Good News: Laws Do Matter
Subject: Non-partisan apolitical response to lack of respect for laws in America. Laws prescribe conduct enforced by a controlling authority. There are five types of laws:
1) Spiritual, Ten Commandments are Heaven’s rules of conduct for citizens; while Bill of Rights is Heaven’s rules of conduct for American governments.
2) Nature’s physical and social laws
3) Constitutional laws define processes to protect inalienable rights, consider these thoughts expressed by George Washington at his farewell address:
The basis of our political system is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacred obligation upon all.
It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world. There can be no greater error than to calculate upon real favors from nation to nation. It is an illusion, which experience must cure, which a just pride ought to discard.
What Washington omitted was freedom has to be earned and defended to keep. Liberty can never be a gift. The right and best policy is managing or eliminating tyrants that threaten America while serving as a role model for other nations.
4) Criminal laws based on Ten Commandments and common law.
5) Civil law built on contracts, brief review of contracts: first an offer, then acceptance, followed by consideration. Contracts can range from promises, constitutions, international treaties, and oaths.
First simple rule of contracts: non-participants in any contract are not entitled to benefits of that contract. America’s Constitution defines privileges for born or naturalized American citizens. Courtesy extensions include those legally on American soil and exemptions for foreign diplomats, all others are illegal entries and have to leave. Justice for legal immigrants demands no less.
Those dreaming up the concept of enemy combatants, probably over educated under experienced desk pilots. Terrorists are entitled only to rights granted to spies and saboteurs caught on the wrong side in war zones, none. Spies are inclined to kill themselves before being captured.
The primary component of any contract is mutual understanding of terms through oral or written language.
Best contract language is concise. Example, inter means among equals and between equals. Intra means within single units. Consider the terms international which means among equal nations, while intra-national refers to unique conditions within each separate nation.
Some of these distinctions include: national sovereignty, border security, domestic manufacturing base, domestic defense, self sufficient economy, domestic political system, and cultural traditions
Taking a step backwards might explain how citizens reached this point in time. Political systems governing authorities have evolved in the following manner: clans-tribes, villages-city states, empires, nations, and ruling committees.
America’s types of ruling committees: internationalists and intra-nationalist voters. Internationalists can be moneylenders, unethical capitalists with screw employees and loot the consumer’s attitude, war profiteers, socialists, public subsidy addicts, or religious theocrats.
American intra-nationalists tend to be citizens of integrity and principle, opposed to amoral American internationalists who worship greed driven principal.
One should not be surprised that a nation with intra-nationalists traditions including: Judeo-Christian teachers, pioneers, revolutionaries, farmers and ranchers, slavery enders, industrialists, technology creators, history’s most successful military, and saving the world from Fascists and Marxists would eventually tire of internationalists’ abuses, corruption, and America last policies.
Intra-nationalists talking points:
1) Mexico’s national sovereignty ends where America’s border begins.
2) In the intelligence business the obvious is diversion. The reason terrorists have not attacked America since 911 is not because they are not on American soil, more like they have been doing something else. People who have read my words know that it may already be too late as foreign terrorists using smuggling trade routes, have probably already established a covert infra-structure on American soil. Why, create spontaneous anarchy using “street weapons” in simultaneous and non-simultaneous attacks. Future historians will record that not enforcing immigration law out of greed was America’s Achilles heel.
3) United States national security priorities include: adopt reasonable certainty doctrine; never forget the final test for nation building is what happens when occupying forces leave; secure national borders and police premises by deporting illegal entries; rebuild America’s domestic manufacturing base with National Security Jobs Act.
Remember, even the world’s most qualified military personnel with the best training and best equipment are only as good as their commander and chief. Citizens who place their faith in or unethical military leaders are ignoring history and can expect their loved ones to suffer fates similar to brave troops under Custer’s command.
Sometimes it is the question not the answer requires courage. Example, who is truly defending interests of America’s military? Those placing loyalty to party over loyalty to military personnel by blindly defending America last policies.
4) Implement Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation to hold incompetent, abusive, and corrupt public employees financially accountable for their actions.
5) Limit all public welfare benefits or subsidies to equivalent of one annual minimum wage salary per family. Put employers in prison who employ illegal entries or loot employee pension plans.
Never forget, internationalists who defend and promote unethical capitalism are liars. Internationalists like radical republicans tend to promise voters what they think voters want to hear. Internationalists who engage in money lending, looting consumers and war profiteering by dictionary definition can never be patriots.
Remember oaths to uphold and protect America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign are contracts with God. If Judeo-Christian traditions could build the world’s greatest constitutional Republic why can’t they save it?
Citizens who violate laws can be sinners or criminals, politicians who violate laws are tyrants and or traitors. Just a reminder no citizen-politician or citizen-bureaucrat is above the law. Advocating exceptions for the alternative makes one an accessory, and no better than those German citizens who ignored Hitler’s concentration camps.
Closing thoughts: non-partisan apolitical response to 911 Commission findings of Republicans and Democrats for failing to reduce terrorist threats against Americans. If U.S. federal, state, and local governments cannot protect Americans from terrorists, the private sector can.
First, federal, state and local governments’ solution to protecting individual Americans from terrorists is giving more and more money to public bureaucracies. The idea that any public bureaucrat will ever be a “first responder” is beyond uninformed. First responders always have been, and always will be casualties or near casualties.
Americans need to attend a “free” two-hour emergency medical class about managing burns, broken bones, debris wounds, and heart attacks. The best gift Americans could give Americans this year, start utilizing volunteers from police, fire, medical, and non-profits to make sure every American has the opportunity to learn to be better survivors.
Next, and their always will be a “next,” Americans should continue improving their individual citizen security skills. Citizens who ignore personal security tend to ignore national security and spend too much time at cemeteries.
Finally upgrade Donavan’s Principles to include Marshall Law SP = Q1 + Q2 over T (social power equation). Translation: The only rules in covert intelligence are the rules of survival. People who ignore national security spend too much time at cemeteries.
The Achilles heel of all terrorists is their black market contacts. Defeat them before they start. Before they near leather, before they clear leather, does not matter. Beat them before they start. When you get tired of going to funerals because you trusted politicians and bureaucrats whose promises are only good when in writing and enforceable in court keep law and the private sector in mind. America is not immune from the lessons of history. What are best for America are living traditional values, and what is right is knowing how to defend traditional values. Good news laws do matter.
