Texas Drifter Indigent Health Care 2011

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Purpose of this report is to inform Judeo-Christians of indigent health care issues for Americans subtlety referred to as “least of least”. America’s most exploited abused and neglected indigent health care citizens are generally older impoverished Anglo Americans with selfish, greedy family members or no family members.

Definition of indigent: level of poverty in which real hardship and deprivation are suffered and comforts of life are totally lacking.

Brutal reality the majority of America’s Black and Hispanic minorities addicted to welfare, who are also known as public subsidy addicts have disposable incomes approaching working families making sixty thousand dollars before taxes. Democrat Party’s institutionalized “welfare addicted” voting block in reality averages thirty thousand to forty thousand dollars disposable incomes which eliminates this group from any serious list of “poor people”.

Another brutal truth in America, most destitute Anglo Americans are excluded from most public subsidies as many public sector agencies are managed by racist bureaucracies. Black run public bureaucracies generally discriminate against Hispanics; while Hispanic run public bureaucracies generally discriminate against Anglos.

Still another brutal reality, those providing minimum or adequate health care for destitute Anglo Americans do not include the following: governments, non-profit groups, for-profit groups, wealthy aristocrats, or even some churches. Initial findings suggest generally only help for America’s indigent Anglos is being delivered and provided by individual Judeo-Christians acting on their principles; that how one treats “least of the least” in how one should treat Heaven’s Son.

There are five classes of health care in America: one for those with sufficient dollars to receive cash discounts; another for those with private sector insurance; one for public sector subsidy recipients; best free health care for illegal immigrants including drug cartel “soldiers”; and totally different quality health care for indigent American citizens (those who are abandoned because life is not fair).

Those more specifically abusing, exploiting, and neglecting America’s indigent are as follows:
1. Marxist-fascist Democrats like Obama, his Administration, and Democrat supporters;
2. Marxist-fascist public employee unions for fraud based salaries and pensions;
3. Welfare recipients addicted to Marxist-fascist subsidies stolen from tax payers;
4. Racist minorities who feel world owes them privileged livings;
5. Illegal immigrants who have broken into America to steal tax payer benefits intended for legal American citizens;
6. Unethical capitalists (list can be defined later);
7. Selfish greedy family members;
8. Churches spending most of their time raising donations to “spread the word” about how great they are; rather than devote their efforts to helping least of least. Perhaps Texas Drifter should remind some Christians who only seem to be Christians while in church; that Heaven’s Son spread the word with good deeds like helping the least of the least. Perhaps someone might identify the verse about soliciting donations to run commercials about how great Christians are. Readers who need another reference should find and recite Paycheck’s “The Outlaw Prayer”.
9. Liberal and Conservative aristocrat snobs who do not care what kind of help least of the lease receive; only how compassionate they appear before other snobs.
10. Reader can add others responsible for exploiting abusing, and neglecting least of the least if they so choose.

One future recommendation from this report will be using Judeo-Christians to volunteer their time and use their Judeo-Christian principles to advocate for the least of the least to protect their physical, mental, legal, and spiritual rights.

Summary Changes to be advocated by Judeo-Christian Advocates defending Indigent Anglos:
1. Support death of Obama’s health care legislation. Following is one example of Obama’s “cherry picking” to deny health care (submitted by Texas Drifter friend).
You can force people to change their living habits by charging more for health care costs for those people who have this metabolic syndrome. You notice most of this is associated with eating and exercise habits. If you don't do as the government says then you will pay more for health insurance.
This is a type of rationing that is easy to quantify. All of the test results are numerical "the numbers don't lie". The computer can go through everyone's health records and identify those people who have this syndrome. This places people in different groups (classes).
In order to further the "revolution" there must be conflict. To have conflict, there must be classes.

What is metabolic syndrome? An association between certain metabolic disorders and cardiovascular disease has been known since the 1940s. In the 1980s this association became more clearly defined and the term metabolic syndrome (also known as syndrome X or the dysmetabolic syndrome) was coined to designate a cluster of metabolic risk factors that come together in a single individual. In more current times, the term metabolic syndrome is found throughout medical literature and in the lay press as well. There are slight differences in the criteria of diagnosis - depending on which authority is quoted. Regardless, the concept of a clustering of risks factors leading to cardiovascular disease is well accepted.

How is metabolic syndrome defined? The definition of metabolic syndrome depends on which group of experts is doing the defining. Based on the guidelines from the 2001 National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel (ATP III), any three of the following traits in the same individual meet the criteria for the metabolic syndrome:
- Abdominal obesity: a waist circumference over 102 cm (40 in) in men and over 88 cm (35 inches) in women.
- Serum triglycerides 150 mg/dl or above.
- HDL cholesterol 40mg/dl or lower in men and 50mg/dl or lower in women.
- Blood pressure of 130/85 or more.
- Fasting blood glucose of 110 mg/dl or above. (Some groups say 100mg/dl)
Smoking is not defined in this article, but is used in many, or may be used as a separate factor. Other organizations use the body mass index as a factor (this is the one that gets me).

As you research this information you will see that any set of data may be used to isolate certain groups of people for increased government benefits or higher health care insurance costs.

2. Eliminate unlimited free health care for illegal immigrants, especially drug cartel combatants;
3. Eliminate doctors and staff “bait and switch” of offering to provide then not providing any follow up care without arranging valid referrals for indigent patients. Providing thousands and thousands of “emergency” services with zero follow up care is not only moronic but also waste of limited health care resources. Examples can be provided at another time.
4. Limiting hospital stays to profit ratios generally three days maximum except major heart surgeries is seems to be greed motivated. One hospital staff member said only for profit hospitals do that which seemed like and unsolicited confession by non-profit hospital employee.
5. Lying to patient about serious of health condition to protect their “feelings” – lying is lying.
6. Insure that patient dumping is not part of routine policies. Dumping patients in Texas is against the law; this is one area where Judeo-Christian Advocates for indigent patients can make sure patient receives care they are entitled too. Especially since “patient dumping” is not considered wrong unless, county gets caught dumping. It is only considered wrong then because facility where patient was dumped can send dumping agency or facility financial bill.
7. The Judeo-Christian advocate must be willing to work with public sector and private sector both non-profit and for profit groups and organizations while never forgetting their primary responsibility is representing the least of the least, who all those in the process for money will dump first chance they get. This s not to suggest that most medical health care professionals, workers, technicians are not pursuing career to help those in need. Generally the problems start with administration and management who fall into one of three groups: public sector socialists, unethical capitalists, and ethical capitalist. Odds are two of tree that administration and management will not operate by Judeo-Christian principles.

This report was based on scenarios experienced and observed while working undercover as destitute Anglo in Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Now all that remains is to see if any one cares about third ethics that dominate South Texas? Five Questions:

1. Are there any professional journalists out there willing to investigate the
previous questions?
2. Are there any County, State of Texas, of federal prosecutors or regulatory agencies willing to find answers to previous questions?
3. Are there any current or past health care system employees with sufficient personal courage and integrity to approach with helpful information, any listed in previous two questions seeking answers to above questions?
4. Does existence of possible problems raised by above questions exist, because
South Texas business, community, religious, and political leaders do not really
care that rest of Texas and America considers Rio Grande Valley just another
third world community with third world community problems, created by third
world community work ethics.
5. Final question, is exploiting those temporarily financially distressed with
middle class attitudes for vanity and greed, charity or what word would you use?

