Beyond Redemption Update

News to what I have started calling my food stamp conflict. Texas state agency informed me that it could not re-issue benefits I was entitled too unless local office submitted updated information to my file.
I contacted or tried to contact Texas State Senator but had to leave message that local food stamp office did not mind misleading him, and local office had not and apparently had no desire to reinstate benefits I was entitled too by law.
The frustrating issue is that time required to resolve the problem would take as long as transmitting one e-mail. As one associate said, “welcome to the politics of race”.
One the bright side, America’s middle class now knows that there is some truth in the expression: only difference between being on welfare and being government human services worker is that bureaucrats have to watch afternoon television at the office instead of at home.
Another subject, there will never be justice for crimes committed against American citizens not living along Texas-Mexican border by citizens living along Texas-Mexican border.
Interfering with police officers doing their jobs, somebody gets hurt because of the interference; the person engaged in the interference has committed a crime.
Private citizens or public officials interfering with America’s federal government trying to build border security fences to protect Americans from crimes by illegal immigrants or terrorists are also guilty of a crime.
If an illegal immigrant or terrorist crosses into America at the area of interference by a private citizen or public official; if any American citizen is injured by that illegal immigrant or terrorist that private citizen or public official if convicted of interfering is guilty of being an accessory to a crime, even if they are a county judge, mayor, or president of a college.
Translation: American citizens not living along the Texas-Mexican border can never expect justice for crimes against them by accessories to crimes living along the Texas-Mexican border.
Example, citizens not living along Texas-Mexican border who have family members murdered, raped, robbed, or killed or injured by drunk drivers who are illegal immigrants, can never expect justice from those who facilitated illegal immigrants being in America by supporting porous borders by opposing border security fence.
Now you know why I am in process of leaving my home town area, who wants to live in a community where justice is based on greed, ignorance, racism or all three. Even Billy of “Billy’s Mark” left my home town area for a better future history.

