Act I: Setting: Old Man’s Rises Off Stool In Middle of Stage and Steps Towards Audience
Old Man: Heavenly father, why must I choose between killing my son and letting America’s Republic die? Is not killing a son who does not threaten me, murder?
My only child, a boy that my first and only love traded her life for during child birth. My son the only living memory of my blessed Sonora. Why do I punish my self, I know my choice was made when I took one simple Heavenly oath to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign. It is not heaven’s fault that I took the oath before realizing that it did not come with exemptions or an expiration date.
Am I a more troubled American than Ben Franklin who disowned his son for supporting England’s King not life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness during America’s first war with England.?
One inalienable truth is America’s Founding Fathers planned for troubled days like those in contemporary times. Their inspirational solution last paragraph Article I Section 3 United States Constitution: Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment According to Law.
Have Americans forgotten that Constitutional limitations for federal government are limited to international security; domestic tranquility with due process from both civil and criminal courts and domestic law enforcement and regulators; and public institutions like interstate roads? Seems that not only have most politicians, bureaucrats and citizens forgotten Tenth Amendment to America’s Bill of Rights: The powers not delegated to the United States by Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States are reserved to the States respectively or to the people.
Federal government seems to have forgotten that individual public health and public education are left to States. Perhaps States will decide that personal health care should be left to individuals as many other issues should be left to individuals.
Constitutional justice requires last paragraph Article I Section 3 due process for all out of office President, Vice-President, Cabinet Members, Speaker of House, Senate Majority Leader, and all other politicians and bureaucrats if appropriate.
An example Texans will understand, General Sam Houston needed Mexico’s cruel evil tyrant Santa Anna alive to best serve security interests of Texas new republic. Constitutional integrity requires Leninist-Democrat Part tyrants and traitors alive so as to prove America’s Constitution can survive Baby Boomer type generations.
As for my son’s fate, President broke spirit of Constitutional due process by pardoning my son to make him immune from Constitutional due process. Even if every tyrant and traitor walking on American soil today experiences Constitutional due process, my son the architect of evil smothering America has immunity from all criminal and civil prosecutions.
My son created and defined implementation of the strategies that brought the current Administration to power. My son’s strategies also guided Leninist-Obama Liberal Democrat Administration in dismantling and almost destroying America’s mostly ethical capitalist nearly always constitutional republic.
Consistency of conservative patriotic principle requires upholding Heavenly oath to uphold, protect, and defend, from all enemies domestic and foreign no matter pain to my remaining shell of a soul. What were those lines in “71 Blues Waltz”?

America’s next uncivil war can be avoided if those on wrong side accept Constitutional due process justice; not likely they will; so conservatives should delay inevitable until conservatives are motivated enough to win.
In closing, something to think about until Marshall’s Law Townhall next writing exercise posting; sometimes Judeo-Christian principles require traveling on wrong side of road against traffic. Second closing thought, want to know how incompetent Leninst-Obama’s socialized medicine will affect you; consider competency levels of some local governments. Consider case of Rio Hondo Municipal City Hall a million dollar plus municipal complex Rio Hondo, Texas. The government building has no public water accessible to general public; no water fountain, no bottled water – none, nothing except city employee bottled water and bottled water out of machine for citizens’ money.
It was pointed out by city administrators that the employees’ bottled water is for city employees only. Seems that if a private citizen needed to take medication, and did not have money for vending machine water the citizen could lay down and die; obviously city’s administrative staff does not care as they have already soaked city tax payers to the point of bankruptcy. Next time you think how wonderful federal health care will be, hopefully you will remember attitude of City Hall employees in Rio Hondo, Texas.