Closing points- there is nothing wrong for a Constitutional Republic like America using volunteer Judeo-Christian advocates to make sure that destitute Anglos receive the kind of health care they are legally and morally entitled to receive. It is common for conservative economists and conservative cultist snobbish talk show host to proclaim that any system based on “third party” involvement is contrary to capitalism - the reason these so called conservative economists are sounding like fools is that ethical capitalism is best market exchange system created; while unethical capitalism is no better than Marxist –fascism.

Texas Drifter Politics By Ten Commandments

Marshall’s Law Dateline – As America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights are rules for American governments; Heaven’s Ten Commandments are not only rules for private citizens, but also rules for politicians and bureaucrats.

A summary of Commandments examples:
1. Worship God only, the most displayed adage, “in God we trust” is not in government we trust.
2. No idols, translation, Americans do not worship earthy kings not matter what Obama says or does. Respect for America’s politicians and bureaucrats are based on earned respect not blind faith.
3. Not take God’s name in vain, breaking oath to tell the truth in legal cases is a punishable crime called perjury.
4. “Rest on seventh day” reference includes “lame duck” elected officials trying to subvert voters will in recent elections.
5. Honor your parents, means elected, appointed, and employed representatives of government honoring constitutional dues processes; not interpreting intent of constitution for selfish special interest groups.
6. Do not murder is different than do not kill; further reviews in another writing exercise.
7. Is not vanity driven adultery treason of marriage? Treason by adulterous motives can relate to betrayal of oath to uphold protect and defend America and her Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign.
Examples extend to issues like America being threatened and damaged from porous borders which allow illegal immigrants, drug smugglers, and Islamic Fascist terrorists to destroy domestic tranquility. National security can be threatened by treaties which provide advantage or make America’s sworn enemies like Russia, China, Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea stronger. Top candidates for treasonous activities are seemingly most Democrats and majority of Moderate Republicans.
8. Thou shall not steal includes death or inheritance taxes which represents double taxation and prejudicial discriminatory theft ratios based on citizens amount of wealth.
9. Thou shall not lie includes most politicians and many bureaucrats who are known to lie every time their lips are seen moving.
10. Thou shall not covet makes class warfare economics and racial and or gender greed and prejudices all sins.

Texas Drifter hopes that this initial “Politics By Ten Commandments” writing exercise will start discussions among patriotic citizens which remind politicians and bureaucrats that neither is immune from Heaven’s judgments; or Constitutional due processes and punishments.

Perhaps excerpt from “George Washington’s Farwell Address” says what Texas Drifter is attempting to convey:

The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to
alter their Constitutions of Government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish Government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established Government.

Not all poor Mexicans – example of scam being worked by Mexico’s upper classes – discuss – place to start how many taxpayer checks being sent out of United States? – Partial solution requires all recipients of taxpayer subsidies to provide proof of U.S. citizenship and current residency in U.S.

6. Know that illegal immigrants being less than ten percent of U.S. population represent estimated forty percent of U.S. local, state, and federal prison populations. Comparison to be done: percent of illegal immigrants involved in drunk or drug related driving accidents? Results might support no “Dream Act” legislation or “amnesty by any name” for illegal immigrants at all. Some have suggested that Hispanic illegal immigrants possess a culture which tolerates drunk driving and domestic violence against spouses and children.

Do not expect support from Democrats who are willing to trade amnesty for deaths and injuries of innocent Americans by drunk driving illegals in return for votes from illegals. You should not also expect support from Moderate Republicans who are willing to trade amnesty by any other name amnesty for deaths and injuries of innocent Americans by drunk driving illegals in return for cheaper labor and more profits from unethical capitalism.

Texas Drifter Conservatives Negotiate Not Compromise

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Texas Drifter supports conservative bi-partisan politics with one simple stipulation. That one simple stipulation, conservative bi-partisan politics are guided by conservative negotiations not one single conservative compromise.

Negotiate and compromise different concepts, conservatives must learn to negotiate for principals not compromise principles. Definition of processes: compromise is to make shameful dishonorable concessions; negotiate is to convert to mutual value without compromise.

Disadvantage of compromising principles: compromise half today, half tomorrow, half next day, problem with continuing with daily compromises; by end of week one has nothing left to compromise. Technical answer is one only has less than one percent of principles left to compromise.

Negotiation for assets or political advantages, are best achieved from strength known as social power. References to Marshall’s social power formula: social power equals quality plus quantity over timing can be found at several postings in Marshall’s Law Townhall. One such place: Google “Marshall’s Weapon’s System”.

One good example of negotiating from strength involved Texas Drifter watch ranch owner (RO) engage in following negotiations. When asked by potential customer (PC) how much he wanted for two heifers, RO said twenty thousand dollars. PC responded eighteen. RO said you are wasting my time twenty-three. PC quipped twenty. RO said I made you a reasonable offer you are still wasting my time. Twenty-five, keep wasting my time and my next offer will be thirty. PC meekly asked if RO would take a check who answered, “Sure, as long as you never forget that I know where you live.”

Reader’s first assignment, list some great compromisers; save you the trouble there were none. Reader’s second assignment, develop two lists: some great negotiators and some bad negotiators.

Warm up examples before reader starts working on great and bad negotiators lists: two Republican politicians that more often than not confuse negotiating principals and compromising principles. First is Texas Governor Perry’s Trans Texas Terrorist Corridor.

Factual observation, not all terrorists are Islamic fascists. Governor Perry self described “conservative” Republican supported building private toll road with foreign interests which would have created shadow courts with specific jurisdiction for imminent domain rulings for sole purpose of confiscating tens of thousands of acres from Texas rural property owners. Those actions do not represent conservative principles, rather big government politics for unethical principals.

Second is U.S. Senator Cornyn who votes conservative in public then abandons Republican Party Conservative Primary winners for Moderate Republicans; some backroom actions speak louder than public votes.

Another example includes industry professionals referring to themselves as principled humanitarians, who in reality are nothing more than unethical capitalists seeking almighty principals. Texas Drifter has no problem with people making profits to pay expenses and provide their families and selves with luxurious life styles; that is what ethical capitalism is all about.

Simple question, how many auto repair technicians proclaim themselves to be humanitarian mechanics? Solution to America’s problem plagued health care system is not now and will never become socialist policies like Obama’s health care.

Best solution is to move away from unethical capitalist health care driven only by principals to ethical capitalist health care guided by ethical physician-patient principles. The struggle between learning to negotiate principals and not compromise principles is older than the adage about the “world’s oldest profession”. Was not the struggle between Eve and the Serpent in the Garden of Eden a conflict between principals and principles?

Texas Drifter is not aware of any American generation that was immune from principals-principles struggles. Unborn future American generations will no doubt have to confront their own personal principals-principles conflicts.

It is not a coincidence that past American generations have strived to leave their children better resources for their principals-principles struggles than their parents had. What will future generations say about America’s current generation of “baby boomers”?

Back to reader’s second assignment, develop two lists: some great negotiators and some bad negotiators. Then go look yourself eye to eye in the mirror and write down which list future generations will add you too.

Texas Drifter Blame Obama For WikiLeaks Leaks

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Thief breaks into your home and steals your property; who do you blame, thief or your security guard that did not do their job?

