Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – America’s health care system has two options, conservative ethical capitalist adjustments or Obama’s Marxist Fascist policies which would turn America into world’s largest “concentration camp.” Another Marshall’s Law Townhall indisputable fact, health care is not a civil right; people who desire otherwise should amend U.S. Constitution and stop repeating bold faced lie.
People do not replace engines in their cars when all that is needed are tune-ups. Americans do not replace world’s greatest health care system with Obama’s third world health care system to prove they are not racists.
Conservative ethical capitalist adjustments include:
1. reduce federal, state, and local public funds in health care system;
2. reduce wasteful administrative expenses;
3. reduce fraud and corruption;
4. eliminate non-emergency services for illegals;
5. eliminate emergency services costs for non-emergency admissions;
6. eliminate excessive punitive civil judgments;
7. cap federal, state, local taxes for above six issues;
8. health care research costs and profits until research expenses fully compensated tax exempt;
9. continued fine tuning as needed.
Why previous initial changes:
1. public funds increases demand without increasing supplies increases costs of products and services;
2. public sector administrative costs estimated to be thirty to forty percent;
3. fraud and corruption estimated to exceed twenty percent;
4. thirty to forty million illegal immigrants in America seeking free health care will bankrupt America’s health care system;
5. tying up emergency room services for non-emergency care is waste of limited services;
6. socialism reduces quality of services and increases civil suits, also excessive punitive damages violate concept of no cruel punishments;
7. public taxes can never keep up with out of control public subsidies;
8. any system without progress and increased efficiency eventually collapses from within;
9. other management adjustments as required.
Americans are interested in cost effective efficient quality health care services, not third world nanny care by civil servants who are not capable of educating American children or maintaining America’s roads.
Contemporary examples of public sector socialist health care quality services in America: Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Administration, and services provided to Native Americans on their "reservations". If Conservative Republicans had any marketing savy, they would show Americans Obama's future health care sytem with audio and visual reports of America's existing health care services standard every day failures.
Side note about greatest health care threats from illegal immigrants:
Even if Americans had never heard word terrorism, they still need to close Southern Border to keep out illegals for public health reasons. Federal government’s failure to CONTROL and PUBLICLY DISCLOSE health threats to American citizens from diseases brought into America by illegal immigrants will be recorded by future historians as criminal negligent homicide.
Ironic justice is that the same liberal Democrats, Moderate Republicans, and bureaucrats that created this pending disaster will themselves not be immune from third world diseases brought into America.
Some diseases that are coming into America had been eradicated years ago, some have not been seen for 50 years or more, now same diseases are becoming commonplace. Not all the diseases listed come from Mexico - some of these diseases are common in the Philippines, Africa, Asia, Cambodia, and others. Malaria - eradicated in the 1940's - now has been found in New Jersey, NYC, Houston and also Malaria tainted blood has been found in the blood supply.
An associate quipped why should terrorists bring bio weapons into America, they have illegals doing their job for them. Health threats recently imported into America along America’s South Texas Border by illegals:

These diseases are being spread to American citizens; with elderly and young most like to be initial victims. How many of these and other third world diseases on “radar” for initial illness diagnosis’s?
Health care issue irony, Liberal Democrats, Obama’s Administration, Obama’s zombie followers, main stream news media, and Moderate Republicans have become the evils they accused conservatives of being. Three examples: one, reducing and gradually eliminating health care for older Americans, people with chronic diseases, and children with disabilities; makes old liberal accusers some of lowest forms of life too ever take up space on planet earth.
Two, Obama’s words “give them a pill” sounds like one step from euthanasia, and three government counseling with suggests that suicide is patriotic when it saves tax payers money which could be used to increase employment benefits for public civil servants.
Any American unwilling to sacrifice their time, resources and honor to prevent Marxist Fascists masquerading as liberal Democrats from murdering their parents, children, friends, and neighbors; if I thought it would make any difference, I would use crayons to finish this writing exercise.
