When Does Constitutional Oath End?
For those whose actions and reactions are limited by oaths to uphold, protect and defend their Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign; a question that should interest all of them, is when does Constitution cease to exist and become a name only document?
First criteria includes, defining Constitution’s place among other American cultural targets. 1) America’s First Tradition, 2) Capitalism Not Defective, 3) Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence 4) U.S. Constitution, 5) Bill of Rights, 6) Middle Class Values – President Jackson’s “equal opportunity without privilege”, 7) Parental educational standards, 8) American Legal traditions changed by legislation not activist courts.9) National security, and 10) international economic independence.
Some members of America last crowd engaging in cultural genocide against America’s security, traditions, values, and culture include but are not limited too: socialists, public subsidy addicts, bureaucrats distributing public subsidy addict products and services, anti-conservative aristocrats, some minority group racists, new fascists groups like Greenists, internationalists, hordes of illegal immigrants called barbarians in old days, international smuggler bandits, imperialist nations, and perhaps one of most offensive, socialist propaganda news media, anti American entertainment industry, and insignificant court jesters.
Bush II wandering from his campaign promises has introduced nationalist-fascism into America’s banking, insurance, mortgage, and financial institutions. The true horror confronting America will be consequences of President Obama abandoning his election campaign promises.
Obama has intentions of increasing following taxes: income, capital gains, inheritance, and many other taxes. Popular idea for estimated fifty percent of Americans not paying taxes, the shocker will be “pay check” taxes which are only recognized by payroll deductions. America’s public subsidy addicts will not complain, though working classing citizens will be in for a shock.
Other surprises that may anger America’s working classes by Obama will probably include: feds transfer alphabet retirement (IRA) accounts into government accounts. Results can be more taxes paid when government releases one time retirement balances to retiring citizens.
Obama will probably use federal judges his administration appoints to reduce or eliminate Bill of Rights guarantees for gun ownership, free speech, establishing non-secular religion to establish communist values for Greenism, turning schools pre-kindergarten through universities into amoral prophets, establishing America’s medical services into third world medical providers, destroying America’s culture by providing citizenship to some thirty to forty million illegal immigrants, legitimizing ethnic discrimination against American Anglo citizens, making America a serf to United Nations by forcing America to pay taxes to United Nations to serve third world poor, and weakening America’s national security by basing foreign policy on blind trust not trust but verify.
Many more potential Obama nightmare examples could be included. You can add your own. Future historians will no doubt record that most underestimated strategy in all human history was unexpect6ed changes in America after million of patriots were relieved by their oath to Constitution when Constitution ceased to exist. Only question for you the reader, what are standards defining without a doubt that America’s Constitution ceases to exist?

Capitalism Is Not Defective
America’s current economic problems are not due too defective capitalism, rather unethical capitalism a product of human greed and vanity. Repetition often makes a good teaching tool.
The flaws of capitalism rationalized by Bush II, Bush II Administration, Texas Senators, most all Democrats, and Former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan can be referenced in Ten Commandments basic teachings like thou shall not steal.
Reality offers two economic systems, also called economies. First system is called capitalism where labors, services, resources, or products are voluntarily traded for monetary units or credits based on exchange rates determined by supply and demand.
Second system is based on stealing; and represented by five primary systems including:
1) Unethical Capitalism: not providing represented labors, services, resources or products for fraudulent profits.
2 Socialism: all property and means of production are owned by government. Policies offered by Liberal Democrats.
3) Fascism: property and means of production are owned by citizens, but are so regulated by government, that eventually there is little difference between socialism and fascism.
4) Contemporary policies offered by environmentalists advocating Greenism to solve fabricated propaganda problems like global warming.
5) Common law crimes like fraud, theft, and other crimes.
Back to this writing exercise theme, unethical capitalism includes internationalist policies based on greed which destroy America’s domestic manufacturing base for cheap foreign labor driven profits.
Unethical capitalism includes domestic businesses supporting porous southern border, and threatening national security for collateral retail profits from drug trafficking, all types of border smuggling, cheap illegal wages, foreign criminal investments, and profits from related social problems.
More examples of unethical capitalism includes companies engaging in fraud by misrepresenting service or product quality or tampering with standard accounting practices. Another example, companies controlling exchange rates by manipulating supply and or demand with monopolistic practices. Why, to destroy ethical capitalist markets dependent on trust based volunteer trade.
Most contemporary unethical capitalism includes mortgage brokers financing homes with “bad” notes; and repackaging notes for financial institutions wanting to use the notes to show federal government they are loaning money to adequate numbers of minority members before repacking notes and reselling them again.
As for definition of ethical capitalism, if words honesty, integrity, reliability, openness, candor, frankness, truthfulness, trustworthiness, are not part of your vocabulary; then probably no amount of re-arranged words in I could add to this writing exercise would explain intended message.
Americans in particular and America in general will continue to have economy problems based on greed, vanity, and lack of integrity; until Americans start electing citizens of spiritually based honor who do not leave their principles within walls of church or religious building.