Only two primary players in this writing exercise:

One, President Obama, who is Commander in Chief and the American most responsible for insuring America’s domestic tranquility and national security. What is old adage, buck stops with Obama who is America’s President?

An issue to be considered by those respecting U.S. Supreme Court rulings involving “prior restraint” by government to interfere with freedom of the press; reader’s assignment research Supreme Court rulings concerning “prior restraint” prohibitions against any American local, state, or federal government against violating any Constitutional Amendment.

Second what options exists to insure America’s national security when seemingly rogue individuals not U.S. citizens, who are not on U.S. soil and not within jurisdiction of U.S. Constitution engage in activities which threaten America’s national security?

Returning to primary issue of this writing exercise; placing or assigning responsibility for distribution without authorization hundreds of thousands of “not for public” government documents.

Only two choices: politician in charge of America’s national security who has billions of dollars and seemingly endless resources to do their job, or few publicity seeking who knows what they are with seemingly fewer resources than most American small towns?

Final question example when hometown football team loses championship game, who gets blamed, hometown’s losing coach or visiting team’s winning coach?

Yet my rapacious soul would trade all these earthly blessings for the honor of gazing upon your son the Messiah.

(Suddenly the still wind chimes introduce a saintly intruder)

Anna: You will not die until you have seen God's anointed King.

Act I

(Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with figure kneeling before him)

Quirinius: Rise my fool of a son (person rises). Caesar Augustus has ordered a census to be taken across the empire to make the collection of taxes more efficient. I am commanding you to carry out Caesar's orders in Judea. If you can accomplish this task I shall reward your efforts by making you tax collector for Judea.

New Census Taker: I wish to thank

Quirinius (interrupts): I have no time for fool's babble. Who is the most influential merchant in Judea?

Census Taker: Simon of Jerusalem, he has the finest olive gardens, the largest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market.

Quirinius: I have heard of Simon, tell me more.

Census Taker: Simon is a devout man who refuses to engage in money lending or take an interest in politics.

Quirinius: Destroy this Simon of Jerusalem.

Census Taker: Why he is an honest merchant without enemies?

Quirinius: It is not Simon that could be a threat but the thieves who may use his wealth against us. Be gone, I have grown tired of you.

Act II

(Six months later - Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with Census Taker kneeling before him)

Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son: Report to me about your progress on the census and Simon of Jerusalem.

Census Taker: The census taking process is on schedule. As for Simon of Jerusalem: I released locust into his olive gardens; I destroyed his sheep herds with plagues; I burned his inn; I had bandits steal his wealth; and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.

Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places?
Guards let it be known that my fool son's inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon's losses resulting from my fool son's actions. Let it also be known that my son of a fool shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.

Act III

(Simon and Simon's Helper standing by three sided shelter)

Simon (pointing): Isn't it beautiful?

Simon's Helper: Sir how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent; a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life; see beauty in THIS? Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.

Simon: My dearest life long friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.

Simon's Helper: Where's the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed.

Visitor (enters stage): I am looking for Simon of Jerusalem.

Simon: I am Simon of Jerusalem.

Visitor: Many decades ago before I was born, you loaned my father this bucket. His dying words were that I return your bucket with five donkeys loaded with straw.

Simon: I grieve for the loss of an honest man. I greatly accept the return of my bucket. Heaven only asks for tithes of ten percent; it would be a sin for me to accept straw from your donkeys. Now I must go to the temple to pray for your loss.

(Turning to helper) Use the bucket to bring us water.

Conclusion(Simon returns to stable to find stable half full of animals and Simon's Helper talking to another visitor)

Simon's Helper: Great news, a few more customers and you shall have enough profits to buy new sheep.

Simon: I thought I said I could not accept straw from the visitor?

Simon's Helper: The visitor insisted that the straw from five donkeys was a gift, not interest for a debt.

Simon: Who is the new visitor?

Simon's Helper: Some man less fortunate than us, the man can not afford shelter for his wife who about to give birth.

Simon: What were you telling this man who is less fortunate than us?

Simon's Helper: I was telling him that Heaven was preparing him not punishing him.

Simon (interrupts): And?

Simon's Helper: I shall tell Joseph that it would be an honor for you to share your stable; with him, his wife, and their soon to be born child.

Simon: I must return to the Temple to seek Anna's guidance.
(At the Temple)

Anna (to Simon): Eight days later during Mary's purification offering at this Temple, you will speak "Lord now I can die content for I have seen him as you promised."

(Pause - Simon and Anna freeze as Simon's Helper walks on stage)

Drifter (stops and turns half way around): Then things are even, Dog never liked you either. Why you keep me around, good work for ten dollars a day; plus food, shelter, and expenses.

Ranch Owner: That too, mostly cause trespassing , vandalism to, stealing from, and poaching on this ranch has completely stopped since you signed on as security scout.

Texas Drifter: If I told you how I do my job, you would cut my meager wages, or run me and Dog off. I half way like working here; so do not change that by bringing me any more mail.

Ranch Owner: Go read your mail; that is last letter I will ever bring you.

Texas Drifter: Sounds fair enough, here is a list of some supplies Dog and I need.

Sundown next day: Drifter sets pot of coffee and metal bowl full of beer on small camp fire, and opens letter.

My Dearest Texas Drifter,
Just a few words to dispel your anxieties about Obama’s FEMA man made natural disaster camps; there are probably forty thousand to fifty thousand citizens here. Camp is fenced in to protect us from outsiders wanting in to escape worsening conditions in this part of America. We are truly lucky ones despite less than perfect conditions, we at least have security, and solace knowing Obama’s Administration and Democrats especially Blue Dog Democrats are doing everything they can to provide for us.

Sanitary conditions are an open ditch. Food is served once a day and consists of liquid powdered milk over uncooked rice. Medical care is limited to barbiturates. Healthy camp residents are engaged in constructing red brick buildings to be used as showers. Rumors abound that Obama will visit to dedicate new showers we are all looking forward to enjoying.

I bribed one of guards with my wedding rings to mail you this letter to let you know even though times may be hard, FEMA and Obama, as well as Democrats including Blue Dog Democrats are doing everything they can to help us rebuild ours and America’s future.

Texas Drifter Justice For Feral Gate Keepers

Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Justice is a sword with two edges, one is for private citizens deserving justice; the second edge is for political leaders and public bureaucrats deserving justice.

One Webster’s Dictionary defines “feral” as having escaped from domestication or civilization and becoming uncivilized or wild. This writing exercise “Justice For Feral Gate Keepers” reviews due processes for Democrats or Moderate Republicans and public bureaucrats seeking sovereign immunity from their crimes against or civil rights violations against private citizens.

More background information from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: “Sovereign immunity, or crown immunity, is a type of immunity that in common law jurisdictions trace its origins from early English law. Generally speaking it is doctrine that the sovereign or state cannot commit a legal wrong and is immune from civil suit or criminal prosecution; hence the saying, "the king (or queen) can do no wrong". Does “spirit” of America’s Constitution suggest that justice may be delayed but should never be denied? First problem is replacing due process courts and being able to cross examine witness testifying against accused; with no witness capable of being cross examined for some bureaucratic administrator to assess extortion threats. Should this major due process violation result in bureaucrats being forced to reimburse those victimized their money with interest?

Second problem, should traffic accidents caused by drivers reacting to flash of camera light which causes drivers to swerve into oncoming traffic be allowed to seek civil damages from those enacting such greed based policies?

