Is Hitler’s Ghost in City Hall?
Collecting property taxes without providing full services is stealing, and also violates both the Ten Commandments and Bill of Rights. A concept that is even more Hitler and Stalin like is “extraterritorial jurisdiction” known as ETJ used by American municipalities. ETJ is synonymous with the word imperialism defined as territorial acquisition by gaining direct control of political or economic life of other areas.
Past examples include Japan in Pacific during WWII, Germany in Europe Causing WWII, and Soviet Union domination of Eastern Europe following WWII. Current examples of imperialism by expanding city limits and ETJ policies include Brownsville, Texas, and Harlingen, Texas along with many other American cities.
Brownville and Harlingen are both guilty of violating America’s Fifth Amendment which states “nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.” Taking property taxes without providing just equal municipal services is not only stealing but also Hitler-Stalin like behavior. Conduct by these two municipalities by also offending Heaven’s Ten Commandments not only offends God but also every sacred America tradition. Even worst behaviors by these two municipalities are their applications of ETJ acquisitions.
No one should be surprised at Brownsville’s America last behavior, what would you expect from an amnesty type community, a place where local politicians support a porous southern border to financially benefit from collateral retail profits from just about every criminal activity known to humanity, people who have no problem threatening America’s national security for greed; could continue the point has been made.
As for Harlingen many of same policies as Brownsville including one that insults American traditions even more. When Harlingen establishes city limits and ETJ lines, the city lays the line around property owners’ homes to prevent property owners from voting against City abuses; while at the same time allowing the city to collect property taxes on “vacant lands” that will never see city services. What a shameful example by an American municipality: stealing money for services not provided, and depriving citizens of their rights to vote.

The internet will provide the evidence in the maps suggesting Stalin-Hitler type imperialism being practiced by American municipalities; maybe even your own.
As for City Hall excuses or rationalizations for unconstitutional and sinful behavior, you have the option to choose the right fork in the road for America’s new future; simply and politely inform the offending party who seems to be possessed by Hitler’s evil spirit that you do not speak tyranese. (Note: tyranese is pronounced tear-in-ease; and describes communications based on lies and half truths defending Marxist-fascist policies like imperialism, or expanding city limits to steal property taxes by not providing public services, or planning future extortions with ETJ schemes by government officials, some public employees, and members of liberal news media.
Hopefully this writing exercise will teach you that the way to defeat all Marxist-fascism like Greenism, state government abuses, and imperialist municipalities is to first learn to crawl, then walk, then run, and eventually win. Now for some conduct changing ideas on dealing with American municipalities and their Stalinist-Hitler like imperialist policies.
First, no social contact with offending municipal politicians or legitimizing their lies and half truths; politely tell them you do not speak tyranese and will vote against them in the next election.
Two, have Presidential Administration who still believes in American traditions issue an Executive Order that American muniicipalites engaging in imperialism will be forced to comply with two things: one not be allowed to fly an American flag over their city hall, will not be granted any federal tax payer dollars (except for law enforcement) for at least a year, and will have to fly a Nazi flag above their city hall a year before again receiving for any federal dollars.
While this imaginary American President is issuing imaginary Executive Orders that would be good for America: how about one that states the following: America does not need a national ID card, since verifying proof of citizenship will achieve desired goals. Effective sixty days, Proof of citizenship or legal residency will be required for the following: obtaining Driver’s License, obtaining vehicle insurance; opening any banking account, wiring or electronically transferring any money out of country, purchasing or renting any property, paying property taxes, obtaining voter registration card, obtaining any utilities, applying for any taxpayer services, and anything that might be added to list later. Failure to keep appropriate records on file is a national security risk and will result in ten percent additional fee added to income taxes. Getting illegals to go home voluntarily is easier than deporting them. What a fool I must seem to be to believe that America will ever have another patriotic President.
Back to reality, municipalities that do not provide “equal” services to any annexed property in twelve months will return all property taxes paid with interest to property owner. Not a refund with public tax dollars rather money from pockets of offending elected officials and city employees. Why should taxpayers’ monies be used for these refunds when taxpayers did not vote for politicians who acted like and hired public employees who acted like Stalinist-Fascists?
Winding down this writing exercise, America’s on coming economic troubles represent a fork in the road named “America’s Future”; a similar fork appeared in the early 1930’ during the Great Depression. Another, severe depression is not likely since there are significantly more citizens on welfare, government employees, and people depending on government contracts then in the late 1920’s. However, private citizens not depending on government for their livelihood and deep in debt could easily suffer consequences of America’s next closet depression which would never be recognized by government propagandists who will describe shades of recessions.
Back to the fork in the road called America’s future. One choice many seriously considered back in the 1930’s was Marxist- fascism, now offered by Presidential candidates who offer only degrees of difference for achieving a liberal utopia built around Greenism. The other choice, return to conservative traditional values that created America, and built history’s greatest Constitutional republic; unfortunately not an option among existing Presidential candidates. As for question in title, “Is Hitler’s Ghost in City Hall?” might not be the same uniform, the evil spirit seems similar.