WANTED POSTER
Wanted: facts for federal prosecution of recently organized Democrat Party and Republican Party criminal mafia type organization.
Criminal theory, constitutional law due process principle does not include government conspiracy, government fraud, or government extortion.
Conspiracy included not regulating consumer and commercial credit standards allowing credit related industries to self bankrupt too allow Democrats to easer win 2008 Presidential Election.
Fraud included legislating hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars of special revenues to reimburse only consumer losers, and only many commercial managers of financial losses.
Extortion included government ordering non-financially threatened companies to sell portion or their company assets at non-negotiable price to government.
Targets of criminal prosecution include Democrat Party leadership including Obama; and Bush II Republican Administration, Cabinet members, and other appointed members.
Note as these crimes were an attempt to cheat American voters out of fair Presidential election, and also threatened national security, some convictions should result in capital sentences.
Americans not having the courage to demand truth and justice for above crimes; do not deserve to benefit from blessings of Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic.

Silent Patriot Words For Elections
All Writ Out
Those familiar with my writing exercises are familiar with my occasional “all writ out" notes. Some advantages of evolving from farmer’s son to hired gun, to part time senile licensed “Spy As a Verb” instructor, and full time Texas drifter should be noted another time.
Following silent patriot words offer ideas for you to consider while remembering the Judgment day is personal as one is judged by what they do, not by what family, friends, neighbors, or compatriots do.
The Ten Commandments are not a living document allowing for interpretations or convenient changes. Example the command is honor thy father and mother, it does not say honor thy father and mother as long as doing so does not interfere with one’s pop culture life style.
An associate asked why I describe re-arranging words as writing exercises. Answer is not that complicated, when one compares my silent words to standards set by America's Founding Fathers.
Three of almost unlimited though mostly forgotten examples of words by patriots:
1) Patrick Henry: Should I keep back my opinions at this time through fear of giving offence, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country and of an act of disloyalty towards the majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.
It is natural for man to indulge in illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst and provide for it.
Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased with the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, I know not what course others will take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death.
2) George Bancroft: Darkness closed upon the country, but it was no night for sleep. With one impulse the colonies sprung to arms; with one spirit they pledged themselves to each other "to be ready for the extreme event." With one heart the continent cried "Liberty or Death".
3) George Washington Doane: The men, to make a State, must be intelligent men. The right of suffrage is a fearful thing. It calls for wisdom, and discretion, and intelligence, of no ordinary standard. It takes in at every exercise, the interests of all the nation. Its results reach forward through time to eternity. The men, to make a State, must be honest. I mean men that consider always what is right, and do it at whatever cost. I mean men whom no king on earth can buy. Men that are in the market for highest bidder; men that make politics their trade, and look to office for a living; these are not the men to make a state. The men, to make a State, must be brave men. I mean men that dare to stand alone. I mean the men that are to-day where they were yesterday, and will be there tomorrow. I mean men that can stand and take the storm. The men to make a State must be religious men. I speak of men who have it in their heart as well as on their brow. The men that own no future, the men that trample on the Bible, the men that never pray, are not the men to make a state. The men to make a State are made by faith. A man that has no faith has no past for reverence; no future for reliance. The men to make a State are themselves made by obedience. Obedience is but self government in action; one he can never govern men who do not first govern himself.

Someone once said, those who ignore history are condemned to repeat history. America is not immune from the lessons of history. Contemporary Americans who ignore silent words by American patriots will never learn what mistakes to avoid or how to perpetuate their constitutional republic. George Washington might have suggested that politically correct patriotism like pretender patriotism are both dangerous frauds. Not identifying some well known contemporary conservatives, all their optimism combined all the optimism in the universe will not change inevitable reality. America as established by its Founding Fathers will eventually cease to exist or die. A more realistic appropriate goal is to delay the evitable.
American patriots, like all other American writers can never become great authors. Great writers only get published in the Bible; to presume or proclaim self appointed greatness is vain blasphemy. The goal of American patriotic writers is to inspire and teach contemporary and future patriots.
Perhaps my next writing exercise should review ethical consequences of voting in any election for internationalist, counterfeit conservative, counter American revolutionary, politically correct patriots. Then again, what were Bancroft's words: Darkness closed upon the country, but it was no night for sleep.
Ultimate question is not “if” but “when” America’s constitutional republic ceases to exist or die. Only children and immature adults believe that America’s constitutional republic will last forever. The question that should concern patriots, is will America’s constitutional republic end before its time? Those responsible for America’s constitutional republic premature time can be left for another writing exercise.
History predicts that America’s constitutional republic will be followed by some type of empire. Three possible options include following brutal anarchy, Americans unlike Europeans will not easily succumb to tyranny like Europeans did with Hitler’s Nazism.
Back to America’s future history options: 1) liberal Democratic Marxist-fascist Greenism serving power brokers, public subsidy addicts, many public employees, and illegal immigrants; 2) internationalist moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives trying to partner up with option one; and 3) still members to be determined constitutional empire.
Consider the following silent words by James Russell Lowell, “If the politicians must look after the parties, there should be someone to look after the politicians; somebody to ask disagreeable questions and to utter uncomfortable truths; someone to make sure, if possible before the election, not only what but whom the candidate is going to represent.” Only remaining answer is will you step up to the line?