Recall, justice for incompetent, corrupt, racist, criminally engaging and or civil rights violating elected, appointed, or employed public officials or bureaucrats can only be delayed never denied.

Public gate keepers need to remember President Jackson’s adage, “equal opportunity without privilege”. Immunity from civil and criminal prosecution is not equal opportunity; plus earning twice wages of private sector employees is certainly unearned privilege.

Answer to strengthen spirit of Constitution involves adopting “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation” for all municipal, education, county, state and federal employees. The policy shall be underwritten by public employee pension funds and assets.

Reader can correct following if incorrect: were not Founding Fathers objectives for America’s Constitutional due process political system, a government of, by, and for private citizens?

When did those patriotic conservative Judeo-Christian objectives become: government of Marxist-Fascist Democrats and Moderate Republicans, by over paid incompetent unaccountable in many cases minority ethnic racist bureaucrats; for public sector special interest groups like: public subsidy addicts, public sector unions, world owes me aristocrats, illegal immigrants, and Islamic terrorists?

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Will Republican Party commit political suicide by “tripling down” on foolish greed based, destined to fail Mexico policies intended to make profits for Moderate Republicans?

Mexico’s history is violent domestic turmoil every thirty to forty years. Second, America’s involvement should be limited to secure border perimeter to keep Mexico’s problem in Mexico, this includes not providing sanctuary for Mexican aristocrats whose crimes against their own people have caused Mexico’s problems. Third, America’s political involvement should be limited to covertly supporting a “Contras type group of Sandinista era” to disrupt increasing Mexico increasing Marxist threats to America’s national security and domestic tranquility.

Question for listener/reader, will Republicans “tripling down” by interfering in Mexico’s internal affairs create comparable events like which occurred in France in 1790’s? “Ancien Regime” is a French concept translated by English into “Old Rule”. Could efforts by Moderate Republicans and their allies ruling elite Democrats trying to protect their aristocratic, political, and social “clubs” by squandering American resources and blood in Mexico cause both ruling elites trouble comparable to that in France in late 1790’s? Texas Drifter Best Thanksgiving Memory

Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – One of first realities to be considered by those considering private “fee lance” career in intelligence, investigation, or security industries: holidays and special occasions, no more no less than just another day of work. Texas Drifter hopes you my reader enjoy one of my better Thanksgiving memories.

There is nothing in the Bill of Rights or Constitution that declares private citizens to be wards of any government. Public sector bureaucrats are not the peoples’ natural guardians. Threats to individual liberties are directly related to increases of any government's powers. Citizens who allow bureaucrats to become custodians of their rights are fools volunteering to be slaves.

The assignment was a way to make a few extra dollars during the holidays. Texas Drifter was appointed to settle the affairs of a recently deceased derelict.

Describing the deceased's efficiency apartment is an easy exercise in recalling on scene details. The residence was one room that consisted of half a kitchen, small dinning area, a smaller living area with a couch that folds out into a bed (opened); a small black and white television with a coat hangar for an antenna sitting on a cardboard box next to the door that entered the bathroom.

The rest room can best be described as a public sector facility at a downtown bus station that had not been cleaned for twenty years. The hide away bed was covered with clothes for sheets, and part of the carpet from the floor which was being used as a blanket.

There are no words to describe the apartment's smell; possibly because the clothes closet was being used as an in-house dumpster. The left sink was filled with dirty pans, plates, and silverware. The right sink was brimming over with empty bean and dog food cans.

Next to the moldy generic bean and quality dog food cans set a pancake hot plate which contained one can of half opened beans and one half opened can of dog food. It was later learned that the deceased had been using the hot plate to warm the beans and dog food before mixing them into a bowl known as ghetto chili.

A handwritten note was found behind the hot plate that said, "Remove paper labels before heating to prevent fire". Your instructor was almost afraid to open the refrigerator. Utter amazement cannot describe how this later surveillance instructor felt when he discovered that the interior of the icebox was cleaner than most hospital operating rooms.

What I found was a sanitized refrigerator full of prescription drugs arranged by names of those who had been prescribed the medications. It was later learned that the deceased had taken it upon himself to store and administer medications for the area's homeless population.

The freezer unit of the icebox contained what appeared to be the deceased's private papers, along with some type of diary. At this point, the instructor started looking for a place to sit down and review the new found documents.

The apartment's curtains had been replaced with the most recent Sunday newspaper comics. These paper curtains provided the only color and access for light to the otherwise dimly lit apartment. While dragging a chair over to the window; there was a knock at the door.

A surprised vagabond stated that he had come by to read the Sunday Comics and see if there was any ghetto chili left. I said that there was no chili left to which he shrugged his shoulders, and quipped while walking over to read the curtains, "There goes Thanksgiving Dinner".

Texas Drifter asked isn't there some place else where you can go for Thanksgiving Dinner?

The response, "Not and be with friends; besides that, being put on display for publicity is advertising not compassion.

I suggested that the tramp take the curtains with him since I was busy. The response was "If I do that, nobody else will be able to see the funnies."

He then asked if he could turn on the radio. I responded that I had not seen a radio. The homeless man then walked over to the television and turned it on with the following remarks, "when it don't have a picture, it's a radio."

Upon finishing the "funnies," the homeless man walked over and turned the "radio off." As he was leaving, he said "this place won't be the same without our ghetto chili."

By this time, the instructor had reviewed all of the personal papers except the diary. The first twenty or so pages of the diary detailed how the deceased had been a working parent with a spouse who traded partying for the sanctity of marriage.

The deceased problems started when the adulterous spouse well known in Democrat Party, had retained a divorce attorney also a Democrat, to conduct a high profile bogus child abuse campaign against the deceased. The net result of this government assisted smear campaign was that the deceased losing his reputation, children, and job.

As the instructor was about to get lost in the diary, there was another knock at the door. This time the instructor was confronted by three homeless people asking if they might reclaim property they had loaned the deceased. Knowing that I had to get rid of the apartment's contents anyway; I said sure come on in and take what's yours.

Amazingly, no one started gathering up things until after they had finished reading the "funnies." I used this quiet time to continue reading the diary.

It seemed that the Democrat Party judge had set the deceased's child support payments at a rate based on deceased's salary before he lost his job because of the government's fraudulent child abuse investigation. The judge said that his Democrat Party court would not tolerate lazy child abusers.

The deceased was unable to find comparable work because employers are not inclined to hire suspected child abusers. This resulted in the deceased not being able to obtain employment and make the full court ordered payments.

A part time job and partial payments did not satisfy the Democrat Party judge who ordered the deceased to forfeit: their driver's license, vocational license, and all custody and visitation rights with his children. As this was not enough, the liberal lesbian judge also ordered the deceased to spend six months in county jail.

By now more homeless people were showing up to claim property previously "loaned" to the deceased. The "radio" along with all the small items were long gone by now. I found myself giving permission for the intruders to take the furniture and anything else they could carry off. My primary interest was in finishing the last few pages of the diary.

It turned out that the one week early court ordered release from jail for the deceased required medication based maintenance therapy from one of the judge's largest re-election financial contributors.

This led to the deceased being required to take more types of prescription drugs than street dealers ever dream of selling. The court ordered prescription drug abuse achieved the desired results, and eventually led to the deceased being classified as "disabled" by other bureaucrats.