Beyond Redemption Part II

Somebody once said all politics is local, I would like to expand that adage with “all local politics is personal”. Future “Country Club” Republicans and Socialist Democrats could someday learn that abandoning America’s middle class for public subsidy addicts was a greed based strategy with consequences.
Explaining not complaining, what happened to me in one part of Texas is something that could eventually affect middle class citizens across America. For purposes of this writing exercise, I will define middle class as attitudes not financial standards which are relative and can be affected by inflation.
Recent events in my home town area included:
1. My mother possibly killed because of misdiagnosed prescription. I did not file civil suit, because I did not want my dying father to think that his wife of sixty-two years was killed by incompetent fools.
2. My father’s death certificate was held hostage for two plus months by local hospital until a one day’s hospital bill was paid. Ever try to settle a loved one’s affairs without a death certificate?
3. Texas Concealed Carry Permit Commission stole my CCP renewal fee and refused to renew license. Same agency hides from Texas citizens by not having a direct telephone number to agency.
4. Local community health clinic set up to serve “poor”; to paraphrase told me illegal immigrants welcome, old white guys without cash or insurance can go die somewhere else.
Side note: all or most middle class citizens because of circumstances beyond their control end up financially embarrassed at least once in their lives. I my case I was not trying to become a public subsidy addict, only buy time to start over. Again, explaining not complaining. In my case, clinic’s decision almost cost me my life and caused me to have a stroke that scrambled my brain – anyway, my problem not yours.
5. My hometown administration refused to consider my application for a part time job requiring a high school equivalency diploma because I am a white man.
6. My hometown school district administration refused to hire me for a part time job requiring a high school diploma because I am a white male.
7. Local public housing authority refused me a vacant apartment to temporarily live; you guessed it because I am older white male.
8. Local food stamp office Texas Department Human Resources San Benito, Texas made “administrative decision to terminate my benefits during eligibility period because of clerical error made by agency”.
Side note: more likely reason is because I am an Anglo. Some examples:
a. Anglos who arrive first at office are interviewed after later arriving Hispanics are interviewed;
b. Anglos who call to complain are put “on hold” until they lose interest and do not call back;
c. Most likely reason, I was denied benefits –in this part of Texas, there are loosely knit extortionists known as “Welfare Mafia” who gets percentage of benefits for rides to welfare office or helping fill out welfare applications.
Since my stroke, I cannot drive. I was approached by about one half dozen different people in a couple of weeks time offering to provide me a ride or fill out my papers for twenty-five percent of my benefits.
Not being sympathetic to extortionists my usual response to paraphrase was “you can go have sex with yourself or your family, I really do not care.” Back to list:
9. To give you an idea how blanked up this part of Texas is, I decided to contact an area State Representative or State Senator for help in getting my food stamps reinstated. My current cash income is thirty five dollars a week for part time work during good weather. My rent is one hundred dollars a month and utilities come in twenty to thirty dollars a month. My temporary food stamps mean the difference between eating once a day and once every three days. My problem not yours.
Back to this undercover report. I contacted two Cameron County offices and one State Office, Texas Workforce Commission, and was told by all thee that they did not know names of local Representative or Senator and could not give me their phone numbers.
Finally contacted State Senator’s office for expedient promises without results; what surprise, a Democratic State Senator who was all blow and no show.
10. Friends dragged me back to local health clinic for serious spider bite. Clinic did prescribe medicine, but told me to contact pharmacist or read instructions with medicine for dosage amounts.
11. County property taxes are increasing to point of property owners losing property to provide higher living standards for illegal immigrants.
12. Cameron County Judge, county’s largest city mayor, county’s oldest college, most county politicians, business men, and community leaders are trading national security for greed, ignorance, and racism by interfering with efforts to build border fence. Justice would mandate if any American citizen is injured due to efforts of these America last policies that those responsible be held civilly liable.
13. Most local churches are like the Presbyterian Church my parents attended and contributed too for decades. My mother’s pastor refused to administer graveside services unless he got a one hundred dollar gratuity in advance. My father’s pastor refused to visit him at the nursing home because he was late on donations to church.
14. Good percentage of people walking around my hometown area are coke monkeys.
15. Not going to review unethical capitalist scams, abuses or crimes in my hometown area as I am about all writ out.
Do not want to leave the impression that there are no good people in my home town area.; there are and if it had not been for them I would have been dead moths ago.
I also want to stress that it is only because of Cameron County Sheriff’s Office, Constable’s Office Precinct 4, Justice of Peace Precinct 4, and R.H. Multi-Service Center that this old farmer’s son classified as destitute and crippled by county bureaucrats is still around to complete this writing exercise. All of these four agencies are run by American Hispanics proving again that there are two kinds of people good and other.
Closing thoughts, if any realist on this planet knows that life is not fair, it is me. I will not co-operate with any investigation into claims made in this writing exercise. Why give politicians an opportunity to engage in damage control at expense of truth?
It is my sincerest wish that Americans elect a Presidential candidate that leads the American people into a better future than the one I experienced in my home town area. Not optimism, only the realism that bad times are Heaven’s preparation or test of faith not punishment.
Post Script: As a Texas licensed surveillance instructor, as well as someone who has worked long term assignments undercover, I can admit that what started out as bad life experiences evolved to gather information for writing exercises did get out of control. Anyway, all I have done is report existing conditions in one part of Texas.
I have few doubts that what happened to me is probably going on in other parts of America. Since local politics can become personal and affect national politics America’s future history may not, I will just let you predict the ending.

