Press Release: Three Words Can Save America

Dateline Marshall’s Law Townhall – Three words which can save America are “during good Behavior”. Marshall’s Law Townhall author, Texas Drifter, is getting tired of hearing conservatives whine about lying, sexist, racist, anti-American, international law at expense of Constitution, discrimination benefiting, Marxist, Democrat activist judges getting life time appointments to Supreme Court.

Conservatives should practice what they speak and reread America’s Constitution. Start with following words found in Article III Section 1: The Judges, both of superior and inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good Behavior, and …. Now move to Section 2 of Article III: the Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment; shall be by Jury; and ….

Section 3 of Article III describes worst of not “good Behavior”: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Above describes standards to keep judgeship, process of removing, and worst of not “good behavior”. It is only a matter of time before any morally bankrupt Federal Judge engages in “not” good behavior” and can be removed from office. It is also possible that should crime for removal from office be treason, that federal judge could be subject to public execution.

Possible scenario, Federal Judge disregards Constitution and bases decision for ruling on international law; suppose that ruling provided Aid and Comfort to American enemies in time of war on terrorism. Where are written words in U.S. Constitution that protects the offending Judge with a life time appointment from impeachment, being tried for treason, and being subjected to Constitutional due process punishment?

Explaining not complaining, it is a darn sad state of affairs in America, when a tired, worn out, broken down old farmer’s son turned Texas drifter has to explain obvious Constitutional messages to American voters.