The final words in deceased diary still haunt me: "They can destroy my career; they can take away my family; and they can even make me a drug addict; but Democrats can not take away my desire to help the less fortunate."

My reflections were interrupted by somebody asking about the rest of the drugs. I had completely forgotten about the icebox full of prescription drugs. As it turned out, none of the "dregs of society" had taken anybody's drugs but their own. The person asking me about the drugs wanted to know how long the place would be open so the rest of the people could come by and pick up their medications.

I informed the person asking the question that the electricity would be left on for the rest of the weekend. My response was followed by another question about taking up, the rest of the carpet for blankets since winter was only a few weeks away. Again my response was take what you need.

Within another couple of hours, the efficiency apartment had been stripped bare except for the icebox and the curtains.

An older homeless woman approached and said "it would be nice if you told everybody to leave the curtains as kind of a memorial.” After getting everyone's attention, I said that I had been given a suggestion that the curtains should be left as a memorial to a good person who made a difference.

One of the dirtiest of the homeless people said "thanks." To which I responded what for? The answer was simple, "for respecting what dignity we have left."

This Texas drifter's plans became closing out the deceased's utility accounts on Friday. Maybe that old man was right exploiting other people's misery for publicity is not charity?

Texas Drifter Tea Party Losers?

Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Only future days will determine if Tea Party’s recent successes and near successes classify Tea Party Members as winners or losers. Determination standard is old adage: winning war and squandering peace is fool’s waste of both treasure and patriot’s blood.

Good example, using General Sam Houston of Texas Independence War fame. General Sam knew two absolutes, first he only had a one battle army; and second, the butcher of Goliad and Alamo, Mexican President and General Santa Anna had to be captured alive. Why, to “legitimize” terms of peace, second order all of Mexico’s troops out of Texas’ new republic.

Tea Party leaders need to understand that leaders need followers. Tea Party leaders also need to understand that winning 2010 uncivil elections have only brought Tea Party followers to first days of reconstruction to stop and then reverse decline of Heaven’s favorite due process constitutional republic.

Initial objectives for Tea Party members to judge Tea Party leader’s loyalty to integrity include:
1. No more not even partial compromises with Moderate Republicans seeking to reach out with good faith gestures to their closet allies, Democrat establishment politicians. The objective, cause Obama to start governing America with executive proclamations which show all Americans and both political parties Obama’s and his Administration’s true spoiled brat vanity driven polipathic (fascist) personality.

For you who believe or think compromising is so great; ask yourself what would contemporary times be like if the following had all been compromisers: Moses, King David, Jesus, Joan-of-Arc, Luther, America’s Founding Patriots, President Jackson, Texas Founding Patriots, Lincoln, T. Roosevelt, Reagan, or other names you the reader can add to this list.

2. Insert “de-funding amendments” into legislation Obama needs to keep his political base addicted to public tax dollars and abusive public jobs. Why, Obama’s radical base will turn on Obama quicker than drug addicts recently denied credit by their dealers.

3. Start investigations illustrating criminal conduct and civil right violations among Obama’s allies, and Obama’s administration: making sure each of accused get their due process indictments, due process trials, due price defenses, due process convictions, due process appeals, and due process punishments. Again why, picking up this rock will cause Obama’s cockroaches to turn in those higher up food chain for special sentencing deals.

4. Only negotiate which is different word than compromise with Democrats abandoning Obama’s goals, objectives, policies, allies, and Administration. Obama’s only loyalties are to person he sees standing alone in front of his mirror. Many if most career Democrats will not be willing to sacrifice their political futures to a leader like Obama who lives by one and only one principle; me first sacrifice all others to keep me first. A soon to be well known secret is that there are two reconstructions emerging in contemporary America: one by Tea Party which is being sabotaged by Moderate Judas Republicans, and second rebuilding new Democrat Party which is being sabotaged by Marxist–fascists like Obama and his allies.

Reader now knows test, standards for passing, and objectives to be accomplished to pass above hypothetical test.

Another test concept for Tea Party leaders and followers to understand: sometimes so called “peace” dividends from winning a war are not worth American patriots’ assets or blood. Such an example, not understanding, that only Mexicans can solve Mexico’s contemporary domestic problems.

Clues to consider before accepting premise include: Mexico’s cultural history is based on violent changes every three to four decades since Mexico became known as Mexico (last “about time revolution” was delayed by using illegal immigration as relief valve to provide cheap labor mostly for Moderate Republican types; second, Mexican people will despise Americans more than they already do for interfering in Mexico’s national sovereignty; third, America’s involvement should be limited to secure border perimeter to keep Mexico’s problem in Mexico, this includes not providing sanctuary for Mexican aristocrats whose crimes against their own people have caused Mexico’s problems; America’s political involvement should be limited to covertly supporting a “Contras type group of Sandinista era” to disrupt increasing Mexico increasing Marxist threats to America’s national security and domestic tranquility. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Obvious solution for America’s unethical capitalist health care system is not government socialist health care. The obvious solution is ethical capitalist health case based on Hippocratic Oath.

Related health care report example, any U.S. Congressman including Texas Representatives like Ortiz, Hinojosa, and Cuellar who voted for Pelosi; plus any Moderate Republican supporting unethical capitalist health care are all accessories to domestic war crimes against American citizens.

Factual observation question, why do some health care services including physician-surgeon-support staff and facilities cost health care consumers four times as much in south Texas specifically Cameron County, Texas as in other parts of America and other nations?

Operation costs for same type of hernia repair operations in South Texas are twenty thousand plus dollars compared to five thousand dollars in Nevada. Comparable operations with equitable quality services are nineteen hundred dollars to seven thousand dollars in Mexico, India, Peru, and Costa Rica.

Another example, specific eye surgeries in South Texas cost six thousand dollars; while same operation can be purchased for fifteen hundred dollars in other parts of America.

Adding embarrassment to America’s unethical capitalist health care services are numbers of medical staff in- competencies and unnecessary infections threatening health of American patients in facilities guided by unethical capitalism not Hippocratic Oath.

These embarrassments are well known to most of America’s health care industry professionals as these ethical medical professionals including doctors refer to one such facility as “death central”.

