1) Some American Black and Hispanic group members are seeking reparations for discrimination by Anglo Americans. Reparation requests can be expanded to Anglo Americans for reparations from American Backs and Hispanics who have benefited from “Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity” policies.
As discrimination is discrimination and Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity policies are both based on discrimination; U.S. Constitution guaranteed due process rights will allow American Anglos to seek reparations for from individual Blacks and Hispanics who benefited from discrimination against Anglo Americans.
2) Terrorists and Contracts: non-signatories to contracts are not entitled to benefits of contracts – you sell your house and I had nothing to do with you, ownership of property, or sale of property – you are not obligated to share revenue proceeds with me. Signatories to Geneva Convention were and are nations; Islamic fascist terrorists groups not under control of some nation are not entitled to protections offered by Geneva Convention that is for those believing laws in theory should be consistent and not relative to special interest groups
Review historical treatment of: spies for intelligence; saboteurs destroying infrastructure; assassins killing military or political targets; or assassins killing civilians better known as terrorists working for specific nations caught out of uniform behind enemy lines. Now consider treatment liberals want to provide to ideological terrorists representing no nation.
3) Southern Border Issues:
- Despite what feds say, securing Southern Border with Mexico against terrorists no longer a priority issue or an issue at all – issues reducing drug smuggling, human trafficking, and slowing weapons smuggling into Mexico – only beneficiaries of these policies will be Mexican Marxist Revolutionary political and military forces; translation putting private sector smugglers out of business so Marxists and terrorists can generate funding revenues from smuggling to take over Mexico and have a new base of operations from which to threaten America. Doubt this observation, study similar tactics used in Colombia and who controls half of that country now.
- Border Solutions (expand): total asset forfeiture after 60 days for all illegals detained in America; non-illegal residents prohibited from wiring or transferring money out of U.S. (Fine to vendor providing services - seven times amount/s sent - no settlements with offending vendors); proof of citizenship to open any financial account, purchase property, pay property taxes, acquire any public license, certificate, or benefits; mandatory prison time for second conviciton of those hiring and or employing illegals including public agencies.
- Only one question needs answered: how many personnel needed to protect 2000 miles of Southern Border for eight hours? ----- ten border agents per mile equals 20,000