Beyond Redemption Part I

Decades of field not desk pilot experiences in the intelligence, investigation, and security industries have taught me that there are three attitudes toward life: optimist, pessimist, and realist.
Optimists see a glass that is half full. Pessimists see a glass that is half empty, and I as a realist do not even see any glass.
Sometimes, all the wishing, hoping and praying will prevent a person standing in front of an on coming train from injury or death.
Colonel Travis of Alamo fame knew reinforcements were not coming, and was a realist when he drew a line in the dirt and asked for volunteers to step up to the line and buy the Republic of Texas time with their lives.
Noah was a realist when he built his Ark and left his neighbors behind to suffer Heaven’s judgment. More about this type of realism in Beyond Redemption Part II (Continue Plus 26); remember both writing exercises are about explaining not complaining.
There are four primary types of addiction suffocating contemporary America: drugs, public subsidies, entertainment, and consumer credit.
Drugs include: caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, psychedelics, heroin, and prescription drugs.
Considering public policies towards other addictions, the following seems consistent: decriminalize all drugs and give all citizens drug stamps so they can get as high as they want when they want.
Consider Americans additions to public subsidies imagine a socialist society where citizens are given the following: cash , tax refunds for not paying taxes, free housing, rent subsidies, mortgage subsidies, utilities, food, medical care, education, and almost endless other freebies.
Your author must apologize, America already does that.
How about a country that gives private sector companies: income tax breaks. property tax breaks, sales tax breaks, cash subsidies, civil exemption from incompetent and negligent services, exemption from defective products, exemption from corrupt contract arrangements, exemption from war profiteering, and special contracts based on race or gender.
Your author must apologize again, America already does that too. President Jackson advocated equal opportunity without privilege. Citizens including businessmen addicted to public subsidies will always vote based on greed not for the best interest of America’s Constitutional Republic.
Maybe the time is approaching in America to not allow those addicted to public subsidies to vote. After all, drug addicts are not allowed to drive a vehicle. So why are public subsidy addicts be allowed to vote?
As far as entertainment welfare, ever heard of PBS? Not a stretch to give all Americans sporting and exercise equipment. Why not go all the way and give everyone free televisions, radios, computers, internet services, internet pornography and free tickets to the entertainment activity of their choice?
America’s fourth addiction is consumer credit. Consider America’s President, Senate, and Congresses’ race to provide mortgage subsidies and send out cash to citizens to expand citizens’ credit ceiling.
Governments have the ability to easier survive debt, as they have the ability to devalue their currency, create inflation with bureaucratic regulation, or simply print more money.
Societies building economies on consumer debt will eventually collapse. Citizens can only delay the inevitable by turning to money lenders, unethical capitalist, credit cards, and payday loans.
Both Democrats and Republican Leadership have become America’s leading dealers of addictions. Democrats have abandoned America’s middle class by reaching out to illegal immigrants to trade votes for welfare benefits.
Republican leaders have abandoned America’s middle class and national security with loyalty to aristocrats, corporate feudalists, unethical capitalists, internationalists, and foreign governments.
Republicans will be most remembered for destroying America’s national security by deals with foreign governments which destroyed America’s domestic manufacturing base.
My final question for this writing exercise must be preceded with a few definitions of political views.
Definitions as follows:
1. Preservative – to keep safe from injury, harm, or destruction – example oath to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution.
2. Conservative – political view based on tradition or social stability – example the King of England was a conservative during America’s War for Independence.
3. Liberal – life style bound by no moral restraint – example sociopaths, Democrats, drug addicts, sex addicts (child molesters), socialists, Marxists, Nazis, and Islamic Fascists.
4. Populists – political views based on popularity contests, polls, or unconstitutional mob rule – examples 2008 all Presidential Candidates except one (you the reader can figure out the right answer).
The above four political views can all be described with one of two adjectives:
1. Pragmatist – basing decisions on effectiveness or actions not emotions or lies called propaganda.
2. Idealist – basing decisions solely on ideas not effectiveness.
Note: pragmatist when used as a noun not an adjective describes amoral people who generally have personalities of children going through their “terrible twos”.
Being honest, I consider my self to be a pragmatic preservative, like American Patriots who refused to sign off on the Constitution until the Bill of Rights were included.
Being pragmatic used an adjective, I would have no problem becoming an ally of contemporary American Conservatives if they would simply add loyalty to oath to uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign including counterfeit conservatives.
Final question were not the principles of America’s Founding Fathers life, liberty, and property; not life, promiscuity and public subsidy addiction?
Final thought, Beyond Redemption Part II could happen to you.