Reader’s assignment if they choose to accept is answer following questions:
1. Are many health care professionals including physicians, medical staff, administrators, and bureaucrats simply motivated by selfish vanity driven greed?
2. Are Texas government and U.S. government interfering with citizens’ voluntary interstate commerce rights to purchase health insurance out side their home State? Which is different concept from Obama’s government forced commerce or be fined by obvious unconstitutional fascist legislation.
3. Does public sector’s welfare health care, increase prices of medical services by putting dollars into consumer retail health care market which increases demand without increasing supply? Two examples, America’s federal government providing free medical health care services for Mexican drug cartel members illegally in America; and also allowing welfare recipients to use “emergency rooms” as public school health clinics.
4. Are public agencies allowing public hospitals to engage in unethical capitalist price gouging? Outrageous charges like marking up “outside” lab tests seven hundred to eight hundred percent. Other examples include charging seven dollars for “beverage assistance device” also called a straw. How about being charged three dollars or more for single aspirin? Reader can add their own examples. Business are not allowed to gouge consumers for gas, food, water, hotel rooms, or other items during hurricanes; so why should hospitals be allowed to steal from medical health care retail consumers?
5. Are public agencies not enforcing tax exemption distinctions between for profit and non-profit hospitals? Were not hospitals grated non-profit statuses to provide services for America’s temporarily financially embarrassed (called poor in transient by some)? Consider one designated non-profit hospital which requires down payments from temporarily financially embarrassed. Example, individual receives zero public assistance and obviously could not come up with down payment almost four times annual income was told to show up at emergency room when they were about to die. This same designated non-profit hospital which only apparently helps “poor” getting public welfare; purchased a golf course so hospital staff could have their own private “golf course” to “relax” on their day off. Talk on the streets is that this hospital is run by Cicos (Christians in church only –pronounced psychos).
6. Are public agencies contributing to bankrupting hospitals by Medicare and Medicaid only paying small percentage of patients’ bills? Said be as low as twenty percent by some medical professionals. Think that is a bad deal, tell your brother-in-law who owes you hundred dollars on football bet: he can start repaying you twenty dollars on all hundred dollar football bets he loses to you.
7. Are Marxist-fascist Democrats, Moderate Republicans, minority Hispanic racists advocating amnesty for illegal immigrants destroying America’s health care infra-structure by giving illegal immigrants health care services that will contribute to bankrupting America’s domestic economy?
8. Should civil court damages be linked to actual damages and reasonable financial punishments with extreme civil awards being sparingly used as are capital punishment for most heinous felonies?
9. Should all medical services publicly provide retail health consumers with “price lists” so consumers can shop around for best price for best service?
10. Should declining price rates be based from highest to cheapest based on following sliding scale: public subsidy payment; private insurance payment; personal loan payment; cash (fifty percent up front and fifty percent due when released by doctors); and partial pay what they can by temporarily financially embarrassed being voluntarily helped by non-profit organizations?
11. Where does the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights grant free unlimited health care as inalienable right?
12. Sorry to burst your “world owes me” bubble, but life is not always fair; does not best health care system provide most citizens with best care? Is not that system based on ethical capitalism? Consider this before answering. Are not those with most assets more likely to be charitable to most deserving of help? (Do not include Liberal Hollywood celebrity types as they only contribute to causes that they can brag about too their selfish vain spoiled Democrat friends. Texas Drifter Democrats “Dumb Donkey Award 2010”?

Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – Are Texas Democrats best nominees to win Texas Drifters “Dumb Donkey Award 2010” for their porous border plan to “close the gate after all the cows have already gotten out”? Texas Democrats plan is to profile and then search “suspicious vehicles” crossing from U.S. soil into Mexico.

Texas Democrats may be only Democrats in America who ever supported “profiling” of any kind; their plan, stop and search “suspicious” vehicles crossing into Mexico from America to find guns and part of estimated four hundred billion dollars generated annually by illegal drug sales in America.

A reasonable person might ask following questions:

1. Are not cartels smart enough to eventually use non-suspicious vehicles to smuggle guns or drugs back into Mexico?
2. What is percentage of guns being smuggled into Mexico from America? Recent study of cartel weapons seized in Mexico analyzed by U.S. Federal authorities had following results: less than one percent (1%) were weapons imported from United States; most weapons were from corrupt Mexican State and Federal agencies and federal troops; next source was North Korea; followed by Russians, Cubans, Chinese, and Venezuelans. That is right all anti-Second Amendment folks, less than one percent of weapons smuggled into Mexico were from American side of border.
3. Is it not possible that most cartel drug profits being smuggled into Mexico are being wired or electronically transferred as opposed to very possible smaller amounts used by suspicious vehicles?
4. If porous border problems caused by smuggling of illegal drugs, illegal immigrants, Islamic-fascist terrorists, and non-published public health pandemics, which all threaten America, is strictly a federal problem according to ninety-eight percent of Texas politicians; then why is it not hypocritical for Texas Democrats to take an interest in smuggling across a porous border from U.S. into Mexico?
5. Texas Democrats claim that Texas law enforcement’s enforcing smuggling laws out of U.S., would not compete with Federal law enforcement as Texas and Federal law enforcement already have mutual co-operative arrangements. Is not the kind of mutual arrangement that landed Arizona in trouble with Obama?
6. Will not interfering with smuggling out of America into Mexico, negatively affect life styles of Mexico custom officers? How, by reducing bribes they collect called “mordida” from smuggling products into Mexico from U.S.
7. Could add more items to list, reader can add their own examples if they choose.

Would not someone please explain to Texas Democrats that stupid feel good plans that waste taxpayers’ money should be trashed for plans that at least have a slim chance of achieving intended objectives?

Texas Drifter has written many times that repetition is good teaching technique; here we go again. Following plan is good way to start insuring America’s national security and preserving America’s domestic tranquility before amnesty, word or concept, is ever included in any discussion.

Resolving America’s illegal immigration threats to national security, domestic tranquility, public health, and other societal problems will take years, be messy, and require “strong stomachs”.

First step:
- secure bridges against uncontrolled refugees during Mexico’s pending civil war (recall no Gaza type refugee camp ever built on American soil); and check all vehicles entering from Mexico – including all NAFA trucks – only searching about five percent NAFTA trucks now - what a great place to smuggle contraband into US?
- Army Corp of Engineers builds secure perimeter fence and turns over to appropriate federal domestic law enforcement agency;
- Saturate border with armed drones, those shooting at American law enforcement will not survive their ambush;

Second step:
- Implement sixty day amnesty program for illegals to return to country of origin with all their ill gotten gains – once detained after sixty day grace period they will forfeit all their assets through administrative asset forfeiture processes and be immediately deported – greed brought them here greed will send them home – illegal immigrants per population segment of U.S. have highest percentages of criminal conduct of any group in America – illegals represent less than ten percent of population and consist of estimated forty percent of America’s prisons populations

- Anyone employing more than two illegal immigrants goes to jail minimum thirty days first offence, six months second offense, and one to three years third offense – no conviction eligible for probation – time sentenced must be time served
- Anyone transporting two or more illegal immigrants loses their vehicle through asset administrative forfeiture – no exceptions
- Additional deterrents as needed

Minimum tactics:
- All citizens applying for diver’s licenses first issued less than ten years ago, and or probable cause, must provide admissible "court proof" quality documentation of citizenship – no more DMV employees calling applicants' friends to verify citizenship
- Driver’s Licenses (or equivalent document/s) will be required to obtain following services: utilities, phone services, mail services, rent, lease or purchase living space, apply for credit card, open bank account, transfer money out of America, wire money out of America, pay property taxes, purchase or lease vehicle, purchase vehicle insurance, travel by bus, train, or plane, accept employment, purchase prescription drugs, apply for public services like social service products and goods, list can be refined later ...

In closing, perhaps South Texas Democrats when accepting their Texas Drifter’s Democrats “Dumb Donkey Award 2010” should have appropriate South Texas talk show hosts (some not all) who bellow first ideas passing through their head phones. Why, cheerleaders often show up at awards ceremonies.

Texas Drifter’s Halloween Love Story

Marshall’s Law Townhall Dateline – “Halloween Love Story” was originally entitled “Heart of The Ebony”. Any American who still believes that Obama’s actions to destroy America’s capitalist constitutional republic are only fiction; will certainly believe that my “Halloween Love Story”, a one person radio play, is a non-fiction autobiographical account of Texas Drifter’s younger days.

