Exceptions To The Worst
The harassment continues, foods stamp update; The Texas Department of Human Resources has found another way to as is said in Texas, mess with my benefits.
Public sector’s service process has evolved from messing with benefits eligibility to changing benefits issue dates. The changes were as follows, eligibility dates from fifteenth of month to first of month back to fifteenth of month without prior notices of changes.
A little background, I have been paying taxes for about forty years without receiving a single penny in government benefits. Last August after unexpected health problems I needed temporary public assistance to get back as ranch hands say on the trail.
Overall comparisons of the Rio Grande Valley which I intend to leave as soon as possible for again gainful employment on a wildlife ranch.
Comparisons are as follows: first, average worst examples (one through five are documented in earlier Citizens Passions archives: Rio Grande Valley’s majority population which represents highest density of America last crowd in America; Moderate internationalist Republicans; Socialist Democrats; Texas Board of Private Investigators and Security Agents; Texas Concealed Carry Commission; Texas Department of Transportation using tax payer dollars to build and promote Texas Trans Terrorist Corridor; Texas Department of Human Resources see examples list in this writing exercise; Texas Child protective services; and Most public especially college level educators who are generally teaching that Marxist socialism produces virtuous political systems.
Final addition to worst list is Rio Grande Valley electronic news media. These businesses are promoting Marxist socialism, fascist socialism, and promoting porous borders which are responsible for illegal immigrants murdering, sexually torturing, kidnapping, robbing, crippling and killing in traffic accidents thousands of Hispanic American citizens. Why for greed from advertising revenues from collateral retail profits from porous border related criminal activities.
Moving on to Rio Grande Valley exceptions to Rio Grande Valley’s partial worst list as there is doubtfully enough time left to include an entire “worst’ list.
The best exceptions to worst list are as follows, not cited in ascending to descending order: Constable Cameron County Precinct 4; Justice of Peace Cameron County precinct 4; Multi-Service Center Rio Hondo; Cameron County Sheriff’s Office; Cameron County State Senator; Texas Department of Public Safety; U.S. Border Patrol; U.S. Homeland Security; and assorted friends.
People who know me, know that I am not inclined be generous with my compliments; those included on “best” list are there because of integrity and devotion to professional standards.
How agencies like Texas Department of Human Resources abuse their citizen clients:
1. allowing special clients to “cut in line” forcing some early arrivals to wait for hours;
2. not taking telephone calls;
3. putting some clients on hold “forever” until they get tired of waiting and hang up;
4. not responding to voice mail messages;
5. misfiling applications or losing applications;
6. denying, delaying, or canceling services due to “clerical errors";
7. randomly changing benefit issue dates without informing clients of changes;
8. transferring client complaints to voice mails and never responding;
9. tolerating extortion of clients by individuals taking a percentage of client’s benefits for rides to office or helping fill out applications; and
10. poorly serving American citizens while trying to increase agency career opportunities with larger agency budgets to serve illegal immigrants.
The list could have been added too, but the point was made, and sometimes it is better to let people learn through their own experiences as it makes them stronger.
Closing suggestion for those encountering problems with any public agency: explain problem to case worker one time; explain problem to case worker’s supervisor one time; then if problem is not resolved, get your state senator or legislator involved.
I think you will find that these elected officials know they are working for voters not bureaucrats. Also if you get lucky like I did and have a state official who takes pride in serving their community; you will finally receive the due process you are seeking and that is all anyone should expect from government.
