Who Can But Will Not

Results of porous southern border with Mexico includes: suicide of America’s culture and republic; existing thirty plus percent crime rate on American soil by illegals increases; national security threats to America; and eventual public health pandemic in America.
Back to basics of geo-regional asset transfers:
1. Assets income flow – work, investments, gifts, inheritances, public subsidies, barter, and criminal activities;
2. Assets outgo flow – cash, checks, debit cards, wire transfers, credit, barter, and criminal activities;
3. Measuring assets income and outgo – sales taxes, property taxes, income taxes, financial deposits, criminal asset seizures and other to be defined methods.
It is not that criminal asset transfers cannot be tracked, curtailed or reduced to a minimum in this “computer age;” rather no desire or will power on the part of political leaders who have been leased or bought by beneficiaries of criminal profits including collateral profits by retailers and or financial institutions.
An excellent “self contained” geo-regional area to start controlling criminal asset transfers is the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. This area thrives on an open border economy with Mexico and is vehemently opposing America’s national security southern border fence.
Why, the fence will impact benefits to the area from continued drug trafficking, smuggling illegal immigrants, cheap illegal labor, collateral profits and investments from crime related industries; not counting government bureaucracies financial interests in tax subsides for illegal immigrants’ education, social, and health programs.
Want to solve future threats to America from a southern porous border with Mexico, start by enacting the following "Presidential executive orders" in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas. Then improve as needed while working along border through: Laredo, Del Rio, through other border states until finishing objectives in California.
1. reduce smuggling trafficking opportunity areas by physically closing the border, people supporting a virtual defense system should replace the locks on their homes and businesses with virtual locks;
2. owners of businesses that employ illegal immigrants get one pass then go to prison without probation, and their businesses are assessed income tax fees for illegal savings between illegal wages and legal wages;
3. no one wires any funds out of the United States without two valid identification cards or proof of legal residency, any business that does so will be subjected to an administrative fine seven times amount sent out of country (America does not need a national ID card as sufficient different forms of identification already exist);
4. total assets forfeitures of all those illegally in U.S. after one time sixty day grace period to take illegally gained assets and leave America;
5. documentation of legal residency for any of following; post office address, driver’s license, vehicle license plate, vehicle insurance, opening any financial account; buying any real estate, purchasing any vehicle, obtaining utilities, or renting any house or apartment (list can be expanded as necessary), and paying property taxes;
6. asset forfeiture of offending assets used to provide aid or transportation to illegal immigrants (example, get caught transporting illegal/s lose the car not your house), and proceeds from sales of seized property divided among agencies involved in seizure;
7. require proof of legal residency for those receiving public subsidies, tax refunds, tax refunds for not paying taxes like earned income credits, and Social Security or S.S.I. benefits;
8. civil liability for those providing aid to illegal immigrants – example, you sell an illegal a vehicle that is involved in an accident or DUI incident, you become the “deep pockets” that pays damages, or you employ an illegal who needs medical services you being the illegal immigrant’s “adopted” sponsor are liable for all medical expenses;
9. adopted sponsor’s criminal liability for illegal immigrant’s criminal behavior – you employ an illegal immigrant and he uses the illegal wages to buy a gun and rob a store, the employer is an accessory to the crime;
10. other policies added as needed. A brief review of solutions eight and nine, questions from a person who is not an attorney. First question, does not giving car keys to an intoxicated person who injures or kills another person in a DUI accident make the person providing the keys responsible for contributory negligence in civil litigation?
Second question does not voluntarily giving money to a person during commission of a crime to buy a gun for another crime make the one providing the money guilty of a crime?
Employer hires an illegal immigrant who uses the illegal wages to buy car and beer that result in a DUI accident that murders innocent citizens, is not the employer guilty of both civil contributory negligence and also an accessory to negligent homicide?
Bottom line, providing aid or comfort to one engaged in criminal activity makes on both civilly and criminally liable for actions of the person engaged in criminal activity.
Illegal immigrants are by definition engaged in criminal activity. Want to dry up the jobs market for illegal immigrants, turn trial lawyers loose on those providing, employment, transportation, or aid to illegal immigrants.
Justice for American citizens should keep trial lawyers busy for a while, since thirty million plus illegal immigrants on American soil represent ten percent of America’s population and commit thirty though closer to forty percent of crimes in America.
Now you have an answer to a question I did not even ask; how to get trial lawyers stand in lines to become Republicans.
I am going to save the porous border supporters who are willing to trade America’s security, domestic safety, and public health for greed from further embarrassment by calling conservatives racists. Security is least prejudicial of all industries; security is about protection from all criminals not only criminals of specific ethnic groups.
Traditional conservative patriotic honest capitalists who can but will not protect their families and constitutional republic from Democratic socialists, unethical capitalists internationalist Republican money lenders, illegal immigrants, terrorists, or imperialist nations are responsible for horrors happening to both their loved ones and country.

End To Beginning

Keep in mind that Citizens Passions is a backwards ideas autobiography from the end to the beginning. Latest on American governments attempts to keep me destitute and crippled.
The goal of all socialist help programs is to keep people poor and sick. Imagine a system that strives to put as many of its citizens an it can on life support systems.
Sound strange, due to not planned circumstances I had to turn to the socialist part of America’s health care system. The government offered to only supply sixty percent of the prescription medicines I need for a complete recovery.
Brutal truth is that goals of America’s socialist health care programs are not that I or any other citizen fully recover only that we survive well enough to become government subsidy addicts.
Giving you an idea of how government thinks, I was prescribed five medications. Bureaucrats response, we will only provide three; do you want the there most effective which also happen to be the most expensive or the three which are least effective and are least expensive.
I will admit that I am not the most intelligent person many people will meet, but I will let you figure out my choice. Also, your author knew that it was only a matter of time before the government retaliated against me after my problems with the local food stamp office (review this blog archives).
Guess what they did, terminated my eligibility for my medications. Luckily I was able to buy time which is where I am now by planning ahead and squirreling away my dosages (self reduction of the sixty percent). Eventually the government will offer some pro socialist health care lie about their actions.
A warning to all American citizens, supporting any government health care program, advocated by any socialist Democrat or counterfeit conservative compassionate Republican, is equivalent to putting your future health care in hands of bureaucrats not even capable of keeping pot holes repaired.
The difference between myself and other conservatives, actually I am a preservative; why I tolerate conservatives can be referenced in Citizen Passions archives. Back to partial explanation, I have gone out of my way using undercover skills learned by experience and taught in my class Spying As A Verb: Art and Ethics of Surveillance to learn from personal observations abuses and political policies of Clinton/Obama socialists and Bush type special interest moneylenders.
The conservatives I ally myself with fall into three groups: principled traditional patriotic honest capitalists; citizens turned conservatives due to being victimized by socialist Democrats and America last internationalist Republicans; and third people who can make money pretending to be conservatives while pandering to money lenders and populists.