“Texas Drifter’s Halloween Love Story” starts now:

What do out of work investigators dislike more than bad guys, answer telephones. Phones never seem to bring good news, and always bother you when you don’t need to be bothered. As Heaven is my witness, one of these mornings, afternoons, or nights, I am going to use my phone for target practice.

Texas jerked my eleven year ticket to manage investigations in the Lone Star State for moral turpitude. Not mine, theirs. It seems that private political corruption investigations are immoral in Texas. After repeated warnings from state officials to stop investigating “honest elected officials”; I changed the “x” in Texas on my business cards and invoices to a swastika.

Apparently bureaucrats better suited to being welfare recipients do not have a sense of humor. All that aside, It’s my problem not yours that I am presently financially embarrassed because my ticket to make a living has been “Indefinitely” revoked.

It was sometime after midnight when I had just laid down for a good night’s sleep. My only hopes were that the utility company did not cut my water off; before I got up to fix my usual water and cereal breakfast

As predicted, the phone started ringing shortly after my mind was lost to the world. I barely recognized the frantic voice as that of a friend who always seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

After getting him to speak slower and not so loud; I was able to gather that he had hit a pedestrian at dead man’s curve, but could not find the body. He wanted me meet him at dead man’s curve with my night vision equipment and heat detector to try and help him find the body.

Told him that I would be there in about twenty minutes, being honest, I wasn’t thinking about what we would do if I found the body, but how l might be able to get gas money and a real breakfast out of this venture.

First thing I noticed while greeting my friend was that there was no damage to his car. After explaining that this favor was going to cost him gas and a real breakfast; he blurted out there was a woman standing in the middle of the road as he came out of the curve. “She was just there; I tried to swerve but it was too late! I saw her roll over the right side of the hood, and slide off by the passenger door!”

Walking over and pointing to the right headlight, I tried to reassure him with the observation that there was zero damage to his car, and that kind of impact would have had to trash his fiberglass fenders. I was just about to suggest that we go find a truck stop for my gas and breakfast when I noticed what appeared to be a white veil dangling from the passenger’s door side mirror.

He watched while I spent the next two hours scouring the immediate area with my night vision and heat detecting equipment nothing absolutely nothing. Told him after a real breakfast and getting a full tank of gas that he should not say anything to anybody while I made a few inquires.

My first thought was to call Karol about lunch time to see what clues the white veil provided. Karol is the textbook forensic scientist: reserved intellectual doll always in long white lab coat, big glasses, and hair up in a bun.

After she repeated my favorite words, “I’m buying”; I headed over to her favorite vegetarian cafe to see what she might be able to tell me about my only clue. Meal was alright for people who live on rabbit food. She did tell me that the veil was at least a hundred years old, and that she would run some tests to give me a better time frame.

My next contact would be Tanya, a vice cop. I knew that Tanya came on duty about seven that night, you guessed it supper time. Tanya’s “I’m buying” made me look forward to dinner. No more rabbit food. Shrimp marinated in orange sauce is not usually a part of my diet, but seeing Tanya in her undercover costumes was always pleasing to the senses.

Explained to Tanya, that I was helping a friend for gas money; would really owe her if she asked me about any recent missing person reports. After leaving Tanya while heading home, I was thinking that I should draw a circle on the calendar around today’s date: three meals in one day - who need’s bureaucrats when you got friends?

As I started clearing dead man’s curve I became a witness to one more emergency vehicles light show. Upon exiting my vehicle, Tanya approached and asked me to follow her. She led me over to a black body bag; took the towel off the victim’s face and asked, “Is this your fiend?”

Before I could answer, Tanya quipped “Look at his face. The coroner says fear killed him. Is this your friend?”

My crisp answer: he was.

Tanya seemed to forget that we had been dinner companions just hours before: “I want to know what you are working on.”

Being honest, I told her: I don’t know. As I was walking away, Tanya half way yelled “No more, until you tell me what’s going on.”

What a day, from three good meals to losing two meal tickets. Why do I know tomorrow is not going to be much better. Sure enough, the next day started out with dry cereal for breakfast because the water department started their day by repossessing my water meter.

No time to explain or complain as I still had to figure out whom or what had scared my friend to death. I sure wanted get back on Tanya’s occasional guest for dinner list. Thought I would start by trying to meet Laurel for lunch.

Maybe she would convey my most recent popular phrase; “I’m buying”. Being the county’s most relentless journalist, the lady is best distinguished by her business suits with creases that rival those seen in military reviews. At this point I would have been grateful for fast food.

Texas Drifter knew that if anybody could identify sources of information about dead man’s curve, it had to be her. Just as sure as rainbows follow thunderstorms, she had the answer: an old historian currently suffering from degenerative senile dementia.

After spending a couple of hours with the occasionally lucid nursing home resident, I was able to come up with the following legend. The name of the woman that my friend had supposedly seen in the middle of the road, roughly translates from traditional lore as “the tears lady”. Unconfirmed individual sightings of the woman have been reported for almost 250 years.

The story goes that a young Indian maiden converted and renamed Margarita by Spanish priests became involved with a prominent Spanish land owner in the mid 1700’s. The girl became pregnant and bore the land owners child out of wedlock. The land baron after learning of the unholy birth kidnapped the child and abandoned the infant in South Texas brush country.

Myth has it that Margarita spent the rest of her life crying hysterically while wandering through the thorny thicket looking for her lost child. Later legend has it that she would stand in the middle of the road trying to cause wagons to overturn when horses veered off the road.

It is also said that sometimes she would be seen on the side of the road and latter appear on the backs of horses or in the backs of wagons of those who passed her by. Myth warns that those who turn to gaze at her will see a face so horrible that they shall be scared to death.

As to what she wants, nobody has ever survived her temptations to look upon her original beauty to know the answer; but her desires probably involve something that only the living can accomplish as spirits have physical limitations.

Upon arriving back at my cluttered "Free Spirit" fifth wheel, I decided to skip supper and just call Karol for an update of test results on the white veil. She seemed surprised when I asker her if the veil dated back to the 1750’s. Her response: If you are going to waste my time asking me things you already know, you can find yourself another meal ticket.

Somewhere somehow, my thought processes had turned from future meal tickets to returning to dead man’s curve. Instincts were warning me that I had to avoid swerving and force myself to drive through Margarita’s apparition. Intentionally running down victims may come easy for some people, but I knew I needed an edge.

Since the plan was to stay alert; drugs were not the answer; maybe technology could make the difference. I set the cruise control at fifty before entering dead man’s curve; now all I had to do was concentrate on running straight and keeping my foot off the brake and accelerator. As I cleared the curve, what had been a clear night turned to the blackest fog I had ever seen. Suddenly there in middle of the road standing and waving; as if welcoming me out of the fog.

My only thoughts were drive straight and keep away from the brakes. I do not remember what came first, her screams, the sounds of her hitting the car, or my outburst of a single profanity. I apologize for not remembering the sequence, but I was distracted by her rolling over the hood into the windshield.

Maybe it was Poe like terror or pure concentration that kept me from turning the wheel, who knows; but somehow I managed to avoid swerving and come to a slow measured stop. As suddenly as Margarita had appeared in the road, I was out of my car screaming verbal challenges, it seems that I had lost control of all my emotions.

The unplanned release of adrenalin suddenly reminded me that I still had to face Margarita’s temptations. In a renewed calmness I turned and stepped back into my car. In what seemed like passing inspiration, I reached up and tore off the rear view mirror before resetting the cruise control. My vehicle had not traveled thirty feet when I heard breathing highlighted by whimpering moans coming right behind me from the back seat.

In another flash of inspiration I reached over and turned on the radio, but the radio failed to generate a single sound. Put yourself in my place; imagine you were me; how would you feel when hot sultry breath punctuated with gurgling growls covered the back of your neck? Would you have turned to look into that face, or swerved out of reflex?

Being honest, I almost crossed the border of losing all self control when Margi, I was too terrified to remember her full name, started howling and running those colder than ice fingernails down the base of my skull. Right before losing all control, I noticed Margi along the side the road walking into the fog and mesquite thicket.

With out thinking I slammed on the brakes and stopped within feet of her exit point; without turning around, her barely audible fleeting words were: “A cross for my child made from the heart of the ebony.”

I spent most of the next morning looking for a suitable piece of ebony, and another ten hours making and polishing a small cross. I never knew that the heart of ebony was such hard wood.

The phone rang shortly before the ten o’clock news; Laurel wanted an update on my activities. Told her that I couldn’t explain what I didn’t understand. She is incredibly patient, but told me to find another meal ticket until I had a better answer.

Spent the following hours waiting for the phone to ring; suddenly as if I were possessed, I picked up the silent phone only to hear “It’s Margi, I’m buying”.

Being someone who always keeps their promise, I took my double action forty caliber out from under my pillow and shot that darn phone twice. After tossing the pistol on the bed, I reached over and picked up the cross for a child made from the heart of the ebony. As for this time tomorrow, don’t have a clue.

That is the test which should provide answer to whether America’s middle class is determined by attitude or financial assets?

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall: "Interview Outline Ideas" for KGAB AM 650 Cheyenne, Wyoming – “Every Third Monday” October 18, 2010 9AM Central; Listen at KGAB.com.

Interview Theme:

Interview Outline: Is it community hypocrisy when news about similar crimes are publicized or not reported by local news media depending on news story’s impact on community profits? Translation: ignoring murders, rapes, kidnappings, extortions, and robberies of American citizens by illegal immigrants on American soil while, publicizing murder of American citizen illegally in Mexico? Why difference in news coverage? Simple one crime affects tourist dollar profits and other crimes do not.

1. Recent study of cartel weapons seized in Mexico analyzed by U.S. Federal authorities had following results: less than one percent (1%) were weapons imported from United States; most weapons were from corrupt Mexican State and Federal agencies and federal troops; next source was North Korea; followed by Russians, Cubans, Chinese, and Venezuelans. That is right all anti-Second Amendment folks, less than one percent of weapons smuggled into Mexico were from American side of border.

2. Falcon Lake Shooting – This author was not there, as was no one else except victims and Mexico bandits – good investigators could have answer as long as they not publicly depending on Mexico’s investigators. Tip for reader, most good Mexican investigators will not publicly identify suspects as it will get them killed. Eventually Mexico’s “federales” will randomly kill few bad guys, or torture few until they confess; either way they will “solve” case by Mexico’s due process standards.

Some observations:

- many recent crimes in that area;
- story of two friends launching boats and warnings from two law enforcement agencies;
- victims were four to six miles inside Mexican border in an area that could easily make one of top three most dangerous places on planet earth;
- bad guys have no incentive to turn in body – no body no crime; also I have worked as drowning recovery technician my in younger days – bottom of lake not brush free, so body may never show up;
- cartel probably not involved they know this kind of violence bad for business, probably renegade bandits as most bad guys like to say they are with one of cartels;
- other reasons not acceptable for family show format

Back to show theme: two kids were shot in head same week by cartel on U.S. side of border – not news as they were Hispanic kids; Also what about recent “quince era” murder? Discuss. Numerous murders of Hispanic Americans and Hispanics legally in U.S. murdered on American soil – no one cared or cares (except family and friends) as their deaths did not affect Rio Grande Valley in South Texas tourist industry profits for some area businesses. Discuss if interested.

Some of local celebrities have been going “nuts” – ideas like putting in DMZ – discuss.

3. Mexico’s President Calderon talking about abolishing all local police forces and putting country under some kind of “federales” control which could easily hasten civil war in Mexico. Brief discussion of “federales” as good guys: recent van case and other cases involving on-site executions.

4. Mexico’s fence between their southern border and Guatemala most likely to keep plagues and other pandemics left in Mexico by illegals on way to U.S. (Reference “Texas Drifter No Defense For Negligent Genocide” Entry # 199.)

5. Again exploiting Mexico’s misery for profits by inviting wealthy Mexican aristocrats many of whom, are responsible for Mexico’s problems to bring their money and hide out in America so local business can make money. Answer, the tax man.
– Mexicans are not used to paying taxes; so auditing their personal income, business income, Social Security, Medicare, sales taxes, workman comp payments, and property taxes and so on will cause most to leave.
- Why Mexico is mostly a tax free nation without penalties for not paying taxes except for those assessed and collected by cartels. (Obama will learn that providing special visas for entire Mexican aristocrat families may come with contributions; but will cause hard feelings when Mexican aristocrats realize that they do not get special favors from taxes for their “mordida” to Obama.)

6. Using drone patrols have started; as U.S. government's efforts are less than adequate as these drones should be armed to protect American law enforcement coming under increasing fire from Mexican side of Border. Perhaps someday America’s political leaders will care more about lives of Americans fighting to win America’s Southern border war and less about hurting feelings of Mexico incompetent corrupt government.

7. Resolving America’s illegal immigration threats to national security, domestic tranquility, public health, and other societal problems will take years, be messy, and require “strong stomachs”:
- secure bridges against uncontrolled refugees during Mexico’s pending civil war (recall no Gaza type refugee camp ever built on American soil); and check all vehicles entering from Mexico – including all NAFA trucks – only searching about five percent NAFTA trucks now - what a great place to smuggle contraband into US?
- Army Corp of Engineers builds secure perimeter fence and turns over to appropriate domestic law enforcement agency;
- Saturate border with armed drones, those shooting at American law enforcement will not survive their ambush;
- Implement sixty day amnesty program for illegals to return to country of origin with all their ill gotten gains – once detained after sixty day grace period they will forfeit all their assets through administrative asset forfeiture processes and be immediately deported – greed brought them here greed will send them home – illegal immigrants per population segment of U.S. have highest percentages of criminal conduct of any group in America – illegals represent less than ten percent of population and consist of estimated forty percent of America’s prisons populations
- Anyone employing more than two illegal immigrants goes to jail minimum thirty days first offence, six months second offense, and one to three years third offense – no conviction eligible for probation – time sentenced must be time served
- Anyone transporting two or more illegal immigrants loses their vehicle through asset administrative forfeiture – no exceptions
- Additional deterrents as needed
Minimum tactics:
- All citizens applying for diver’s licenses first issued less than ten years ago, and or probable cause, must provide admissible "court proof" quality documentation of citizenship – no more DMV employees calling applicants' friends to verify citizenship
- Driver’s Licenses (or equivalent document/s) will be required to obtain following services: utilities, phone services, mail services, rent, lease or purchase living space, apply for credit card, open bank account, transfer money out of America, wire money out of America, pay property taxes, purchase or lease vehicle, purchase vehicle insurance, travel by bus, train, or plane, accept employment, purchase prescription drugs, apply for public services like social service products and goods, list can be refined later ...
